Yellow rice has no taste and the roast pork needs more seasoning. The beans are good though.

High prices and the food is not good enough.

Food is ok but the customer service is bad because the way they take your order carelessly….last time I ordered a family meal based off the menu which is inaccurate by the way and I asked for yellow rice beans garlic on the tostones please and a sprite soda but I got white rice no garlic and a pineapple soda and call them to let them know they messed up my order because it’s not the first time they got my order wrong the lady on the phone said nothing and hung up on me and I wasn’t rude at all so I recommend Casa Latina better I have never had a problem from them.

Never been to this place and I want to go less now. Im at home and found a flyer on the windshield of my car. Not in my door or anywhere near it, but on my car parked in front of my house. Theres no reason for that. Wont be trying this place now.

The best Spanish Food in the valley hands down. I discovered this place after trying to go to my usual place . And there food and prices are amazingly. Try this place it is awesome

Today, I ordered relleno de papa, pastels, pernil arroz con gondules and bean sauce. I was eating my relleno de papa and I found 2 pieces of chicken bones inside of my relleno de papa.

I Go every Sunday morning! Love it

For the $5 dollar lunch meal a customer shouldnt have to ask for more rice or another piece of chicken when there was only a small piece given the food was good but I was not pleased when given small portion verses the customer in front didnt have a problem with his order where she put so much rice on his order that she realized it was to much and was putting it back

I’m all for supporting small businesses but Omg, This place should not be in business. Their food was so old, and just not edible. Pls stay away from here, unless you enjoy being sick. I’ve never had such horrible Dominican food in my life. And I’ve tried a few different spots in Allentown- all that were way better than here.

I don’t think they ever heard of cross contamination. Im vegetarian and dude put salami on my food when i told them NOT to THREE times and he just put the food back in the hotplate n mixed it in with the maduro like it aint have meat grease all over it. For non vegetarians this may seem fine but for me that is gross. Never ordering from this place again. Go down the street to 7th Street Family Restaurant instead where it looks cleaner and they actually pay attention to what you order.

Went for breakfast got Mangu with salami , queso frito and red onions . food was really good the onions had the perfect zing if eat mangu you know what Im talking about and I had a Coco Rico soda that I grew up drinking. Will definitely be back for more

I visited Allentown today I was looking for a place to eat came to this restaurant and the food was horrible 😫 and to top it off over charged 2 mofongos with churasco and 2 drinks 68 dollars

The food was very hard starting with the rice was very hard to eat and impossible to eat it, order a mongondo order and couldn’t eat it either!

I spent a few weeks in Allentown and ate here about 10 times. Hit the spot most times. A lil aggie when u want the food , but can’t speak their language. They usually tried to have a good attitude so i returned. Loved their whole chicken! I tried 2 others spanish restaurants in the area . I like this one the best!

Never failed me, unlike other places. Plus they have lunch ready at 7:am. Where else can you get pernil at 7:am.

I give a one star i went there with my daughter to eat lunch and all we did was wait for our food.and the waiters was slow she didnt even speak English.i will not go again

SLOW sit in service. When asked for ice in a cup the lady instead of giving that to us she started to take orders. We sat here for such a long time with no food. Then when finally served us our food the rice was hard 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Food was delicious Red Snapper & Tilapia with black beans and rice was absolutely good.

Every time I go here its horrible communication between myself and staff so I chose to deliver well placing order youd think to have someone commucate in English NOPE! Didnt tell me how much or how long for delivery almost 2hrs til I received my ordered. Called back again. Food is alright, nothing special. workers have horrible attitudes. I acted like I didn’t speak Spanish and they was talking about me like I’m dumb. Went in a second time had a bad experience with their attitudes again. I’ll go across the street from now on to the rotisserie chicken.

Horrible, food is good but they’re very unorganized. Almost every time I go there I have to wait a while when they’re people not doing anything. I believe the owner is great but the staff is horrible. Just today I went in they put my plate in front of me because I was first in line to pay she charges me for someone else’s order plus mine so I spent $20 on a lunch just because she was unorganized

I came here the other night and got myself some yellow rice and parnil (pork). It was so good I couldnt wait to get back here and get myself some more of that delicious, mouth watering, Spanish mouth heaven.I came here again today and got myself some more of that yellow rice and parnil with a side order of pastelón, ( its like a Spanish version of lasagnaand it was all just great. If youre debating on weather to come here or not I would suggest you make your way on in here and give it a try. If youre anything like me, youd love it.

Im from Rhode Island and was craving, plantains. It took 45 mins for delivery and they forgot my green salad, but the beef, red beans and rice were delicious.

Food quality is ok but needs work on the flavor and presentation. I ordered mangu with 3 golpe and a lunch of cow meat n 5 pattelitos and orange and milk drink( Mori soyandothe mangu onions had no flavor, the cow meat was skimped and had a bunch of fat and the drink were sour and the rice was like it burnt and the beans flavorless. But the pattelitos were perfect! I used to love this spot but they slacking nowCan be better. This food was just not made with no love

If you are black there is workers in this establishment that will treat u like your invisible. They are racist trying to get the workers attention 3 to 4 times and they acted as if they didnt hear me. Was a young man in there taking my order and the woman pulled him away and proceeded to ignore my request for her attention. So I walked out I will never go back there again hope this review saves someone else from going through this by not going in there. This is a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood so I guess they dont care to lose black folks business. They lost mine Im good.

My mom goes here at least once every week. Great wholesome HOMEMADE Spanish food. Everything is good.

I hate this place with a passion. Dont step outside after ordering or they will assume you left & will cancel your order! Sometimes the food taste old... They are a little on the expensive side and most of the time the ladies have attitudes... and dont dare go in there if you dont speak English! They will pass you around to each other as it seems nobody can speak English or just dont want to & will avoid you as if you are infected with an infectious disease lol

Food is pretty fair but the staff are terrible. If you order something, do not go outside for a smoke or phone call because they will think you left and you will not come back to food. This happened like 3 times already. Plus theyre rude to people they dont know

Very good food at affordable prices. Fast service and spacious place for family eating. Extensive menu, good tasty food, and cooked well. They serve from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

100% enjoy their food, if I could Id eat here every day. Thats how amazing their for is. And I adore the staff that works there as well. Definitely more than 5 stars in my book!! And more than 100% recommend anyone to go here.

Horrible experience they dont even acknowledge certain customers they heat up the food in microwaves I will not rest until I keep giving bad reviews the employee are very rude!

Im from NYC and I love hispanic food. This is the BEST out here in Allentown PA. I come here at least twice a week for lunch. People are friendly and family run. Very comfortable and the food is absolutely amazing

I ordered a fish in a garlic sauce with tostones and it was delicious. Ill return for more and try some other dishes that seemed great, too.

Delicious food, fair prices. The only issue I have is theyre fairly bad with their English as I am with my Spanish, so its hard to comnunicate.
