First time here a few days back. The food was awesome and our wait was super friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

The (wasbest kept secret. I cant say enough good about this place. A friend of mine recommended this after his other friend recommended it to him. The food taste, serving size, service, and pricing were great. The menu had enough choices to satisfy anyones appetite. Its my new favorite place to eat.DM

LOVE YOUR BISCUITS AND GRAVY I even asked for more gravy if want a GREAT WAITRESS ASK FOR KELLY SHE IS THE BEST SHE IS SO SO NICE AND ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS ASKING IF YOU NEED MORE COFFEE AND IF EVERYTHING IS OK WITH YOUR ORDER . Un like another waitress who served us before when I asked that if they had half and half because there was none in the ones she brought us she rolled her eyes I just told my friend I guess shes having a bad day. This time when I went back with the same friend I told my friend if the same waitress comes to get us Im gonna tell her were waiting for someone but lucky KELLY was right there and sat us down I found out her name because I seen HOW WELL KELLY TREATED HER CUSTOMERS LAST TIME WE WERE THERE AND I TOLD MY FRIEND NEXT TIME WE COME I WANT HER TO SERVE US SO BEFORE I LEFT I ADKED THE CASHIER WHAT HER NAME WAS AND SHE SAID KELLY BUT WHEN I CAME BACK THIS TIME I ASKED HER IF HER NAME WAS JOY ? SHE SAID NO MY NAME IS KELLY, FOR SOME REASON I HAD FORGOTTEN HER NAME BUT NOT ANY MORE BUT IF GET KELLY AS YOUR WAITRESS SHELLBE A JOY TO HAVE. THANK YOU KELLY FOR BEING A NICE ATTENTIVE WAITRESS YOUR THE BEST.!!!!!!!!!!

This place was fantastic. My wife had the Duke. Delicious! High quality food prepared well. (I thought the pancake was just okay though). The waitress on duty wsd delightful. She made us feel we were her personsl guests. I had a simple eggs and hashbrowns breakfast with polish sausage and it was still great.

food was good except my steak over cooked. all sides on point.wait time not bad

In the quest to find great breakfasts, Riviera Family just happens to be close to Indian Hills golf. Hence, I had to try. Glad I stopped by as the omelet was fresh and not brown, veggies crisp and yummy. I didn’t partake but they also had some great bargain breakfast deals for under $10. That’s a deal. If you’re ever in the Riverside area or just finished 18 at Indian Hills, stop by for a great meal.

Love this place, great breakfast with a variety on the menu, love the tuna melts, pancakes, ect., but dont trust me, go try something! Debbie is super awesome too! Love her!

The staff here are very welcoming. We come here simply because of the people who work here - they are great. The food is well prepared and tasty. Prices are affordable. This is a great place to bring the family or just have a cup of coffee and meal alone. I highly recommend Riviera Family Restaurant.

Very nice home cooking style menu. Food is great. Delightful diner, servers are fast , pleasant, refills on drinks quick but not intrusive. Love the staff, clean, prices are great. So glad this restaurant is here.❤❤👍

They have really good food and a reasonable price. The only downfall is even those the ad says open for dinner, they are NOT. They close early

The Riviera Family Restaurant is located in Rubidoux. Its a nice place to go with the family. Everyone is nice and has a good atmosphere. I had the bacon & eggs breakfast served with hash brown potatoes and one pancake🥓🍳🥞. It was very good and satisfying. A great place to eat breakfast☕, lunch, or maybe an early dinner. They are open from 6 A.M. to 3 P.M. We walked in with face coverings and removed them when we got to our table.

Had the liver and onions breakfast 😊 Delicious! Service and atmosphere is lovely. Id definitely come back.

My mom and dad always ate here it is a place where people are friendly and lots of the same people eat here my mother is gone now so when my dad comes to visit we eat here it is a nice memory for him

Enjoyed our breakfast there this morning It was fabulous . I had the chicken fried steak and eggs . And the sushi platter is always off the hook highly recommend this place .

Cant believe I havent been to this place before now. Stopped in for breakfast a couple of days ago. The food was at the table ten minutes after we ordered, maybe sooner. Everything was cooked well. Im kinda picky about how my eggs are cooked; no complaints. The service was great. Like I said, my first time there, but it felt as comfortable as having breakfast at home. Ill be heading back soon.

Very friendly staff, huge portions, and great prices. Im happy I found this place to go with my wife and kids. One of my favorites.

Best Breakfast at affordable prices!!!

I’ve been going there for years but today I decided to order for takeout. I ordered country fried steak & usually it’s so good and crispy but today it was really cold and the breading was soggy like if it’s been pre made. Especially because I live literally 2minutes away I know it’s not because I live far. I’m really disappointed. I’m not sure if they changed chefs but I won’t be going back.

I love eating here the food is good an rite for the price an very tasty . ..loved the soup ...I want to thank the waitress for doing her job so good an for not judging me for how I looked or anything ...I will diffenitly return again

Great food with daily specials and great prices with generous portions definitely way worth the price their chicken fried steak breakfast special with home fries and biscuits& Gravy now this is some good food .

The workers here are lovely! Good attitude and very attentive to your needs. The food was decent in taste but the food is big in portions. The one thing that I didnt like is that the ingredients for a meal is not all listed in the menu so its best to ask whats in your food before you get it. It is relatively small but it does get busy in the morning so prepare to feel uncomfortable standing for a bit until youre seated!

Best diner in the area. Always fast service and friendly. Ive been going here for over 14 years and I am never let down. Inexpensive breakfast menu ranging from $7-$11 after tax.

I love it!! Food is really good. The plates are pretty big, unless youre starving them you can eat it by yourself. If you arent that hungry I would suggest you share the plate. It just depends on what dish you get that you might end up needing to split.

5.19.21 @0930 - I called in and ordered 3 of the Riveria Breakfast Specials numbers 1, 2, and 4 for a total $25. Nothing compares to REAL food. Everything was delicious, family approved, fresh, filling, great! I particularly liked the chicken fried steak. I did not enjoy the French toast (too eggyor Gravy (on the chicken steak or biscuit). I am an avid cook, and I am quite picky about my gravy and Ftoast, so...yeah, high standards. My entire family and I thoroughly enjoyed this huge take out order, which is pleasantly surprising because we travel ALOT and try alot of different restaurants in different states. You never know what you are gonna get for take out until you get it home and on the table. We highly recommend this restaurant. The customer service was top notch, too! They got everything right, down to the needed syrup, butter, napkins, utensils... Perfect teamwork guys! 💜

I’m not saying this just because I’ve been coming here since I was 5 years old(26 nowbut there is a reason why I stay here! Their food is always delicious and you gotta love the staff! Very friendly and cozy atmosphere!

Odd place, zero ambiance but good-old American food (breakfast). Great wait staff, asked for stuff a bit of menu and they nailed it. Not extraordinary but easy, reliable, and different. Make this your breakfast stop if going to the swap meet on Sunday-its just down the street.

This restaurant if one of the best in this town family owned and the food is awesome, cooks and waitresses make u feel right at home. I love this place , I eat here 1 to 2 times a week. I really recommend this cafe.

We had steak and eggs and bacon and eggs with generous portion of home fries. The steak was cooked as ordered and was delicious. The bacon was crispy as requested and not burnt. The home fries were tasty and coffee was good too. The food came out quick. The service was friendly. We were able to eat inside! Great to find a new place that serves breakfast all day and reasonable prices.

Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant. Were staying at the Mission Inn and the restaurant was just 2 miles away. The place has a nice charming hole in the wall kind of feel. And the food was really amazing. Definitely recommend the breakfast burrito.next time I go, I will also try to John Wayne breakfast. That look pretty amazing as well.

Riviera has great portions and food quality for the prices. Family owned place with great wait staff and family friendly atmosphere. Now they have knick knacks for sale too!

Really good food I have the ham and eggs breakfast biscuits and gravy and home fries. The ham was huge next time I will ask for my home fries well-done. Servers are extremely friendly very down-to-earth place only thing bad is that it closes at 3 p.m. I feel that this place would do it amazing dinner. Definitely will be back huge menu and variety.

I’ve been looking for a place that wows me when it comes to biscuits n’ gravy. This place almost got there but I would definitely come back here again.The portion was hearty, 4 biscuits, sausage, and egg under $6, not a bad deal. The gravy was very tasty, heavy a sausage base and the bread was softy and rich in flavor.

Visiting riverside and this place pop up on my search. Good coffee and great customer service. Had chicken fried steak. It was good. Not crunchy more like soft crust. Hash browns were done nicely.

Was looking for a cozy and warm breakfast joint and came across Riviera Family Restaurant. Looked through the menu and immediately knew what I wanted to eat and based on reviews, it is delicious! Unfortunately, the restaurant didnt recieve chicken for the chicken fried steak that I was eagerly awaiting. Our waitress lets us know of the inconvenience but was very very nice and comforting. We ended up ordering omlettes. I ordered the chorizo omette. Eating it from the outside was fine, but as I made my way into the center, the chorizo was a bit burnt. If it wasnt burnt it would be just fine along with the very generous portions. Overall, it was still a good experience. The environment is very warm and comforting with the classic style diner. I will be returning to try the chicken fried steak! And I will be back on my personal in depth review on it as well. 😋

Been coming here for a few years now as an alternative to Flabob Cafe. The food is good and the prices fair. The dining areas are clean. The breakfasts are fresh and made well. Ive had a few sandwiches and one dinner entree: I have yet to be disappointed. The service is very friendly and fast. They are busy but there is plenty of tables to accommodate a decent amount of people, with ample parking.

Was on the way to Morongo with family & we were all starving, thank goodness for Google Maps. Sorry no pics of our food, we gobbled up everything pretty quick. Started off with coffee, it was so good we all just about had 3 cups each. Chicken fried steak, home fries, hash browns, biscuits and gravy & bacon, everything that we ordered was so tasty & delicious, just about melts in your mouth. The atmosphere, customer service, people including other customers were all great & its really family friendly. You really get your moneys worth, the food is amazing & prices are inexpensive. Thank you Riviera Family, Carrie our wonderful waitress & staff for making our 1st of many visits great, we will definitely be back again.

This is a very nice place to get a good country breakfast. I enjoyed my traditional chicken fried steak today. The service was quick and fast, and the waitresses was very friendly. And they also take pride in having clean restrooms.
