Great food and especially great service!

We ordered Gnocchi with spinach and chicken. The meat was not chicken, plus it was so hard that you could not chew it. As we told the waitress she said she will let the chef know (cause all three of us left the meat on the plate). We had to pay the full price anyway. Just dont go there! There are many beautiful and delicious restaurants all around.

Only giving 3 stars because the main course tasted good. But we ordered the Bruschetta as a starter, and it was not at all what we expected. They wrote in the menu that it was a toasted baguette with tomatoes and Parmesan, but it came as like 2 pieces of toast bread (the cheap kindwith a bunch of tomatoes on top, so we sent it back because we weren’t satisfied with it. Then we have to wait about 30-40 minutes for our main course which was 2 simple pasta dishes and something off of the daily menu. The other customers who came after us got their meals before we did, we didn’t understand why at all there was this confusion and huge delay with the food. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

It is pretending to be Italian but nothing is Italian. The food is really mediocre: amongst other dishes we ordered, the pizza was not good and the beef tartar (not Italiancaused me stomach ache and other very unpleasant side effects.Not recommended at all.

Food is good, although its not an authentic Italian food ! The menu is never ending and what i wanted to order was not available. Mid Range Prices and Servoce can be improved a bit. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIDL OLIVE OILS FROM THE TABLE ! IT LOOKS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL !

We had lunch with the family. Good spots outside. Wine pinot grigio and chardonnay were excellent. Table nicely dressed. Risotto with shrimps excellent risotto with mushrooms lacked some taste. Kids liked the pizza they shared. Chocolate souffle dessert took some time but was excellent. Service at the table fine. Would recommend.

staropramen non alcoholic beer for 37 Kc,- Are you kidding me??! The food was ok, but also severly overpriced! Never again.

If you like salty food go for it. When you order a glass of wine they serve you two and you only find this later on the bill. Although you are supposed to be able to pay by credit card, they refused and asked for cash. Not a good experience.

Definitely could be on an episode of Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares! Terrible experience here.Travelling from England, we stumbled upon this on our first night as it had decent reviews online but once we sat down we realised the whole restaurant was a catastrophe. Every table around us was waiting for either food or drinks. It took around 15 minutes for us to be given a menu and then a further 50 min to get our pizzas (after asking twice how long it would take).We also ordered a starter of bread to share which after asking several times, there was still no sign of the bread at all - just the pizza which eventually came. I had to ask for a tissue because the table had none and looking around at the other tables lots of people complaining with the wrong meals sent to the wrong tables. This looked like something out of Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares series! Think twice before going here guys.

Very bad!!! Go here only for a drinks. Monday lunch time waited for a pizza one hour and waited again for the bill. And they did not accepted card to pay. Kitchen is ok. But service is horrible.

I was sitting on the terrace for a long time, waiters were coming and going with empty hands, no one asked me if I want something. Not a good behaviour in restauration business.

Terrible. Had a sopsky salad and pasta with salmon. Both terrible. The smoothies are the worst. Completely watered down. And the service were decently polite but spoke 0 English. The food is really really not worth anything.

I went there few times for a Denni Menu.Sometimes there is only one waiter in the restaurant so I waited so long just to order a meal. However, all the meals are pretty good especially pizza and pasta 👌

The place is in very heart of Liberec. Nice view of the main square. But...We have waited 40 minutes to have our pizza delivered. Also waiter forgot to bring 1 beer so after all company waited 10 minutes I had to remind the myself. They brought it with no apologies...Place was dramatically understaffed with 3 waiters for 20+ tables.Pizza was good so Im giving them 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.

Their terrace offered a magnificent view of the town hall and the square, but the waiter who took our order was unfriendly and impatient. The tagliatelle was passable, but the lasagna could have been better. As for their homemade raspberry iced lemonade, I suggest giving it a good stir before drinking it, otherwise you have one half consisting of sweetener, the other of sour raspberries. The prices arent outrageous but not exactly cheap either. Youd expect a slightly better experience for this kind of money.

Very good Italian food but the wait is a bit too long while the servers are less than excellent. Better than expected overall.

Tldr; good pizzas, rude staff.What started out as a nice evening in Liberec, ended as a horrific ending at this restaurant. We waited over an hour (!for our 3 pizzas and 1 pasta, which were then delivered with a half-assed apology of “everyone orders pizza so it’s really busy haha!” The people next to us who arrived half an hour after we ordered had their food before us. Our waiter spoke bad English but tried hard and was friendly. After we ate our (pretty tastypizzas and our (cold, but wasn’t supposed to be coldpasta, we asked for the bill. The man who gave us our bill was not our waiter, and when my dad pulled out his card to pay, the guy had the audacity to ask us to tip him 10%! Now I understand that you want a tip... but you can’t ask for a 10% tip. And he wasn’t even our waiter! He tried to explain that the machine would only accept a tip of 10%, not lower. So we said okay, then just the original price. We paid, stood up (a little frustrated, confused and overwhelmed by this man who wasn’t even our waiter(!), asking for a tip), and this guy genuinely looked insulted that we did not give him the tip he asked for.

Great pizza. Surprisingly not too pricey

Good Italian restaurant with a wide range of choices, especially Pizzas. Quite a few options for vegetarians also. The eggplant dish and cheese+tomato appetizer were both excellent and so was the pizza. Definitely also try the tiramisu. Service was quick as we went at an off peak time when 3-4 other tables were taken.

We stopped here for dinner. The place was very nice and the food was much better that what we were hoping for. Viet good Shrimp risotto and Quatro fromaggi pizza.

Excellent Italian food

Pizza is always undercooked. And they save money on ingredients, so barely any cheese. My Napolitano pizza had only a few capers, and barely any cheese. They save money on service, too, which screwed up our order and was very inattentive. Nice location, but a tourist trap. Avoid.
