Awesome experience, our host was fun and nice. The food was great, I had the Caterpillar Roll and I enjoyed it.Had a rum punch it was also nice, definitely a go to when I am in St Lucia

Rituals Sushi at Rodney Bay Marina was fresh, visually satisfying and delicious. Gonna make this my go to spot when I return to this majestic island.

Worst experience ever on my birthday two days ago.....service was trash..literally had to wait forever and watch our table be ignored from the time we sat down..had to be shouting calling for persons to take us on...Im very disappointed...not to mention they forgot to deliver all our food only when told it was missing after half an hour did it reach the table and was cold as it seemed to have been sitting there for that whole half hour.... nobody apologize nobody cared nobody checked up on us...I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in a place full of staff...if I could give zero stars I would

I was very disappointed with the poor customer service.Went in for a birthday dinner, the servers made us feel very invisible and many passed our tables without bothering to ask if we were being taken care of.We literally had to try to flag down every waitress before we were presented with the menus.After ordering we waited for quite some time before having to flag down another waitress to find out what was going on with our order.She returned and just plopped the trays on our table with trying to find out who ordered what. Everything was cold which meant our order had been ready but no one found it necessary to bring it to our table. Beyond disappointed with this experience. Its understandable that a business place can be busy however customer service is also an integral part of how well your dining experience can be and I found myself underwhelmed and with a loss of appetite. We probably wouldnt have an issue with the wait if someone had just shown a little courtesy.Worst birthday experience ever.

My go to place most times the service and staff is wonderfulUpdate 2022. Service has dropped new staff needs training. I havent been there in 6 months as a result.

Average sushi, the salmon was low quality and frozen. Ironically it was the fried rice that gave me food poisoning on my second visit.

Absolutely phenomenal the food was wonderful and the view was also so pretty, 1000% recommend!

I dont care how good the sushi hut lots of work needs to be done on thr service or lack there of from the serving staff to the supervisor. And this was my experience 20/2/20221. rude server who was dismissive when i asked for a chef special so asked for her to be changed, got another who does not remember the order but refused to walk with a notepad to take the order properly. And after a 40 min wait for the roll she still got it wrong.2. After she sent out wrong order she then tries to convince me that this is how a roll Ive ordered in the past should be.3. Service has dropped or maybe it is based on your social status. Im spending the same money as them4. Had to walk in myself to make the correct order (cancelled it after realising I was being discussed)5. Over 30 mins after receiving our drinks noone came to ask if we needed a refill or came to our table at all. It was a complete mess to constantly be shouting trying to get a wait staff attention.They have this type of you need me attitute well honey i dont. The supervisor never apologised although she was quite aware of the situation and kept speaking to the staff asking them what happened right infront of me.They might not miss my $200 at all but Ill be happier not spending a black cent of my hard earnd $$ there anymore.

Who could love it more I have a roll named after me. Try the Wendys anytime you go. During covid 19 period, Rituals Sushi has remained consistent with the opening hours and focus on maintaining a safe environment. Today I had a spicy seafood soup....the textures and flavors of savory and spicy salmon with shrimp, squid rings and potatoes simmered down in a rich creamy soup are tantalizing and delicious. You should undoubtedly give it a try.

Incredible sushi but just a little bit too long of a wait. Bartender was extremely entertaining which made up for the wait! Beat sushi in the area!

The sushi here was seriously top notch, I couldn’t stop talking about it for days afterward! Fresh, flavourful, big rolls. I couldn’t have been more impressed, definitely surpassed my expectations.

it is a good until you have a special request. they will literally tap on their screen no mayo... and the meal has it. Time and again! I swear I only go bc my best friend convinces me and I mean.. is it really that hard?

Great food, fun loction!Located in a cute section of Rodney Bay Marina, the restaurants deck was a hub of activity.We enjoyed a lady playing violin with a backtrack while we had great sushi. We went with our brother/sister in-law. He had the King Kong roll, the girls had the crunchy roll, and I had Hamanigi (mine was raw, their rolls were cooked- Yellowfin tuna, I think.King Kong was the spiciest. The Miso soup was a little salty. The rolls were very large - a little too large perhaps?Sharon was a delight. They ran out of Sauvignon Blanc - no fault of hers. She suggested a Pinot Grigiot that was lovely.

Walked into here with little expectations as Im not familiar with the place. Simple and peaceful atmosphere at the time of visit. Not a fan of the view(it is a habour after all), but the fresh breeze was welcome. Definitely an atmosphere for person who like open doors. Easily wheelchair accessible in the outdoor area but not so much the interior bar(not a deal breaker for me). Curtious wait staff.Tried the California rolls and was not disappointed in any way. Beautifup balance of tones, being not too sweet or sour, while presenting a certain flare of juiciness. Liberty given to creativity, the dish was excellently prepared and served in what I consider to be a timely manner. Classic mojito paired(passion, recommended), made for an excellent dish.Definitely recommended for the sushi lovers or those looking to dabble into sushi as a first experience.

The food was great, lovely atmosphere. My waitress was very attentive in the beginning but disappeared after I got my food waited about half an hour for the check.Would definitely go back the food was excellent.

In the heart of ther Marina. A choice to dine inside in air conditioned comfort or outside , a great menu, u need to try the spicy seafood soup. My other fav is the volcano.Please when in saint Lucia, visit rituals sushi.

My fav restaurant. I really love the ambience of this restaurant and they food tastes sooooo good. If you are looking for hood food and good drinks topped off with great service and is reasonably priced. This is the place you need to be. And they do orders, so you can take the food to go.

Really good sushi family decided to eat there for as a recommendation from marigo beach resort and it was really good. Portions were great and quality was also very good. As always there...anywhere you go here service takes a while. We actually got some of our food before our drinks. Weird..but ...what can ya do

The service and food are generally good . But when its busy it gets noisy and distracting . Makes it hard sometimes to enjoy dinner Just the way its set up. Great for takeout

Wonderful experience, lovely rolls with a lot of choice on the menu and even a few signature cocktails. Only negative was the card reader was broken but I dont believe it was their fault, rather a fault of the service provider

I have been twice. My first experience was wonderful. Excellent service and the sushi was phenomenal and tasty. The second experience was not okay. The customer service was a bit subpar.

Best place to get sushi in the island. Be sure to try the summer roll (see attachedand the grilled salmon roll. The homemade Shandy is also pretty good.

Inside, deck or water front option for seating, small sign out front but plenty of place to seat inside. Wheel chair and disability parking and accommodations inside. Service was great, ambience just right, music was conversation friendly. Some drinks can be made virgin, just ask. Can do large groups or intimate or single. Great lime spot. The rolls I had were okay! Would do it again. But change up my options this time.

Other than the fact that we had to wait a while to be seated (on a Tuesday eveningeverything was perfect! The food was beautifully presented and tasted great! I am a bit new to sushi and was not at all disappointed. Keisha was very kind and helpful and kept checking to make sure that we were ok.

This was my 3rd time here. I love sushi and they make it really well. I tried the King Roll which is relatively new and its so good.

This is one of my favorite places. Everything was simply decadent. I found the ambiance to be very charming. I was happy to see how clean everything was. Easily earned their 5 stars! Their sushi is always consistent and bursting with flavour.

This is a resturant after my own heart. Would consider it a regular location since I love sushi. From being a first timer to a regular. The sushi is that great and it only get better with your selection. The atmosphere is great especially since it overlooks the harbour while you wait on your meals. The customer service is more than satisfactory as they assist you in choosing especially for first timers. The drinks are exceptional and creative in presentation. Definitely try out the "Sex on the beach" if youre looking for a buzz.

Omg!!!! The sushi is amazingly good here. You get a wider variety to chooses from and some awesome drink selections,the prices arent bad either and you have a the view of the marina to relax to get hole you eat

This place was absolutely wonderful, on my last night in St. Lucia I really had to go to this restaurant. As a first timer for sushi I would definitely do it time and time again cant begin to express how great of an experience it was. Hell of a great place for dinner. Sake is a must try for the full experience.

At My favorite Sushi Restaurant, Rituals Sushi is located at The Marina, 5star Restaurant, Great restaurant for visitors and locals, Excellent Sushi and a lot of variety, has Sushi Bar, Bar, indoor area has air-conditioned, indoor and outdoor sitting has beautiful view of Marina, Brilliant service, staff always friendly and fast on theirs toes, and always smiling, The food is a bit pricey, but Sushi is worth the price. Reservations and take out. Heads up to you Rituals Sushi, See you soon.

Sushi chef came to our table and told us they were out of avocado and couldnt make my sons food. This was after waiting 30 minutes when she first told us that she would be able to make it. Horrible service and seriously no one should go here!

HANDS DOWN my favorite sushi place EVER! Everything from the drinks to the decor to the actual sushi. It is pretty authentic. When you walk in, you see the sushi chefs to your left and the bar to your right. There is also an option to sit outside where it is more spacious.The food: big portions & very tasty.The best sushi place Ive been to date.

The only sushi place on the island therefore if you feel like sushi, its your only option. They have a tendency to take really long with orders and mess up the orders. Overall its an okay restaurant, but one of the better ones on the island.
