Food is really good. But the service is extremely poor. The person at the counter was grumpy and felt like we werent welcome!I would have revisited the place but Ill pass due their bad customer service and below par hospitality

Great food, I normally visit every Wednesday after swimming for the late 3pm lunch. Good friendly service and nice ambience. The food is always served in time and is of a good quality. A nice pasta restaurant.

They have good food, went 3 times for lunch since last week, pastas are especially good, but was a bit disappointed with their entrecote steak, the deco in the restaurant is cozy. However, they have quite an unfriendly attitude, they dont greet their customers, and could be friendlier to their neighbours/customers who come to pick up food, come for lunch and were about to become a regular. Somehow doesnt feel good to go there, even though the food is good, so not coming back.There are much better Italian restaurants in Helsinki: more authentic Italian food with a nice atmosphere and staff, though on the other side of town.

Undercooked and not so tasty risotto, but great pizza though. The place is very clean, but the interior is however somewhat outdated. The waiter was not very friendly unfortunately and also refused to accept the lunch vouchers, saying that it’s only possible if the whole bill is paid with them at once - not an option with the majority of providers e.g. Edenred when you need to have 10.90e payment per time (the bill was already split at that point to be shared among friends, so it was a bit of a nonsense to say that it would not be possible to split it further to cover with the lunch benefit - I never heard this to be a problem at any other place in Helsinki; in any case we just paid with the card; weird attitude and experience though). There are better Italian places in Helsinki all in all, in my opinion.

Extremely good italian restaurant.

A great place to eat! I got the tomato soup with cheese, it was delicious. Bruschetta was very tasty. The staff is very kind. If you would like to enjoy Italian food, try this place at least once!

Very nice small Italian restaurant that seems to be very popular. Service is friendly. Food was however quite basic in my opinion, nothing special, and not bad. You should try this place if youre in the neighborhood.

One of the best Italian food restaurants I have been to here in Helsinki, with some Italian ingredients and great prices. We really enjoyed the dinner, the owner was very nice to us, great conversation and and we will be back.

So, Im pretty sure this (Linguini Agli Scampiwas the top, or within the top three, Italian dishes Ive had outside Italy 🇮🇹Amazing!

A nice place for a lunch. Friendly and fast service, tasty meals. A big plus for a small terrace where you can eat as well.

I have had several take away lunches from Il Trio and Ive never been disappointed. Ive tried pizza, pasta and "zuppa di cozze", all delicious!Service is always friendly.I definitely recommend Il Trio!

Delicious scampi pasta. Tiramisu is a must. Friendly service. Amazing lunches! The bread is so fresh. The pasta is perfect.

Hi, i am an italian from Rome, i have been in this restaurant and i advice it. The taste is really italian, the chef is from South of Italy and he is very friendly and polite. It is well furnished in a romantic way. You can use the candle to make your experience nicer.The coffee is quite good.i advice to take Pizza Margherita is simple and tasty, simple things never disappoint you =)

Genuine italian restaurant. Excellent pizza and food. The restaurant is really cozy and a great for a romantic dinner, but good for spending some good time with your family too. The pizza dough is special and maybe the best one I ever are in my life. Restrooms are super clean and very nice. Candles everywhere make the place even more attractive. 5 stars!

Pretty place with a good but smallish ravioli portion. Waitress skill did leave something to be wanted.

Always happy to have lunch here

We went there on Sunday and arrived there there was the waitress sitting at one table using the phone..not so professional, once at the table we had to repeat at least 4 time what we wanted to order to the other waitress. As for the food nothing really special, pasta unsalted and the meat was like a chewingum. Last but not least, there were the owner I think and someone else discussing in a quite loud voice dont even thinking that people can understand the language. Only one thing to say to the owner, in your life you ALWAYS must be full of humble.

Lovely place, great food

Fantastic authentic Calabrese cuisine. Very friendly and helpful staff, great suggestions. Ate the whole nine yards and would have had more but couldnt fit any more. Will definitely come back.
