Bar & grill offering a diverse American menu in a relaxed setting with sports-centric decor.
Good lunch stop. Nostalgic visit. Would recommend.
Great beer battered fish, fries should be seasoned. Servers are friendly n efficient.
Delicious food, cold beer, and friendly staff. We stopped by pretty late after a concert and the place was busy, but in spite of that, the service was prompt, the food was fresh, and the prices were very reasonable.
Terrible food, hardly any meat in the cheese steak, fries are colorless and blend, what a joke
Very good wait staff very friendlyFood was good fish tacos and steak fajitas
This place is in a nice part of Allentown. We ate outdoors the day was beautiful. The service was superb. Their different flavors of hot sauce are amazing. My partner loved the crispy chicken sandwich. I had loaded nachos and they were so good. will return. thanks
Wonderful waitress, FRESH CRAB in the crab stuffed mushrooms and very little stuffi g, delicious veggie quesadilla.. . Nachos wew ok and thats the small one. . . .outside dining was perfect!!
Excellent food, nice place to ear and enjoy conversation with friends. Wait staff nice.
Good food, cold beer, friendly service, and reasonable pricing
Good food, cold beer, friendly service, and reasonable prices.
Food was great, music was great. We had an amazing time celebrating a friends birthday. Oh and our waitress was awesome.
A great local grill with some out of the world flavors and top shelf staff.
Good food, nice menu choices, nice outdoor seating, and live music. Nice evening out!
Great service. Food was very tasty.
Great spot for outdoor dining and delicious food and drink!
Had a waitress Named "Sam" she carried herself with profrionalism, and charisma. Made our first time visit, an enjoyable, and unforgettable one. Definitely going back.
Love the additional seating outside! Nothing at Ringers disappoints, always good food and service.
Nice outdoor area, only had a couple appetizers which were ok. Espresso martini was a chocolate martini. Menu was limited. I’m sure the food is good but we went elsewhere instead.
Great food... Outdoor setup is awesome.
Nice bar. Friendly people and staff. Cold beer.
Went for Trivia on a Monday night... Great time.. highly recommend it. The chicken quesadilla was good. I would have like to seen ciders on tap .i.e. Downeast cider.. but they did have some others in bottles.
Very good food, friendly and efficient help and reasonable prices.
First time visiting here. Went after visiting my dads grave by the Fairgrounds. Come to find out, my dad used to stop by for a beer here. Made it all the more special.
Salad with balsamic dressing, crab mushroom are delicious. Wings with garlic butter was not what I expected. Garlic butter wings and sweet and sweaty were very dry. I needed to ask for a sauce on the side. The waitress was beth friendly and kind.
Good consistent pub food. Friendly servers. Interesting daily specials. Wont break the bank.
Been coming here for a while on and off. Try to support all the local favorites.Food and service is always amazing.Staff is friendly but lunches are hit or miss. While on the clock you want fast service, sometimes its not the case. I do understand staffing issues so its not a deal breaker. The kitchen can become backed up. Co workers and I end up going across the street.I have never had a bad dish here yet. Everything is cooked well, great flavor and very delicious. Definitely a local favorite amongst a few others blocks away. This place holds its own.
Very happy with the food! The service was great too! And, pet friendly outdoors, putting water bowls out in warmer weather! 👍 🐈🦮🐕🦺🐩🐈
We were in a party of 10. Our server took great care of us, she was fun to talk to, and our food was fantastic. Loved the Prime Rib Egg Rolls. Will definitely eat here again!
A little cramped would not recommend for larger parties. A nice menu I got the southern fried chicken, which was just okay not a lot of flavor but it was cooked well. I would definitely go back and try some other items.
Cool place to hang out. Their Mediterranean chicken dish was excellent, however my Yuengling on draft was flat and the $11 soft pretzel was greasy and didn’t taste much like a pretzel. I think they deep fry it. The French onion soup is good.
First time stopping into this establishment with my family. There is a bar side & a restaurant side. The food was fairly good & so were their prices. I believe it’s family owned business. Nothing like supporting a local business. Stop by and check them out!
This is exactly what you expect... A pub/bar atmosphere with a decent enough menu. Came here for lunch while visiting my son at college. Decided on a bunch of appetizers.Food - we started with Chili and French onion soup. Chili was hearty but sweet. Had very little actual chili flavor but wasnt bad, just not what I expected. French onion soup had a delicious bubbly layer of cheese but an undersalted and very weak broth... We speculated it was chicken not beef broth. hot wings were Crispy but certainly not spicy. Not sure what mild would have been like but these were no where near medium let alone hot. Prime rib spring rolls were good but also sweet and the cheese dipping sauce needed to be heated more because it looked like congealed aoili and it wasnt until I tried it that I realized it was cheese. Tuna Tar Tar was nice tuna chunks, unseasoned, over guacamole. Not what we expected but good. And calamari was tasty but way over fried.Soda was flat and needed syrup... Didnt alcohol because we were driving home after our visit.Service was friendly and good.Overall my son said hed come back but not sure Id need to. It has a ton of potential and food is okay... But certainly not anything Im racing about.
Our experience was awesome at Ringers roost , and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the boss Well Hes a great great person. As well. What a great experience at this restaurant everyone should at least once visit. You will thank me
Yummy Lobster Mac N Cheese! Wings can be too big in my opinion and under cooked. These were perfect! Outside patio is nice to sit on especially this time of year! Great ambiance!
Food is incredible, the pretzel appetizer was AMAZING! Service was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday night so we expected a little bit of a wait!
We stumbled upon this really intriguing bar/restaurant while visiting family. It was late and most places were closed. I saw this corner bar but it was packed! However, turning the corner was a sign "The Other Side" which was fairly empty. Our server Vanessa was fun, efficient and helpful. NOW, the FOOD was NOT what I expected from a bar/restaurant, it was so delicious! Vanessa introduced us to our Chef, Rico who was delightful! We learned that everything was made in house, including the chorizo! We will most definitely be back when in town! Thank you Vanessa and Rico!
Loved my first experience! Awesome food! Nice service! Patio and outdoor seating is just perfect! Can’t wait to visit again 😋
Stumbled across this placed during trivia Monday. Fun and energetic vibe. Food was fantastic. I had the salmon burger with the Italian cake for dessert. Decently priced and great tasting food. This is a small place but very comfortable.
Was there today with 3 others. Two of us had cheese burgers and asked for them to be cooked medium. They were burnt to a crisp and took forever to come out. I don’t turn food back in so I just wrapped it in my napkin for my dogs. Will not be returning.
My second time visiting this restaurant, wow!! Our server was Nicollet, what a great waitress. It was crowded but she gave everyone great service. We will be going back for trip #3 real soon.
The Roost is a good bet for late night food, and definitely drinks. In fact, Liberty Street seems to be the place to go for food after 9pm now that people have stopped working in the restaurant industry. Thanks to the three bars that arent afraid to cook to 10pm and beyond. The Roost has a nice beer selection and they have a good menu. Folks have a tendency to get a little loud, and it gets a little tight, but it is what it is.
Ive been here to drink quite a few times but finally came for lunch. Our waitress was great, very nice, patient and attentive. The food was great as well. I ordered the crab cake and was so nervous about it being stuffed with unwanted extras. Nope!! No worries, it was basically 99% crab meat. I will be back and it wont be just for drinks. 😊
My ahi tuna was overcooked and dry my asparagus was good My risotto was cold Best thing of Rringers Roost was the outstanding wait staff and the spectacular delicious White Russian drink. Beware the parking lot does not have any handicap parking spots and the ramp on the side of the building to get in with a wheelchair is a bit steep and its a little tight getting into the table area for eating dinner. I will try again in the future and revise this review at a later date. When I inquired to the owner of the establishment why there is not one handicap parking spot out in his parking lot his reply was I havent been cited yet. I consider that an extremely arrogant response. But I would like to reiterate the wait staff is outstanding.
Ive dined-in before and has not disappointed. Today I ordered curbside pick up. Wow, was I impressed. Not only was my meal ready on time but it was hot right off the grill. Everything was very presentable even for a take out order. The Turkey burger was very juicy, and had really good flavor! Recommend this place! Above and beyond!!!
Delicious food!! Great Service!! Awesome experience!! Will definitely be back!! It was a Great Taco Tuesday!! Dessert was delicious!
Absolutely friendly staff. Smells absolutely amazing when you walk in. Ordered a few apps calamari was cooked perfectly, tuna tartare was great and fresh. Stuffed mushrooms is a must have!! They have an option of build your own burger the meat was so juicy. The bone in ribeye had a great rub so juicy and flavorful. Sweet potatoes is always a must have. I regret not ordering nachos seemed like a fan favorite. Every table had nachos.
Came here for dinner with two friends. It was a nice place, we got outdoor seating so I didnt get to see the inside. The prices were reasonable, and the menu was concise but diverse. The wait time to get our food was about average. The atmosphere was very relaxed & comfortable. It seemed family friendly to me too, I saw multiple families with somewhat older children (maybe 7 or so). Didnt seem particularly aimed at families with very young children though (no kids menu that I saw)My only real complaint would be the lack of a drink menu, the servers list off the options from memory instead, which is impressive but not as practical as just looking at a list.
We had a group of seven and sat outside. I had a cheeseburger and it was very good. My drink was Makers and ginger ale, they were large and very good as well. Our server was Natalie and she was excellent. This was my first time there and Ill definitely be going back.
Good service for food was good the outside tables are perfect my favorite partwas nachos their meat is very flavorful as well as the martinis super delicious
Me and a group of friends went after our show and we all left happy. The waitress was very nice and patient and she even put a cherry in my coke when I asked for cherry coke and they didnt have any. Which to me made me really happy. The burger i had was amazing and i loved the live music they had playing. I will definitely think of this place whenever I want to go out and eat.
