River Belle Cruise and Dinner Boat in Point Pleasant

Good fun,

My brother-in-law had his wedding on the River Belle and we had a great time! It was a fun cruise, great views and super friendly staff.

This was excellent. The staff, the scenery and the experience were amazing

Went on the pizza an fireworks cruise Thursday Evening, 8/24/19, was at least 90 degrees, an humid, the boat is equipped with air conditioning and it wasnt turned on they had the windows open, for a breeze that we never got, extremely hot and uncomfortable, when we asked about putting it on we were told they only do it for the afternoon cruises, and we are on the same boat as you and hot to. . Elderly people onboard werent tolerating the heat that well either. the staff was excellent an attentive, , but the pizza was undercooked, the fireworks were good. Would I go again on the trip probably not. an the tickets are expensive.

This is our third cruise with this company over the past 4 years and they never disappoint. Every cruise has been just as good as the last. Weve done morning, afternoon and nighttime sailings, for company outings, birthday and anniversary parties. The staff is wonderful, the food is great and the boat is immaculate! Highly recommend!

Fun ride

A relaxing cruise at Point Pleasant Beach

Went out on a Thursday night for pasta and fireworks food was good ride with smooth thought it was a little on the expensive side

Thing cruise through the canal and part of Barnegat Bay it was good service could be improved but all in all it was a great trip next

Enjoyable time on the Brunch Cruise. Spent a leisurely couple hours sailing down the Inletseeing how the other half lives. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The brunch fare was plentiful as dishes were routinely filled. I had a freshly made on let which was good. Its a cash bar. All in all, I would go again maybe for the dinner cruise.

Read reviews night before I was taking my riverboat trip. Thought it was going to be stuffed and boring.. No.. Had a great time.reviews made it sound for old folks. I recommend . a little dry on information telling, but still informative and picturois .

If you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT give this company the time of day. HEARTLESS, UNCOMPASSIONATE, RUDE, THIEFS ! This company is the WORST. I had planned to throw my wife a surprise birthday party on the River Queen, paid them a large deposit and then over a month before the date of the party we discovered my wife was pregnant. As anyone knows in the first trimester you are exposed to dizziness, nausea, & overall tiredness. When I called to explain that my wife had a terrible first trimester with our first daughter, had spells of fainting and extreme nausea & a boat isnt a good idea, I was rudely cut off mid sentence aggressively told WE DONT DO REFUNDS and then pretty much hung up on. I reached out to try and reason with the manager and even the owners, the entire staff is disgustingly rude, heartless and dont care about anything but themselves & attempting to fill their wallets with money rather than cater to customers to keep them happy. If you have any intention of working with this company BEWARE they are ruthless, unaccommodating & I feel bad for anyone who would have to deal with them trying to enjoy a day that is supposed to be fun and memorable. There are plenty of venues other than this company with terrible staff, owners, do yourself a favor and save your money! I know they really needed the money much more than I did! In conclusion if I had one thing to say to others viewing this venue it would be AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !

We had one hour and a half sightseeing cruise on Sunday. It was kind of laidback atmosphere and we enjoyed it. The ticket is $25 per person cash only. No foods and drinks from outside.

Very nice Inland Waterway cruise, to see Manasquan waterway and Point Pleasant. A nice and enjoyable family outing.

Smooth cruise on the Manasquan River. Very nice two level paddle boat with plenty of seating.

Cute boat. We did the Sunday brunch. Food was very good. The ride was nice enough and smooth. The staff was very friendly. Its a nice activity.

Yesterday (8/24/16was my second time on a Luncheon Cruise and I brought 2 of my children along. All 3 of us had a good time, good conversation and many laughs. The food was decent but my kids didnt favor much on the menu. There were about 8 other children as well and maybe some kid friendly food would have helped, like chicken fingers and mac&cheese. I basically paid for the kids to take the boat ride because they didnt eat much outside of the salad, some pasta and some cookies. Very relaxing and worth the experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Sunday brunch. Food was good. Atmosphere even better!
