Good service but the eggs tasted like fish

Had an awesome experience with Kassia as my waitress! Such a kind person and so relatable. Made sure we had everything we needed!

Had a special brunch at Rickys in Coquitlam with my sister and father for Fathers Day.The service was unbelievably accommodating and friendly. There were two different meals that I wanted and couldnt decide between so the server found a way to make them into one meal so that I could have both! The picture shows the Cheese Baked Eggs with Chicken and Waffles. It was delicious and I was so satisfied.Our server was great to deal with and very timely. They also had a great music playlist in the background.I was delighted to see that they now offer gluten free and dairy free options on the menu as well.Overall great experience at this location!

Great value for money. Classic comfort food with friendly, professional service. The pie was especially good with fs faky crust and a sour cherry filling.

Service was a little slow, and host and bussers could have been more attentive to customers with coffee mugs. The servers were wonderful, and did their best in a busy restaurant. Food was delicious, with 1 small error on the prepared eggs, which the servers corrected ASAP. Our space was clean, under 1 table was not.7/10 overall experience

Great staff (family ownedand great food..... plus succulent dessert 😋 I come here by myself for my favorite chicken fingers (they are so fresh). And I like coming with friends to enjoy a nice meal and great service.

Their breakfast menu is extensive and offers very good value at fair prices. My only complaint is the rude hostess. The last time I visited a young female host offered me a booth at the entrance but when I asked if I could have a empty booth at the back she took me there, threw the menus in the table and just said "whatever". I have never experienced such rude behavior anywhere and because of this I will never visit this establishment again.

Lunch and dinner menu is alright. However we went for breakfast the menu has limited food choices and service was average.

Keto friendly, the ultimate was a delicious and very creative way of having a low carb breakfast :will be back

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for eggs Benny. Wanted soft poach, came hard, ordered cube hashbrowns came shredded. Ordered sausages, never came .We saw two couples sitting beside us get served before us. I called the owner over, his response was "what do you want me to do, we are busy" They charged me full price for the breakfast, will never eat or recommend this restaurant to anyone. This is not the first time this happened here. The first time the eggs came hard poached. They charged me full price after waiting an hour to get the eggs done properly. They said " oh well you ate the breakfast " pore way of running a business.

They need to change the maple bacon! Also,I had the avacado toast,the green salad had no dressing and the poached egg was sitting in water in a bowl it should have been dry and on the plate! Service was slow.

Service was excellent. Manager noticed that hostess was seating other people. Came up to do Covid screening and seat me so I wouldn’t have to wait. Servers were very attentive. Breakfast was really good. Will come here again for sure.

This place one of my families top three places! They are alway nice and friendly. With a child on the spectrum, they are very accommodating and understanding. It is by far our daughters favourite place! Thank you Rickys

Very nice place. Not too crowded. Staff was excellent as she was always checking on us without getting in the way. Very good food as well. Felt safe and well attended to the entire visit.

Though the service and food were pretty good one aspect of my meal disliked the heat of the grilled chicken sandwich that it simply wilted into inedible-ness.On the flip side, our lovely waitress kindly listened to my one complaint, lol, and assured me that its good to know for the future. 💗 Plus, Ill ask for No lettuce with my minus-the-bun sandwich 😄 next time!Oh! Plenty of parking and not so hard to find (been here a few times!).

Server does not listen, our meal arrived and the Clubhouse was suppose to come on white bread and have homemade turkey on it. It came on rye with processed turkey. When we mentioned it our Server she argued with us about what we ordered. For that reason alone we will.not return to this restaurant

Place is really clean and up to date with covid protocols .Service is good food is great and the beers are cold .I had the mushroom burger which was very tasty .Will deft go back next time Im in the area.

Restaurant was not to busy and the waitress was pleasant. Our orders came in a timely manner, we had the special which was all you can eat fish and chips. The meal was great, we were both so full from the first plate we couldnt order anymore. The price was no more than you would expect to pay for fish and chips anywhere else. My only complaint is that the coffee is not all that great.

There was basically only one vegetarian option. They were able to make my salad vegan and added a whole avocado instead. They served the bread with butter though. Overall I was really happy with our server and the food was delicious. I just wish they would have a few more vegan or vegetarian options. I liked how they gave us candies at the end though.

Amazing comfort food and such great value for affordable prices. The staff and service are lovely as well! Have come here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert so many times and each time the food tastes amazing and staff are so friendly. Will definitely bring my friends and family here more often!

Theyre open for dine-in! I really appreciate the nice staff, and the fact that they were accommodating in allowing my husband to order off the breakfast menu (he is the breakfast loverand I got to order from the lunch menu.When it comes to their grilled cheese they sure dont mess around. Theyve got the spilled over cooked and fried cheese attached with the sandwich when it arrived, and I wasnt sure what to think. After that first bite though... they have a point, Im not going to question their method. Of course I added a side of soup for that "home" feel.The thing I didnt mention earlier is that I am lactose intolerant, but it was so worth it.

We tried the all you can eat cod here some time ago, and it was okay, but nothing spectacular. Then we tried breakfast last weekend, and it was simple, but perfect.Pancakes were tasty, eggs cooked nicely, and the orange juice was really good too. Stuffed hash browns were all right, dont know if Id order them again though. The price is right, and the service was great. Youll definitely see us here again.

Food was fine but our waitress took a long time coming by after seating us, I ordered a beer which I never got, didnt bother asking again for it. We asked for more water but she never came back. Waited for the bill for 10 mins and we finally just went up to the cash and she had to punch us in, didnt have anything ready. There was maybe 3 other tables and 2 waitresses there on a Sunday

I came in waited for 15 minutes while I saw empty seats. A group of 6 walks in and gets seated with reservations right away. The host does not know what he is doing nor how to show people importance. Sat down and a group that showed up 10 minutes after me was seated right away after me and served waters. I waited 10 minutes for someone to recognize me, and get a simple water. I eat at the odd one like this. No concept of customer service. Overall horrible service, will never eat here again.

This place has been our breakfast place nearly every weekend for a year and we love it. Jagz has gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome, comfortable and provides us with great service. Always the best smile to see in that place. Even our toddler loves her!

Not the best ....The Bellini I ordered looked promising ( see pic but it wasnt smooth and creamy the way I like it. It had chunky ice throughout, and I had to pour a mimosa over the last 1/3 if it, as all the flavour had been sucked out.Our waiter seemed extremely nervous. Maybe he was new ? He spilt my drink twice, and despite us telling him we were going to have our drinks, then order as we werent in a rush, he came back to the table a number of times before we even looked at the menu.We decided to split the pesto prawn pasta with a chicken breast add on. It wasnt great. The flavour was not to my liking, the prawns seemed overtly fishy and the chicken coating was weird.The best thing was the bread that came with it.Wouldnt return nor recommend.

Good value for the money. Try their Califresco salad! Its a perfect family restaurant. Varied menu, clean, modern, nice servers, lots of parking. Licensed for liquor. Definitely will return.

Used to be a great place to order the food from, but now its just tremendously bad. First of all, they didnt follow any instructions: I asked for no cheese on my salad - they decided to put a ton of it. Also, I didnt get my peppercorn dip for the steak, instead I got another sauce, which was awful. The steak itself tasted really bad, seemed like the meat was not fresh or something. Same goes for the seasoned vegetables. Hope I dont die from food poisoning tonight.

The waitress was courteous, honest and prompt.We ordered a radical burger and a mushroom burger wrapped in lettuce. Both were delicious. The price seemed high but reasonable.I removed one star for lacking quality and originality, though, presentation, customer service, timelines, cleanliness and look of facilities, were all greatly considered my review.

Good family friendly restaurant. Theyre good for stopping by and getting breakfast food. They have all day breakfast which is great for the weekend after youve slept in and missed brunch time at other restaurants. Plenty of seating so there isnt much of a wait when youre looking for a table.

Would never go back to this location. Very poorly run. Were there close to 2 hours because of waiting over half hour to be seated, no water for 15 minutes, were told to order our entree and meal separately, and waited even longer for each of those.

This particular location is a surprise gem. One of our favourite local "easy" places to eat. Nice variety on menu, very generous portions, and our food has almost always been great. The service is usually good, too. The weekend prime rib special is a steal, but try to go earlier if you want the nicest plate.

Not even deserve one star - Worst service - always mess up the order - never going back - always serves cold food after the long wait. I also accidentally heard a lot of noise as the manager was cursing the staff from the kitchen. Its really terrible and I will never go back again.

I feel good coming here with kids. They have a treasure chest with small gifts, kids menus and welcoming staff. The kids have taken a liking to this place and want to keep coming back.The place is cozy, but the food is average, which is expected with this type of family friendly restaurant. I like coming in for breakfast and I love their garlic bread.

I went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Our server, Austin, was friendly and energetic. He was there when we needed him, away when we just wanted to chat amongst ourselves, and was just generally pretty great. Our food arrived promptly and was tasty. I had the grilled cheese and a French onion soup and my mom had the California salad. The portion sizes were great and the flavours were delicious.
