Sprawling shopping mall housing a variety of outlet & factory stores, plus casual restaurants.
Lots of great stores here
One stop shop til you drop.
Love the Guess Store and Suzy Shier
Very spacious, not crowded plaza with lots of parking space contribute to stress free buying/dining experience.
Not a big fan of this place. My wife found to many cool things and many deals. I suspect we will be back soon.
Ample of parking lots with nice shops, close to highway.
A large outlet mall with huge parking lots! The highlight for me is the Lindt outlet store that always has great offers.
This is the second store I have been to looking for a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Showed they had 47. WRONG. Guest services even said they could not order online. Although the staff was very pleasant I am disappointed with the way the business is run.
Easy to find enternace and exit from the main street. Awesome shops and stores. Signs are easy to read from a distance. Well lit and well maintained parking lot with ample spots.
Visited a few stores and found some good deals.
Visited dollar store. Well stocked
Very good serviceVery helpful and friendly atmosphere 👌
This Centre was to be a turning point in how consumers shopped. This Centre will have as of July 2019 10 stores completely closed down for business. Whatever stores that are remaining in the Rio Can Centre, they gave minimal offerings that are outrageously priced. How very sad that it has come to this.It is now August of 2022, and nothing has changed in the RioCan Centre on Wyecroft and Burloak Roads
We can save time in a place like this. Lots of good options for shopping!
Sadly many stores here are empty. Went to Walking on a Cloud. Happy with my purchase but appalled at the service.
slowly expanding into something good, concerned about structual integrity of stores. not a very updated plaza.
Decent outlet mall, smaller than a Premium Outlets but with good stores. Adjacent to a Cineplex and chain restaurants and to a HomeDepot and Longos supermarket. It currently has a couple of empty stores.
Lots of stuff! Its like a depot for all your home improvements! 😉
Had a gentleman in the kitche area help me out looking for a toekick for under a sink. They were sold out of the size I needed. He suggested another item that worked perfectly. Made my day a great one.
I love Home Depot! This trip was just to browse but I came home ready to start a new project of course!
It was very quiet. But I think that is because it was still early. With the number of different stores in one location I can only imagine how the busy it will be later on during the day. There are a variety of stores which makes it almost like a One-Stop Shopping Center. I have only been there during the winter and also having to deal with covid so the lineups were out the door for some locations. Now that the restrictions have lifted and it is warmer the place will be very vibrant
First time there and was easy to navigate through without any help. Great staff I encountered at check out.
Decent place. Staff are semi knowledgeable and an older crowd. Smaller than some other stores but more relaxed and not so frenetic. Aisles are tight due to backlog i stock but thats a labour problem. Good garden center with lots of selection.
My fav store there is Bath depot and sketchers and Nike , All the stores mentioned have multiple variety of everything you ask for. Easy to find parking customer service is great on all the stores.
It’s a nice outdoor shopping mall with great variety of stores and even outlets like Old Navy Outlet, Nike Factory, Laura, Ardene, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess Factory, Suzy Shier, La Vie En Rose, Lindt Chocolate, Walking on a Cloud, Urban Barn, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Structube, Longo’s, Home Depot, Dollarama and many food options like Subway, Osmow’s Shawarma, Sunrise Caribbean and Starbucks. It’s a nice place to go for your daily shopping need and it’s easily accessible from QEW, Burloak Drive and Wyercroff Rd, with plenty of parking spots available.
Great little shopping plaza with some big named stores. Especially great if your looking to avoid the crowds at the outlet mall in Halton Hills.
Conveniently located, you can find some good deals at the outlet stores here. Also great to have Longos and Home Depot here for your grocery and home needs.
RioCan Center is nice and convenient place to shop. The open mall is clean with lots of parking. There are many notable big box stores that are of interest. It is not crowded and very safe during this pandemic period. However, I was rather disappointed with one of the store. Home Depot used to be the best in customer service in all departments for similar big box stores. Today, the staffs are not as helpful especially in the lumber department. Been there twice recently, they were very reluctant to make too many cuts or horizontal cuts on shelving boards. Lots of excuses that the machine was not capable of doing it or it was broken which definately werent true (especially machine capabilitiesbecause there were no problem meeting similar requests before.
I asked a staff member to get an item down from a high shelf. I had one in my hand and needed more. He said, "we dont have any more of those." I said, "yes you do, I can see them." So he knocked them to the floor and said "there you go."The other staff were great, though.
Ive been going to this place for 3 years and I think I its a good and local outlet mall. It has everything there! Nike, GUESS, West49, Suzy Shier, Lindt, Ardene, Teriyaki, Dollarama, The Home Depot, Bath Depot, Skechers and Tommy Hilfiger. But please bring back ALDO, Globo Shoes, Urban Planet, Marks and Subway. Either way, great outlet mall!
Hi, I visited on June 11th, there were a lot of people, line-up in almost all of the stores, I lined-up about 30 minutes to enter La Vie en Rose, only 7 people allowed in the store, Guess no line-up, Suzy about 9 people, the biggest line-up was Ardene, about 30 people.
This place is OK for some of the brands. Its a nice place to visit in late spring to early fall as stores are way too far from each other to walk in the winter. It closes very early though most of the week and it needs to have more variety.
The factory outlet stores are magnificent. The sales are great as well as the selection of stores. Nike/ Guess/ kitchens plus etc.
Always love to shop here.Anything from shoes, clothing, my and my sons favorite booster Juice or pampering myself to having my nails done.Always welcoming and customer friendly with great discounts.
A LOT of vacant stores. But on the plus side there is lots of parking. Lots of "Up to xx$ off" signs. Dont need to go back here.
The plaza is nice but sadly many business have closed their doors. There isn’t too much to venture out for unless you wanted Nike, kitchen stuff plus, Home Depot or dollarama.
This location is a wide mall. And lot of shops and parking area. Mostly most popular shops for clothes shoes, sports, dallarlama are here. Name it.
Great shopping center. Only wish more shoppers come here to see how great a shopping experience this is. Plenty of stores, wide variety, lots of parking. Can get whatever we want.
Though an attempt to duplicate the highly successful outlet mall concept so prevalent throughout the USA, it fails to reach that bar. The location makes it almost impossible for business’s to succeed, which is probably why there’s always ample parking.
Has gone downhill. There used to be so many awesome stores and many have closed. Theres very little left. Some that are left consider themselves outlet stores, others dont. We come here often to see a movie and go for dinner but clothes shopping has declined for us here as all the stores we liked have closed down. Tons of parking though.
This once was a good outlet mall but over the years many stores have shuttered. Almost every time I come here there is a new store, open and another gone. The Nike Store is one of a few good options here.
This mall is placed in such a poor location, its hard to attract any real business. Most of the stores that pop up here close down within a year or two. Thyme maternity has been great, as well as Longos, however other nice places have closed because the mall is so remote with very little access to transit.
I found the doors in this place particularly well hung. Lots of times youll push a door and they will feel sticky or greasy but these ones were very clean and you could tell a real professional how to install them
I rated this plaza 5 stars because its in my neighborhood and Im there often. Unfortunately, lots of stores close and new ones pop up and youre never sure how long they will last. I actually like that its quieter than the other outlet malls because its easier to shop.
Great place to shop. They have markdown dresses for $14.95 and just recently further marked down their massive clearance section! Some items as low as $2.95 and most under $10 for fall markdowns and spring markdowns are up to 50% off new clearance. They always have sales on regular price items and if you sign up for their text they will text you when their big sales events are on so you always get a great deal for fashionable clothing
I find most of the shops here practical and love going there, except the parking. The design of the lot is a roadway of possible accidents. I assume they designed it to force you to travel past as many store fronts as possible, but its too much of a maze.
For being an outdoor mall, the layout is terrible for pedestrians. Thankfully, it wasnt busy when I visited this mall because in order to get to the stores we wanted to go to effectively, we had to walk across the parking lot. I can only imagine how many people get run over in that parking lot if it was busy.
Horrible building placement and parking. Have to drive from store to store. Other than Home Depot not much reason to go. Good stores seem to close more and more every year due to lack of people shopping. The good thing is youll almost definitely be the only customer in the store youre in so you will get a lot of attention from the sales staff.
Great outdoor shopping centre with a lot of options! Most stores offer great deals all the time, with the best during holidays. Most of the stores are clothing stores. The centre is empty almost all the time unless there is a huge deal happening at one of the bigger stores. There is also fast food and more fsncier food place avilable nearby.
There are always great sales on clothing, shoes and homewares year round!
