Great food! Its almost a tradition to stop by on the way up to the city after going to Lake atitlan.

Is a nice place, i dont like the fact that you have to wait for long to be setve and to get a table.

Ordered the Ranchero plate and it was tasty. Theyre known for the tortilla con queso which are pictured in the meal and was pretty good but not as gooey as the Mexican quesadilla. Service was a little slow but friendly.

Incredible local Guatemalan cuisine! Definitely get the Adobado, tortillas with cheese and chorizo, and carnitas!

Easy off easy on from Main road to Guatemala, City. Clean, spacious, family restrooms. Great "home made", meat products.

Although the pecan pie was a tad bit too buttery and less molasses the rest of the food was very good. The hot pepper sauce is incredible, great hot chocolate and nice fireplaces throughout the restaurant.

Service its ok but the plates has to be separate especially the meet, we choose different meat cooking at the the time to serve I dont weach its weach?

It’s been 6 years since I visited this place and it never disappoints. The food is amazing!! Everything is freshly made and there products are from their own farm. I don’t recall the name of the dish I got but I had had 6oz steak, with plantains, beans, cream and cheese. A little bit of everything and you can’t go wrong with the tortillas. The only disappointing selection I had was the cheesecake. It was dry and not what I expected. It tasted more like a piece of pound cake. The chocolate cake however, is to die for! If you are on your way to panajachel (hopefully I spelt it rightI would stop here.

What an amazing place, this restaurant has a very unique vibe, the Decor is very unique. As soon as you walk in you are welcome by ladies making “Tortillas” by hand.We had breakfast here with the family and we tried the picado de Chorizo ahumado y Longaniza especial, a Tradicional Tecpaneco y autentico Rancheros. This place is In carretera panamericana interamericana Santa Apolonia Guatemala we rent a car in Guatemala City and drove like 3 hours and stop and have breakfast in this beautiful and Quiet place Rincon Suizo we order the queso boy , was so delicious we also order a scrambled eggs with hot chocolate, some coffee ☕️ really good customer service , food is yummy, on our way back we stopped egain and have dinner , their drinks are very good , desserts are super delicious we have to order to go too .

Delicious food and large portions can be found here. They make the tortillas fresh in house and the atmosphere is just superb!Highly recommend if visiting to check them out!

Meat was not that good, it was overcooked and not the best quality. The place is really pretty and is a good place to spend some time with little kids. Not the best to eat for sure

Amazing place. Delicious food and warm atmosphere. Safety protocols are very good and plenty of space. I love the decoration and how it is designed. I would definitely come back! BTW thanks to the kind parking employee who went the extra mile and provided me with an umbrella while waiting for my car.

This place is often recommended and for good reason. I had not come here in years, but I had a great surprise today. Parking is scenic if nothing else, and socially distanced if youre into that. Food was really good, pricing is very fair, especially with how good and how much food youre being served. I had some very indulgent Nutella and strawberry waffles, along with some chancol cheese tortillas and hot chocolate. Service was quick to bring it all and to help me pack it for takeaway, since I couldnt finish any of it 😅 Its a highlight of the route, and Ill make it a point to stop by next time Im nearby.

I ordered the lomito crepe and it was terrible. The hot chocolate was watery and the cake de Mora was cold and not a cake instead it was a hard pie. I will not be returning nor will I recommend it.

Fair prices. Great taste. Just the take-home herrajes, cheese, chile and jelly make it worth the stop. Ask for a seat next to one of the stoves. Try the chocolate.

Delicious breakfast and great value of your money, the atmosphere is super cozy. All the staffs are friendly and they follow all COVID-19 protocols. I Had the Especial Rincón Suizo breakfast with tortillas try it if you come for breakfast.

Its like traveling to Switzerland! Honestly! The place is beautiful, the restaurant is built in full wood, very cozy place, very fancy actually, the price of food is very accessible and affordable, I mean, I spent Q. 10 less than when going to McDonalds, and the food is totally delicious, fool of cheese and cream! Gosh! All dishes here are absolutely delicious!

lots of free parking spots, good souvenirs stores around. It has a little park for walking after eating that much.Be advised to use google maps to arrive since you can easily miss the place driving and will have to turn around to find the entrance.Food is good, not too pricey, mostly steaks, chicken and pork.the ride from Guatemala city takes about an hourand a half or so, with no traffic and doing a steady 80 kph. and the road is in a very good condition.

The Xpress Service is good although the prices are very similar to the prices at the Restaurant. The service to go could be improved with attention during extended hours (open one or two hours before the restaurant and close at the same time or one hour later). The attention of the personnel in the Xpress Service, could be better.

Food is great, service is great, and this place is perfect if youre going with a big group. I went with 7 people and asked for a 4 people dish. It was more than enough to feed us all 7. Go and visit it. Ask for their original natural juices.

BBQ meal for 4 would have fed 6. Loved the food

Great food and the restaurant is really well designed. The food came really quickly but they were a little slow when asking for extra things. We ordered a meat platter for four which we couldnt finish and it was all deliciously cooked.

Incredible ambiance. My favorite restaurant for mountain dining. This place has been in business ever since I started going to Guatemala in the early 90s. Its pricey but good food. The giant plate for 4 is amazing but about $70. Its worth it for treating your friends and family to something special. I especially like the sausage and chorizo. The steak is good but not like a great steak place in the u.s.

Great atmosphere inside a large wooden cabin. Good food and desserts including a Crepe statiion. Meats are the best. Order the family parrillada if youre with a large group. Lots of parking with safety. Nice and clean restrooms too.

Food is great, services are not personalized. This is mostly because it gets really crowded and they have loud music. I dont recommend stopping here if you need to rest, it seems that the place is intended for quick meals.
