Very good food and excellent service!

Restaurant was dead, wings were good. No music and muted tvs made for an almost eerie feeling.

Clean great service and a good menu.

For a very small town like Lac La Biche, it was nice to see a familiar chain. The service was outstanding & the truffle fries were to die for. Would have given a higher star rating but the pasta was way over-done and the bread on my sandwich was stale. Appreciated the server making us a fresh pot of coffee "to go" for the rest of our long drive. Other "breakfast" restaurants could learn from Rickys and make fantastic coffee like they do!

Quiet hotel good menu and service. Historical site and decor.

Service is slow and inattentive. Food is mediocre and doesnt live up to the Rickys brand.

The wait time seems to get longer here the servers need to take some sort of training it seems to get worse ever time but the water was cold Im sure if I was offered one the server did know how to make any kinda drink again........

They vacuumed while we were there and a Sprite cost almost $4...very disappointing

The service was ridiculous the wait time was atrocious yes I dont mind waiting when the food is good but we waited 45 mins and there was only 5 people including the 2 of us. The fries looked.like they had been sitting for days burnt and dry like little sticks. Not ever going back to this place I would definitely not recommend this restaurant very bad experience.

Rickys is a great place for good food in Lac la Biche. The prices make it one of the best values in town with large portions and good service.

Me and my mom ate here plenty of times and the food was always amazing along with the service. Awesome job to the kitchen staff who always get food out on a timely manner. The manager Alka is such a hard working and dedicated woman. She seriously deserves a well earned break. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely the worst place Ive been to eat. 6 meals ordered, and 1 was cold and the other 5 werent right. We were told to mix and match the food to make it right. Sauage ordered was not only burnt, but charcoals. We were told it was busy, as the reason for all the errors. There were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant being occupied. Never again. Went here today and the service was absolutely ridiculous! There were 6 of us in total, 4 of us ordered clubhouses and it took over an hour for our food to come. My fiance had the fish and chips and it was soggy, the fries were cold, the coleslaw was over dressed and the gravy was clumpy. The waitress asked AFTER we received the bill how the food was, she told her it was disgusting and the server didnt have anything to say. We will never go back to this resturant again.

Server tried to accommodate, hours say open at 7am we got there at 745. No cook! No breakfast! Sad way to operate a business.

I was at the restaurant on Sunday, it was a lIttle busy. The food and service was fine. But the management was downright unprofessional, loud and rude.Manager Alka appeared out of the blue while i was just starting to enjoy my meal and starts talking about totally irrelevant matters. Her nature was highly egotistical.In additition, what took me aback was her insane disrespect towards her own staff and her compulsive controlling nature. We heard her literally yell at her staff. No wonder the managemnt sucks primarily because of her and lack of staff due to her inability to mange her staff with minimum due respect.She has no sense of customer service, management or even basic humanity.

Went for a business meeting at lunch. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was very prompt. On several occasions they inquired if we needed anything. Definitely recommended.

A Fresh pot of coffee brewed & left just for our table!☕ Food was hot & delicious😋 our waitress was very kind and accommodating. Good food & drink a great place to gather with a group friends or family 👌

Service was good but our meals were awful. We both ordered breakfast bowls and the "hollandaise sauce" was so thick and old y0u could spread it like butter.

DO NOT GO HERE! Very unsafe even at 6 pm in daylight. Yesterday was verbally attack and then the stranger approached to provoke a fight for absolutely NO REASON! Went to voice concern at front desk of Labiche Inn. Response from staff was indifferent and insinuated we provoked the stranger.

The food was quite good, however the screw up in the kitchen combined with the slow service despite being the ONLY people in the restaurant are what makes this place sub par.

Had several good meals here. Loved the English Toffee Pudding.

Lunch for two around 14:30 on Friday. Ordered: two "Southern style chicken" one with onion rings and the other with french fries.Pros:- not crowded at all- good part of the food: "Southern style chicken with onion rings" - the chicken was tasty and looked fresh- good amount of meat on the dish: 5 pieces of chicken breast- precious interiors with stain glasses, forged irons and woodworking- clean cutlery- decent price: $33.57 for those two dishes only- precious ceramic mosaic jobs in toilet interiorsCons:- bad part of the food: the onion rings as a side dish were from frozen bag; the tomato sauce had a terrible non-tomato taste- even the place was not crowded few tables with dirty dishes from previous customers stayed for around 20 minutes until somebody cleaned up- the cleanness of the interior was not the best: wooden tables surface not very cleaned, some dust on forged iron handrails and wainscots- toilets cleanness 6 out of 10- few Styrofoam ceiling tiles removed and/or damaged- confusing entrance from the street with unaesthetic paper panels to restrict access- half of hour waiting time to get the food on the table- two glasses of water brought in hand by waitress spilling one of them during the travel

Waited too long to be seated, food also took very long to get here and it was soup!How much staff visible and service sucks.

Our food was cold, the fries tasted like they have been reheated in a microwave. Our gravy had hard chunks in it. But out pop was cold, guess that counts.Customer service is terrible also and the restaurant needs a good cleaning.
