Beautiful Waterfall to visit !
A super nice activity in Southern Belize. If in PG Belize i recommend trying this wonderful place.Pack a cooler and lunch to enjoy the day swimming in the cool fresh water.Park is well managed and maintained. An excellent group experience
MoreThe site was close, but you could walk to the waterfall and bridge. Swimming was not possible. Probably due to the rainy season, the water was too rough to swim.
MoreWas a great experience , water was so refreshing.
Wonderfull and tranquil. We got to see a display of a white-collared Manakin
Beautiful. Lush jungle surrounds swimming hole. Can hang out in river with water cascading overhead. Ledges to jump off of you are brave enough. Trail not too difficult but slippery. Water shoes are a good idea
MoreGreat waterfall! Clear, beautiful & deep pool for swimming. Ledge you can stand over or jump off! Well-maintained trails & cool suspension bridge over the river.
MoreExcellent experience, clean National Park, very friendly staff, beautiful falls, great trails
MoreA wonderful place! I love it 😍
Great nature trail and pathway. Great place to visit with your family
It was beautiful. The falls are amazing. Some great areas to cliff jump and swim.
MoreAwesome place. We paid 2 BZD (2 USD for foreignersper person for entrance to the park. Then we paid an additional 10 BZD per person so that we could sleep under one of their thatch roofs beside the creek for the night. We made our campfire and cooked our food right there inside the park. We went bathing and driving at the beautiful waterfall. The waterfalls look prettiest in rainy season. They also have a 2km nature hike into the jungle. You have to walk over a hanging bridge to get to the trail head. The walkways are concrete, which is amazing coming from Toledo. All in all we had a wonderful day here.
MoreLovely shaded park w/ some trees & flowers identified. Waterfalls w/ large swimming hole, & swinging bridge. Circular hike took about 30 mins.
MoreReally fun poit to stop and get yourself wet. Amazing waterfall and great fun rope bridge!
MoreHard to get to. There are buses but pay close attention to their schedule. Ask when they return even if you think you know. Or drive yourself. It’s a gorgeous road through some truly off the grid villages and forest, and the park itself is beautiful.
MorePlace to swim in the jungle..private and amazing waterfall of crystal clear water
MoreBeautiful place for swimming hiking, trail running
Beautiful
Sehr Naturbelassener Nationalpark- sprich Dschungel- pur mit einem schönen NatureTrail und lauwarmen Wasser...
MoreAmazing place to visit with family or friends...beautiful river with many falls and shallow pools to swim....awesome!
MoreWe always take our friends here when they visit Belize. There is no waterfall during dry season (Mar/April/Maybut still fun to jump into the water from the cliffs. During high rainy season, the waterfalls can be very forceful. Take some cash (smaller bills - you wont get changeto buy from the Mayan ladies co-op store.
MoreAmazing swimming and swing bridge! Also the waterfall is great in rainy season.
We visited this park on the 22nd of March. The park ranger, his name I unfortunately forgot, gave us a very warm welcome. He provided us with plenty of information about the park. The entrance fee is close to nothing, so dont forget to donate some money to the childrens fund. The hike itself is suitable for all, very low intensity. We did see the waterfall but it was small because of the dry season. The water was filled with guppies and we spotted lots of birds. The forest itself is pretty and felt untouched, but no animals seen there. Not even a snake. Perhaps it would have been more successful if we would have taken a local tour guide. Please do pay a visit to this lovely park and make sure to support the local community.
MoreIt is beautiful and peaceful. I love it all.
Absolutely incredible! Worth the drive!
Pristine Nature! Gorgeous hammock bridge
Nice beautiful place ! You can jump in waterfall when it is the low season, thats fun ;lots of birds and sounds of the nature...
MoreBeautiful water falls.
Nada que destacar, una simple cascada
Beautiful
Great for cooling off and family time
Beautiful view, clean and great to swim in.
Beautiful scenery! Water levels were low , manageable and safe at this time of the year.
MoreA wonderful place to swim, very refreshing! You have to walk a little way to get to the fall, but it is worth walking through the jungle and see mother nature at its best!
Moreby far the best swimming hole I have ever seen
Watch and learn. :-)
