Pretty easy to locate. Breakfast was amazing. The ambiance is also good. Staff were extremely welcoming and provided fast service. Was very clean

A truly wonderful experience with a wide variety of meals from the well-presented menus. The Coffee Chillers are awesomely delicious and the meals are delicious and filling at affordable prices!

Very nice place to eat and relax. However the customer service definitely needs improvement.

On google shows the store closes at 3pm on Sunday and I showed up at 2:40pm and they told me they’re closed and did not care to serve me

Great stop at Rodney Bay. Opens at 7am daily, perfect for early risers. Good breakfast option. Friendly staff, clean, great location.

The staff is always nice to me and its a great place to relax, have a coffee and some eats and get some work done on a phone or laptop.

Rituals is the place for nice tasting coffee. But when it comes to sandwiches like a panini what a poor option. I ordered 2 Paninis, a tuna and grilled chicken.The problem is that you could locate any tuna or chicken on either sandwich. Rituals should be ashamed to serve such a limp disappointing food item to a customer. There must be some pride in the presentation. This food item fell flat. Not worth the money.

Good coffee, good food, nice music. Good place to work. Food portions are quite big, its good to keep this in mind when ordering. The bacon and gorgonzola salad is delicious.

Great store, friendly staff

Expensive for a cafe where the service leaves much to be desired. Queue is often long and slow, and its very disappointing when you wait on it, only to get to the front and find out they havent got what you wanted. (Grumpy face)

Its a nice place, the attendance are very down to earth. They treated me well even making a small joke about the WiFi which of course 😂 almost gave me a heart 💓 attack 😖😂 but all in all the food was good with food options for even the brokest college student, its a nice place give it a visit

Love-hate relationship with the incredibly cold air conditioning. The staff are chill. The spiced latte is always delicious. My cookie was dry though :(

Its a really nice cozy spot to go hang out with close friend / friends. The food is great and lots of choices. The staff at the Choc location are super friendly and welcoming. I find the prices a bit steep, but its worth it, if you decide to treat yourself occasionally.

Rituals coffee was excellent place for morning coffee breakfast or lunch. It is very clean and sevice was excellent. Wifi so I can catch up on news back home. See you tomo morning. Thanks for opening early.

Starbucks on steroids. Besides having a wide variety of coffee drinks, hit and cold, they have a pretty decent menu for quick bites.

The AC is always blowing cold here. Perfect respite from the blazing sun on this tropical island. That aside they do provide decent meals and slightly overpriced drinks; except their chillers which I think are fairly priced. Nice atmosphere (though I do prefer the diner theme they had before the renovationand courteous staff make this place a nice stop off when shopping at Baywalk Mall.

As usual, Rituals Coffee Shops are everywhere. Their service is consistent. Their décor is interesting, usually about drawings or paintings from the community and surroundings.

Rituals is the Starbucks of Saint Lucia. From lattes to cappuccinos and so much more. Rituals isnt only best known for their amazing treats, its also a place to relax with a couple of friends, have a group study or just get some work done.I never fail to get myself a chocolate malt chiller and a turkey and swiss cheese croissant. Amazing food, amazing people and a beautiful serene environment.

Its a very nice place, great service and a good variety in the menu, I only give 4 stars because they need tu put just a but more attention to the only restroom in the store, since men and wemen go to the same one, I suggest more often someone goes by and check if everything is clean.

The updated interior decor makes this place a very pleasant place to chill and catch up with work on the computer or with friends over a burger, smoothie or a coffee. The menu is extensive, including burgers, fries, pancakes, smoothies, chillers soda abd the list goes on. Being located within the mall is also a plus as one can get a bite to eat before shopping. Service was speedy and the staff were very y courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Its pretty much a restaurant with a lot of coffee options lol. Coffee, tea, lattes, chillers, that kinda stuff. And then theyre food ranges from breakfast (pancakes, eggs, etc), pizza, wraps, wings, sandwiches, and pasta. And everything tastes great 😁

Stay outside as the AC will make you sick. Bring a pullover and a jacket. Just crazy. Very bad air filters so that your clothes stink of old cooking oil

I really like their food options, except maybe their gyros. I love the coffee (chillersand the dessert options. The dessert is usually 16 ECD but they are worth it. If youre just looking for a quiet place to read a book or to plug in your laptop (free wifithis is the place :)

Had breakfast. Large portions, tasty and quick. Coffee was good, ate outdoors under the umbrellas. Would return. One of the few coffee shops in the area.
