Ripple Beach Inn in Male

The room was quiet good even though the place and the floor is bit old. Staff seems friendly.Bedsheets looks bit old and dirty so we had to request them to replace it for us (they did it happily).We didnt consume the foods from cafe downstairs, so unable to comment on foods.Bathroom looks good.

This guest house needs to be improved. No elevators are there. We stayed in a room at second floor. Television was not working properly.After a room service call they fixed this issue sharp. Quality of our bed and room lights were not good. Basically the lights were less and the doors, windows are old looking.The good part is rest room is very good and I like the bath tub. Our room was sea facing though.Also the restaurant situated at the entrance of guest house is very good.Complementary breakfast and fast WiFi were there.

Disaster, staff wasn’t friendly only friendly in the beginning, I was a regular customer there due the location is convenient and also was cheap but still it’s not worth it even for $50Normally as a regular customer the manager should give a discount but he kept increasing the price even in the same room. I have promoted this guest house to my other friends the one traveling from resort and they are not happy at all. It was 9 am in the morning and without knocking the door the staff just entered the room even tho the check in time supposed to be 12:00hrs and I have complained directly to the owner and he apologized and convinced me that won’t happen again but the fact with my next visit is happening again. I complained and seems he is more into his staff side than guest side . The staff open the door before the check out time was around 9 am again and I was in the bathroom. I requested late check out due I checked in almost midnight. He not able to give late check out after those worst stay.

We went there in Aug 2020. Feel like we were scammed. Beware! Rooms are not like in pictures. This is more like 100year old house than hotel. We paid from Agoda for seaview delux but they gave superdelux with partial view with tiny balcony saying its not available. Superdelux is much worst. Unwelcoming and horrible racist staff. Guy at reception told they dont bring breakfast to room. But we saw they bringing breakfast to others. Because they are white tourists. Broken headboard makes noise in the old bed. Wardrobe door make noise. Everything is old as hell like 100years old. There was a Kettle but no cups or coffee. Also No hairdryer or anything. Regret booking this horrible place. O stars. Scammers.

The place needs complete renovation. The stairs are very steep and nothing is senior citizen /handicap friendly. The lights in the rooms are dim and depressing, the walls are dirty. The people are very nice and friendly but the space needs deep cleaning and renovating.

Its a really good place with a beautiful scenery, good customer service, comfortable and affordable rooms to stay.... I was very pleased with the employees friendliness and affection.. This is a highly recommendable place....

One star because the staff was friendly. Breakfast was the same thing everyday just so you know. Its right in front of the beach if thats what you like but our room had no window view it was literally to a wall. Room smelled so bad. You could get a nicer hotel for a better price.

Location of the hotel is superb. Its just beside the beautiful view of indian Ocean. Blue Water with white sandy beach is extremely beautiful there. Very simple interior design. But room size is bit smaller than we think. Staff are very good and friendly. They provide common continental breakfast everyday.

A very good hotel with good facilities except for lift which most of people dont like but I dont mind if you get peaceful place to stay. Mr. Naseer and his staff was really help full during our 4 days stay.

The room was excellent and the staff were very hospitable. We were staying in one of the family rooms, and the stay was both beautiful and comfortable. There was even a small balcony, and the view was just spectacular, perfect to take photos and selfies. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and told us which places were the best to visit.I would recommend this hotel very much to everyone.

Well, Where to Start a Memorable Stay, Fantastic Service, Great Friendly and Hospitable People, Child Friendly, Opposite to Beach, A second home in the Maldives, Highly Recommended.

Decent room with a beautiful sea facing view. A little small though, but manageable. Service was satisfactory. A bit pricey, in my opinion, as you may find other accommodation in the same area, slightly more spacious at the same rate or even less. Breakfast was not included either, but I negotiated with them and they agreed to include breakfast.

This hotel is in Hulhumale 15 minutes away from Velena International Airport. This hotel is just opposite to Hulhumale beach 🏖 you can get in to beach straight out of the hotel. Receptionist and the owner is very friendlyFamous Indian / Italian restaurants are walkable to this hotel, supermarkets, hospitals, labs also very close to this hotel.Highly recommended for split stay and transit , overnight stay budget stay also good for family with kids and couples

Its a Really nice place and very clean, 15mns away from the airport, the place is infront of the beach and very accesible to groceries, restaurant and drugstore.. the place is also have own restaurant and the food is good.. the owner and the staff is very accomodating to us. Very friendly and give us good service , they have different rooms including the pent house , deluxe rooms and standard rooms with the really affortable price :-.. we would definitly come back again here at Ripple inn hotel :-)

The room is good but not very clean, we found the towels wet!! As for the staff they were very friendly and helpful. the wifi was not working but we have our internet so was not a problem

Ripple beach is wonderful specially with the rooms clean and tidy with the beach in front, Staff very friendly and helpful specially Naryan with his smiling face always comes forward the word no is not in him. Mr. Nasser the owner very helpful friendly cooperative and helpful in all the information you need and not forgetting the beautiful breakfast before you start the day. My 14 days of quarantine was satisfied with stay at Ripple beach Inn Maldives specially the hospitality given by the owner Mr. Nasser and the staff and not forgetting the beautiful beach just opposite the entrance with the waves rushing and the sounds keeping us always active and the wonderful different nationality people we met at the breakfast table. Cheers to all and hope you all have a good stay.

Ripple Beach Inn is situated in Hulhumale near Sea. We stayed there for one night. Room was small but organized. They provided us breakfast in the morning, You can also order food and they manage it from another shop. We found Staffs are very helpful.

This was one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life.Please do not make a big mistake by going there as a family.We took a `penthouse’ and it was at the top of the hottel.There was no lift at the hotel so we had to take stairs up.We had to take around 65 stairs.The moment we reached up,all I saw was disappointment after disappointment.It was such spooky room which was meant for dwarfs.Everything was damaged,air conditioning didn’t not work and was leaking till it could reach the bed.Wallpapers were also torn and revery place including stairway was dirty.When we went to complain,the staff was so rude to us.They said that particular brand of air conditioning was like that.Later they sent a guy to fix the air conditioning leakage,he fixed it with tissue paper.Not to forget,there were blood stains on the blanket.The room door had a transparent part which was covered with paper tape and the sockets were loose.The balcony was so small that I kept on hitting my head.Overall it is one of the worst hotel on earth.

Breakfast was very poor, egg fry & 2 pics of bread only - no other options, I was shocked really. No shampoo was in washroom. Stairs was very nerrow, cant move easily. Staffs were good & friendly but hotel manager was not that much caring.Location was very good but over rated hotel.

We stayed here for 5 days. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. Strategic location, right in front of the beach. Our room had a small balcony facing the beach and it was nice to wake up in the morning and looking at the beautiful beach of Maldives. Breakfast was good. Many other restaurant nearby and marts if you need anything. We had a small incident that needed medical aid and the staffs attended to us immediately especially the receptionist. Thank you so much Ripple Beach. We will definitely come again and will recommend to others.

We went to Ripple through one of the agencies. I loved their service, specially the view they have in front of the hotel. The beach is literally feets away from the hotel. Another thing I must say is the staff of the hotel. They are well behaved, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast they serve is good, but can be better. Overall I loved staying at Ripple and will definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in budget.

Air conditioning was not cool at all. Breakfast took 20 minutes to toast. Ordered omelette, ended up thin fried egg. Transfer ordered to pier ended up the airport. No shower curtain, water everywhere, floor became slippery. TV didnt work, even staff couldnt fix

The staff was very welcoming, supportive, and helping. The hotel is located in an area very safe and with all kind of availabilities on walking distance. The morning was very beautiful with an awesome sunrise view. General continental breakfast is served on the table in lobby area. If you plans your stay in this hotel due to humid weather better take insects repellent (especially for mosquito, bed bugs), soap and shampoo with you. Be ready to climb lot of stairs with short spacing like ladder. Room make over is until 1PM. For water activities islands are good or consult directly with the companies a day or before.

Horrible experience at this Hotel. They refused to pick us from the airport when we had a confirmed booking and pick up. We were stranded with lot of luggage and 2 kids and took help from a police officer to reach this hotel. The hotel owner started arguing with us on each and everything. The hotel does not have a lift. It is a very small hotel with very small rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Inexpensive place to stay in Male..the owner and guide was super helpful and accommodating. We had great fun exploring Male and surrounding island. Fun trips during our stay. Recommended.

Confortable room. Stayed in the two level top floor with two bedrooms. Beds are confortable. Aircon is good. Close to airport.

The room was a lot nicer than I expected, I would definitely recommend this inn especially for layovers in Hulhumale. The location is excellent too, with a great view of Hulhumale beach and easy access to restaurants and shops.The coffee was pretty good also, and the staff attentive and easy to communicate with 🙂Thank you so much!

The Service here is not good. The employees need to learn to be more patient and considerate of guests staying here. Basic services need to be understood.

We stayed here merely for a night while waiting for the seaplane the next morning. It served our purpose and was adequate. A mix up with our intended destination hotel took a star off.

The room had a stinky smell. May probably less frequently used. Staff response really praiseworthy.

The rooms infront of the beach make you feel that you slept all night in yhe sand , the picture are from inside my room 201 , its a little bit small room but the view is a bless , staff and owner both are incredibly co-operative . Amazing place for families its 30 steps to swim 😍😂

Very courteous staff. They are ready to help you with any requirements. They arrange for your smooth airport pickup and transfer. The property is at walkable distance to the places to be visited. As such there is not much on Hulhumale island and it works more as a transit option. The sea facing rooms at the hotel are good. You get a nice view of the sunrise.The downfalls are, the hotel doesnt have a lift as most of the hotels on the island. The rooms that arent facing the sea are a bit dark and feels claustrophobic. The general cleanliness on the island could be better for the awesome beaches and gardens that it has

The excellent hospitality and staff you can ever imagine! they are so cordial you will feel like you are in your own home. They dont take extra money for giving you honest suggestion. They try to minimize your trip cost. The rooms are febulous. Wonderful place for family and couple.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy botique design and spacious rooms, especially the sea view (literally few meters away from the beach!). Close to the airport bus stop although you can book a private car hire as well. The brand new shopping centre, bank & grocery shops are just around the corner.

Nice part of hulhumale.Good staff.Nice rooms though you shouldnt expect resort quality.Nice beds.The beach is just outside and on Friday there is a bit of noise until sunset from the water sport music.

First time we landed in Maldives, their staff pick us in Male Airport. Their service was extremely excellent. We got free upgrade and their kindness make us feel blessed.

Coastline living experience with a great view of the ocean but only on one side of the building. Nice breakfast & easy access to groceries & restaurants. Bus stop is just around the corner. Nice beach for a Swim. Good connectivity to various bus routes

Great location. Sea view room is total value for money. Mattresses could be better. Good wi fi connectivity and decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Good to spend day or two.
