Inconceivable delicious food!!!

A great place to have a really nice dinner, golf cart ride there and back, the best. Fabulous dinner, always go when on the island. Definitely worth the money. Fine dinning in paradise.

En mi opinión tanto la "Ensalada Helena" como el "Risotto cremoso de salchicha y parmesano" estuvieron fuertes de sal lo cual fue lamentable porque eran platos bien logrados, con buena combinación de ingredientes. El risotto, aunque de muy buen sabor, parecía más una mezcla de arroz con crema de parmesano y salchichas pero no un risotto.En conclusión, le doy 4 estrellas y te invito a que le des la oportunidad a Ristorante Passatore de que te sorprenda.

Really beautiful restaurant. The carrot soup is delicious, and the pana cotta absolutely beautiful. Atmosphere here is superb . The one piece for me was the entree , not my favorite part of the meal . The other parts , I highly recommend.

4.5 * - Lovely quiet restaurant, wonderful service, beautiful presentation, amazing atmosphere, good prices with above average food.We loved Passatore! Thought it was an excellent restaurant on beautiful quiet street, small and intimate setting with a wrap around balcony. While the food is good and overall delicious, most of our dishes was often not well balanced hiding some of the simpler (but complexflavours in their dishes. The burrata was amazing, the stracciatella and cream was a delightful texture but it was overwhelmed by balsamic. The ceviche was good but over lemoned covering the taste of the fish. The mushroom ravioli was nice but the butter sauce lacked the umani flavour making it monotonous.But having said all that, what I describe above are the small missing details. We still had a wonderful evening with great surroundings and fantastic staff.

Totally a 5 star experience! From the menu to the dessert. Service was excellent and prices reasonable for what we enjoyed. The lobster was grilled to perfection and the side pasta was the perfect add for the grilled shrimp. Try the apple crisp cake! With gratuity and taxes $$$.

Went to Ristorante Passatore for my wifes 50th birthday. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit from the delicious food to top notch service. An excellent break and treat from the resort food at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning here during our next visit to Puerto Plata. I highly recommend you try it!

A better dining experience than most of the places Ive been to in Canada.The food was masterful, the service was amazing. I had one of the salads which was a meal in itself- char grilled octopus with sweet cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and creamy chickpea hummus with anchovies for umami. He had salmon fillet cooked to a perfect temperature.If youre looking for a classy night out and youre not worried about the cheque then this is the place to go!

Very tasty Italian food. My wife and I had an amazing meal here. Plenty of warm, cozy vibes in this place. Service is a little slow, but well worth the wait.

Pizza was wonderful and especially the one with creamy chicken sauce.

Deras vongole och musslor blir dock överkokta men görs på gammalt recept som de följer så gillar du när de fortfarande är saftiga rekommenderar jag hellre någon annan ljuvlig rätt. Tonfisk tartaren är att dö för👌🏼Detta stället var så bra att vi återvände 2 ggr 👌🏼 Verkligen bra!

Great food& service

With the steak tartare it was a bit to much advocado, half of the amount of advocado would be better. And with the pasta monte y mare there where only 5 shrimps, could have been a bit more. But overall the food was good.

Where to start.. we LOVE Passatore.We had our wedding reception here and all of our 23 guests have been raving about this restaurant since!The food is absolutely amazing. I’ve travelled to Italy and this restaurant out does any restaurant in Italy. From their fresh made pasta to their in house made bread we could not find one fault in any dish. Perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated and so very delicious.We ate here 3 times in the 7 days we were in the Dominican!If anything could be better then the food, it would be the staff. Every single staff member made us feel like royalty. From the moment we walked up to the restaurant to the moment we left we were treated beautifully. The chef came by to ask how our meal was and the rest of the staff is so attentive we never had an empty glass!The restaurant was a 3 minute walk (if thatfrom our resort too! Made eating at the resort hard because we knew Passatore was so close!For any Brides getting married on resort in the Playa Dorada complex. Please message Passatore about having your wedding reception here! Trust me, your guests will thank you for the amazing food and atmosphere Passatore provides.The planning process with the Owners was a breeze. It was easier to plan our wedding reception than our ceremony with the resort! Ondina & Matthias are beautiful people who care so deeply.We can not wait to come back to Playa Dorada. We’ve been home less than a week and have been missing the food & staff at Passatore since the day we left.We wish Canada was much much closer to the DR!Thank you Passatore! Came here 2x in a week while visiting the area and escaping from bad resort food. Delish! Favorite dishes were the ceviche, tuna tartare and Limone pasta. Highly recommended by everyone in our large party.
