Food and services were very good. Interior design needs some work it felt like was left behind . Next time I will be visiting I will go there again.

Very good Clubhouse Sandwich...great service. The bathrooms need upgraded badly.

Stopped at Rickys on our way to Calgary from Regina. Had some of the spring menu items - they were delish!! The Cinnamon Waffles are a must try. Loved the ambience, menu and most of all the hospitality! I would recommend Rickys to anyone who wants to have a good portion , value for money breakfast/brunch/lunch/anytime of the day dine-in!

Breakfast was amazing! Especially the waffles. Good portion sizes aswell so come in hungry or you might struggle to finish it.

We have now eaten here three times and the quality and service has been flawless. Burger, wrap and a club were the choices and they were delish!Side salads blended greens, tomatoe and cranberries and the club had generous layers of crisp bacon and juicy turkey.Not much for ambience and the dining room needs a coat of paint to brighten a drab interior but we arent too particular if the meal rocks...well done Rickys management and staff!

Honestly the food at this place is amazing. Best Philly cheese steak Ive had! But they are very short staffed. Even though our waitresses for each visit worked hard, the restaurant simply didnt have enough and the waiting times for orders and food were way too long.

I just had the best breakfast I have had in 25 to 30 years. The service was great, but the food was exceptional hot until the last piece of fruit, unheard of in the restaurant business ( yes, I mean hot).I had the stuff french toast. Great flavor in the sauce; the peaches were still firm. I also had a side of bacon. The bacon was crispy, hot, and flavorful. And it still looks like bacon. I would like to thank ALL the staff at Ricky s Medicine Hat at Radcliff Drive. Oh, by the way, I have never left a review for any breakfast place.

Ordered the liver and onions for take out. All was awesome especially the way the veggies were cooked. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place. The Cook Rocks!

First off our waitress Destiny was Fantastic. 10/10 for her.I had the Alfredo.- the sauce was a little bland- the chorizo was burnt- the chicken didnt taste or look freshService was on point and I didnt have to wait long.

My 1st time here. Destiny our server was great very friendly and seemed to be on her toes whenever we needed something. I ordered the Greek wrap and a salad. It was good. Everything inside tho seemed to be clumped together. I think it would have been better if they had tossed the ingredients together in a bowl before putting it in the flat bread. Every time I took a bite it was just a clump of chicken or a clump of feta etc. On another note tho seasoning of your own ( salt n pepperis not needed. Flavors were excellent!

NOT handicap friendly. Took elderly lady to this restaurant and increadibly hard to manuouver the entrance doors. This community is high percentage of elderly people with mobility and accessibility challenges. Please install a handicapp button on your doors. Thanks.

Went for brunch around 10. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and basic 2 egg breakfast. 2 customers got seated 15 min after us and were served 15 min before we decided to leave. Over 1 1/2 hours with a coffee refill for service. I miss ABC!

Be more mindful towards couriers set you needed time for preparing an order.. that way we dont sit idle for 20 minutes. The time is on your app

I went in with middle expectations, but found my Tennessee chicken sandwich really great. It was delicious. I really enjoyed it. This is a nice quiet restaurant and my meal was fantastic.

My Complements To the ChefI dont normally go out of my way to right reviews but this must be done.So I visited the restaurant on March 17th 2021 and just sitting down to lunch nothing fancy as most food is very boring and bland to me due to growing up with a mother who was a 5 star chef. I ordered a clubhouse with a soup of the day. Well expecting the same old boring canned soup I get from every other restaurant. Not so at this place one taste and my pallet woke up like it just got hit by lighting! Turkey Rice sounds boring but it was not, my taste buds came to life as the flavor and spices rolled across them I was speechless I had to take another spoon and it was even better than the first. The soup was so excellent that I only ate half my clubhouse because I wanted the room for a second bowl. I also bought a gallon of the soup to take home because I live over 2 hours away from Rickys and wanted to taste this divine soup again. My complements to Nicole the creator the this soup I look forward to visiting there again and trying some of your other creations Im very sure they will not disappoint.Thank you for restoring my faith that there are still creative cooks out there.

We had the fish and chips this last Friday for take out for the first time. Good sized portions, fish was crispy and hot just how I like it. And It came with cole slaw, ketchup, and gravy. Will for sure order from here again.

This was the first restaurant that we went out for breakfast after the COVID-19 lockdown. The staff made us feel very safe. I had the breakfast special that included eggs, ham, hash browns and rye toast. It definitely hit the spot. We had plenty of food splitting one order and that way the pricing was reasonable.

Had great mac & cheese. Main came with Ceasar salad and garlic loaf. Everything was so good. I probably over stuffed myself.... Tried some of the tomato basil soup, it was really thick and tasted more like a pizza sauce...

Its been awhile since I had pancakes that good!Nice and quiet too. None of the loud kitchen hustle that I usually hear at other places.The young lady that served was very nice as well.Will definitely be returning.

They have the greatest breakfast! However, the waitresses I have encountered are not very pleasant, still good service just not very friendly.

Stood there for about 4 -8 minutes before someone came to seat us.Server was uncomfortably physical, always touching a shoulder, did not write down our order and thus made a mistake. Food quality was consistent with other Rickys

I was impressed. I got a gibger rice bowl, I forget what they call it here but is was simple and lots of ginger spicyness, just the way I like them. It was not very busy but the food was very good. We all had god meals. Decent place to hit up for supper. Place is clean and staff are friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great meal.

Stopped here for breakfast on my birthday, had the perogies & eggs. Really excellent, everything cooked to perfection. Waitress was really sweet, tell her I said hello ;- Will stop in again when we pass through.

Rickys has never given me a bad experience. Ive been there four times since last October, and the food has kept its incredible quality. Breakfast, lunch, or supper, the team seems to work magic on the meal.By far, my favorite quick restaurant in Medicine Hat. I cant wait to go back.

The waitress was great! We ordered a chicken wrap but couldnt really find the chicken. We had also ordered an oriental salad which was fresh and delicious. When the waitress told the manager about the lack of chicken in the wrap he gave us 2 coupons.

Poor experience here today. On our way travelling stopped for a quick meal...place was more than half empty. Ordered breakfast meals and it took almost an hour for our meal, some of the sausage was burnt and much was cold. Sadly the waitress did little to acknowledge our discontent. Very disappointing experience. We wont eat here again.

We popped in for a late morning breakfast. The eggs were done perfectly, and most important to me, both the bacon was crisp and the shredded hashbrowns were buttery tasting And crispy! The service was excellent...What more can you ask for?!

Still waiting for a table with 15 other people and there are empty tables that nobody is using. Giving this place 15 mins more because of the positive reviews then Im gone.Well the food was good but will never go there again on a Sunday. Nobody came by while I was waiting for my food to refill my drink and after they asked while delivering my meal they never served it. I am in McDonalds next door having a drink because I needed one so bad. Good food buy everything else was terrible.

Recently went here for the first time. Both this location and Rickys in general. And, I was pleasantly surprised. For a chain-style restaurant it was much less generic than I had assumed it would be.I had the bacon burger and it was quite good -- quality ingredients and a nice size. My wife also enjoyed the vegetarian options. Beer selection was just okay though. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was on par with any other family style restaurant.If youre looking for a good, straight down the middle family style diner I would suggest Rickys.

Service was horrible, food was worse.They brought the wrong meal to my daughter, and then unceremoniously yanked it away from her when it was brought to their attention. When they brought the replacement pasta, the waitress said "did you want that garlic bread from the last plate?" As in, they didnt bring a new and complete plate with the correct pasta, they just brought a small dish with the correct pasta and left he original garlic bread sitting in the kitchen getting the cold the whole time and then offered it back to us.I was never brought the water to drink that we asked for at the beginning of the meal.The waitress did not check in on us.The only not horrible was the milkshake (when she finally remembered that wed ordered one)

Friendly service and lunch specials were a good price option. The soups were hot and tasty and not a thickened cream sauce.
