Right Price Tiles Navan in Navan

I dealt with Ian earlier today in Right Price Tiles Navan and he could not have done more. He was super helpful and patient while I was deciding on tiles, and he offered different design ideas showing examples of different coloured grouts with the tiles. He had brilliant knowledge of all the products I asked about and was able to offer really good advice. He was professional and friendly and I couldnt be happier with the service I received today. Good for amateur DIYERS for inspirations and ideas.went there to see bathrooms renovation ideas,I came back with bathroom cabinet for my garden room that is still in my head,but waiting to build sooooon

Good selection of goods .Staff very helpful though short in supply .an extra Staff member to man the desk at all times is badly needed ,if only popping in to inquire of availability of itemsCould do with 1 or 2 extra Staff for desk duty and inquries

Very very poor service went in for floors and tiles for a new house. Picked the ones we wanted and gave the chap the measurements needed. When we got home we didn’t even have enough flooring for one room went back to store and they blamed me and told me it was my own fault. Area manager rang me and was very helpful but staff in Navan were brutal. I wouldn’t recommend the Navan but I went to the Drogheda and blanch store and they were very friendly abs helpful I’d suggest going there and staying away from Navan

Just had to post a review about this store. Staff are so friendly and helpful and I found beautiful porcelain floor tiles at a fraction of what they would cost elsewhere. I am so happy with my tiles thank you so much to Carl and all the staff there.

Right Price Tiles in Navan not only supplied the beautiful Chester cognac tile to allow us achieve a fantastic herringbone effect floor in our home but the exceptional customer service really made all the difference. John Madden went above and beyond to connect us with a super skilled tiler Brian Gallagher at short notice who fitted the tiles. Exceptional attention to detail. The tile is so beautiful we decided to lift all our existing tiles to cover as much floor area as possible with the herringbone and it was so worth it. Big shout out to Ian, Danny and Karl in Navan for all the advice along the way. Thanks so much, Paul & Christine

Excellent service and very Friendly Staff. I was really delighted with the care and attention to detail that I received when buying tiles at "Right price tiles" The expert Sales person called "Karl" went far and above the call of duty. He was so nice and professional and he gave me some great advice about numerous times on sale at Right Price tiles. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I will definitely go back again. Thanks again Karl Im delighted with tiles.

Omg. Black haired guy in store. No too busy. Doing an order. All I wanted was 3 samples. No wouldnt even listen. Kept walking away. Very bad attitude. He called his co worker. He was helpful but had no idea of what was in stock. I was ready to spend money there and then but why would I. Had booked samples online. Rang 4 times to see were they ready. I might as well have been ringing Harry Potter. Cause it would have been magic if someone actually answered the phone.

All staff very friendly and helpful every time we visited. A tile we had picked was discontinued (out of Right Price Tiles controlbut Ian made a huge effort to source the tile for us by contacting all the other stores to put together the number of boxes we needed. He was also very prompt in communicating any updates to us. We really appreciated it.

Great selection of tiles etc but called into Navan shop today to look at selection of tile for our bathroom and to get box of white tiles for small job. Stood 20 mins at register to pay for tiles and was told by one staff member he was busy and the other didnt take for items..!! Left the store without the tiles. Will consider buying somewhere else for our bathroom renovation... Shame..!!

Lovely selection of tiles, good pricing, nice shop however brutal costumer service, phone is never answered and have been in the shop on several occasions and the guys are afraid to make eye contact in case they have to help you. 25 mins one day waiting for a bag of grout while 2 lads fulfilled an order for a builder. More staff needed I think.

Highly recommend Carl from the navan store,, he was very helpful & polite in helping us choose the best floors & accessories for our bedrooms & hallway,, he listened to what we wanted & was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind on colours,, delighted with our floors & the quality is great, well definitely be back again,,

Staff member by the name of Danny or Dan was extremely hostile and rude.!!! I was returning items on behalf of another person and was belittled by him in front of other customers for reasons i dont know. If in Navan outlet stay clear from this VERY disrespectful person who has no business in dealing with people the way he dealt with me. This person is no asset to any company.

Excellent service in Navan. Prestine shop, well laid out. Dealt with Dan and Karl and they were both excellent, friendly and had great knowledge of the products. Nothing was too much. Wish all employees were as brilliant as these two. Highly recommend going to the Navan branch instead of Blanchardstown where the shop and service was awful.

Always get a great service from Dan in RPT. Would highly recommend this particular shop based on the customer service alone.

Staff in Navan shop very pleasant and helpfulbut their company policy undoes all the good work of their employees. Bought 5 boxes of porcelain tiles. Brought them home to discover that they werent suitable. Returned them tand informed that you have to wait 2 weeks to be reimbursed and even then its by cheque and to top it all they charge a restocking fee.... €60 for 5 boxes. Wont be going back here again.

Hello, My name is Carmen and my husband Vladimir.We were in your shop in Navan a couple of times.Daniel was helping us.We are deaf and it can be sometimes difficult to understand or communicate.Daniel was extremely helpful and patient.We definitely recommend this store.Your staff is great. Staff were incredible nothing a problem for them and Soo helpful. Recommend a tiler that only half finished the job so annoyed. Garry tirney cavan need to remove him from recommend tillers list.

Staff are very rude and will happily stand talking to each other and ignore customers. Was waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone. When it became obvious no one wanted to approach me I asked a member of staff who said he would be with us in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later I left. Have a new build so would have spent a lot of money but I will now go out of my way to buy somewhere else.

Big shop with a great range of tiles plus other flooring materials. Staff are good and helpful without being pushy. If you are in the market for some nee tiles this is definitely worth a visit.
