Came here with friends yesterday got a Margarita pizza for £14.95 and a 33cl bottle of Coca-Cola that was £3.30 Beautiful food and great service nice atmosphere pizza was big and lots of taste willDefinitely be back

First time on Saturday evening and will certainly be back. Great service, friendly staff and excellent food 👌

1st class service and superb Italian cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Grilled squid is one of my favorites & didn’t disappoint!! ….squeezed me in on a busy night even though I had no reservation. Much thanks!!

Very pleasant setting great food and service

This was very disappointing, we waited an hour for one beer and then to have another beer or drink was a difficulty, we ordered our food and sat for an hour before it arrived in which we had 5 sets of cutlery for 6, no spoons or anything for cutting pizza. In which we asked for them to be cut and he held our pizza and dropped it on the table. Overall very dissatisfied with the customer service, very unwelcoming and not very professional I will not be coming here again!

Went in for a belated anniversary meal.Rang up to book a last minute table and was given an option to be seated in 15 minutes - perfect for us.We ordered starters & mains. The portions are quite large. I had a cheesy mushroom starter with the most delicious bread and a cheesy chicken main with a side of chips and veg. Wouldnt recommend getting veg and chips together, it was too much food! It was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious.The menu was large and there was plenty of options for us.Service was really good & pretty quick.Would recommend and go back 😁

There was a bit of a wait before we got seated as a result of the restaurant being busy / popular. The service at the table, though, was friendly and quick. The ambiance inside the restaurant was good; the interior is well designed and has a nice feel about it. The food was OK but I wouldnt rave about it. I had the mushroom bruscetta to start but it was over cooked, dry and lacked flavour. The seafood fettuccine tasted a lot better. The mussels and cockles were still in their shells which is something Id rather not battle with when eating out but others might be OK with it. Overall, the restaurant is OK but if I was visiting the town again, Id try somewhere else.

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly welcome, drink and food orders taken nice and quick. Great choices on the menu. Food was delicious, good portion size. Would highly recommend a visit, you wont be Disappointed.

Had an evening meal with my partner a few weeks ago , we had a lovely meal , and the atmosphere and surrounding were great . Staff are very helpful and friendly , well definitely be back , a thumbs up from us both to all at Michelangelos !!

Pleasant surroundings in this restaurant. Ideally situated in the centre of the town. Clean and tidy.Friendly welcome on arrival. A large selection on the menu. We were very pleased with the food and the service provided. Would certainly return .

Lovely food. Had the tagliatelle fiorentina. Hubby had lasagna and really enjoyed that too. Our friends said theirs was the best pasta theyd had! Good service too.

Restaurant is outstanding beautiful and stylish, but food was well below average from starter to desert, very disappointing

Good points:Service is quickThe staff friendly and accomodating.Food was great, flvoured and good portion size.Bad points:Music a little loud and distracting.Steps down to restaurant as no ramp or disabled access. Within the restaurant steps up to levels. Toilets on a level but no disabled toilet

Amazing!Went here one Wed evening for a birthday meal with 6 of us. Atmosphere and decor are great. Nice air of quality. Service staff quick, helpful and easy to talk to. And the food. Oh my god, the food. Wide selection of everything Italian, cooked and flavoured really well. All the pastas, pizzas and puddings you could want. Portion sizes spot on, really good helpings full of prawns and beef and veg and sauces and all things delicious. Oh and the tomahawk steak. Never tasted beef like it. All for a price that’s extremely reasonable. Go there. Now

My partner and I visited recently for the first time since they moved venue. The food is amazing and the restaurant has a lovely warm atmosphere. Well definitely be back.

I came her with my wife and 2 children and we loved it. The decor and general atmosphere is excellent and very well maintained. The menu had an excellent selection and the food was so so good. I would definitely recommend and will return when next in Carlisle.

Beautifully appointed restaurant complete with statues inside and a water feature outside the entrance.Friendly attentive staff and delicious food, I had the spaghetti putanesca which was very full in flavour.Large menu and saw some tempting desserts on their way to other tables but I was defeated. Will definitely visit again.

The food is fantastic and the staff and service is top notch.

I went with a group of friends and we enjoyed some delicious food, I had the tagliatelle fruit de mer which was packed with prawns, mussels, cockles and squid, it was delicious. Mo our waitress was friendly, fun and very helpful, suggesting wines, describing dishes when we couldnt decide and checking everything was OK for us. We will definitely recommend.

Food was absolutely gorgeous, all 5 of us enjoyed every bite ! Staff were very friendly and accommodating too....thankyou so much !! X

Really lovely restaurant and good food. Staff were very polite and helpful. Beautiful place to sit inside with lots if character. I had pizza and it was delicious. Cant wait to go back again.

Great experience all round! Important carb loading on a boys Coast-to-Coast cycle.Food was beautiful and all the staff were wonderful, attentive and friendly - especially Mo.

The new restaurant is lovely and a much better location. Food was excellent I had the chicken risotto and it was very good. Have been previously to the old location and you always get good food.

Food was fantastic but service was a little poor which was a shame. We had finished our starters and our plates sat on our table for 10 minutes. Our mains were brought out but had to be taken back and our starter dishes cleared away before mains were brought back out...Food was fantastic

Food was beautiful, hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming, attention to detail was good e.g carafes of water were refilled without prompting. Definitely recommend and would definitely return when in the area.

First rate resteraunt. Food is just so tasty. Menu is comprehensive and the wine choice is great. House white pino was fabulous. Tip. try the spagetti Putanesca. Gloriously rich with a nice kick. Decor is fabulous. Pianos, pictures and statues The crypt of an old church. No expense spared. Staff very efficient and friendly

Absolutely amazing food and great atmosphere. I have been twice in a week and amazing both times. There is this one server lady who is amazing and brought a smile to my face on both occasions. Thank you for an amazing experience and looking forward to seeing you again soon :-xx

Had a fabulous day today. It was my best friends hen do/birthday. Due to covid our numbers were reduced from 10 to 3 but the staff especially Mo made our day feel special. Fab food,fab service,will definitely be back!

We were there on opening night, a party of six and we all agreed the food was fantastic, the service great (nothing too much troubleand the restaurant lovely.So good in fact that thankfully they are fitting my partner and I in next week again for our anniversary - so so looking forward to it

One of the best restaurants in Carlisle. Absolutely perfect for a date or family meal. Staff were exceptional. A young female server burnt her hand but continued to smile and serve. It was that good that we came back to drop off a tip.

Authentic Italian cuisine, a little out of the way but has a great atmosphere. Usually a short wait but there is a bar area with seating and friendly staff. You normally get more than you bargain for too.

Food was amazing, nice atmosphere, service was good and staff all very friendly! Really enjoyed, will go again soon!
