I paid but i did not check because beyond expectation

Nice place to stay..big simming pool..very clean place, when i book,not many people inside because its on weekday,really enjoy with my kids...3rd time been there..while waiting for my husb catch jenggo

told them i need bigger room or extra single bed in the room but they provided the foldable camping bed with pillow and blanket. we paid extra money to get this? after telling them they just changed it to a thin mattress to sleep on the floor. toilet also not clean enough can see some hairs around at some corners.wifi is good enough for me to use in room.aircon and water heater are fine.

Not enough space for charging phones, small space to shower and bad WiFi

Very busy and noisy on saturday, duck and turkey cage too close to kids pool - health hazard, no mirror or fan in main room, moldy shower curtain, too hot in the room when first checked in - having problems trigerring mains switch with card, small children able to cross over easily to adult pool, quite dangerous roads to resort, no cafe on site, hazardous feature in room for young kids, only one room with jacuzzi bathtub. Helpful staffs, parking always available, all very clean, comfortable sleeping place, mosquito coil burned late afternoon to keep mosquitoes at bay, fan outside lounging area, very handy slippers provided.

We stayed in the hut. Common bathroom. I dont see the point as there was only 2 or 3 rooms with no bathroom. It was about the size of tol plaza rest room though. Clean anyway. Water pressure too good. Hot water available. Room abit suspicious for bedbugs. Better check. Good stay

A very nice place to stay in, would really recommend it for only RM120. Comfortable yes it does. However wouldnt recommend for those who needs a wheelchair to stay upstairs since there are no elevator.

Nice room. Suitable for families. A different experience of accommodation. Mongolian feels alike.

All GoodBut a little strict about facilities and sop given.Toilets maybe can furnished back.

A very fun staying here. Kids friendly resort . Got indoor swimming pool. Good location, all famous eatery can reach 5min. Good. Boss is helpful

SMELLY AND NOISY!Mothball all over the place ie reception, Mongolian Hut and toilet. You may hear the rats running and peoples voice. You will not get peaceful night at Mongolian Hut since it is not sound proof. Not recommended for family with baby and young children.

Worth staying with reasonable price, large bed, clean room and dedicated staff. Swimming pool also good for adult and young children.

Good place to staycation.. peaceful & clean.. the swimming pool is nicely build.. got bicycle also for you to rent.. foodpanda & grab food available here .the staff is kind & helpfull.. i would give 10✨

cool place.. hidden deep inside Chinese village area near leaning tower of teluk intan. we stayed in the Mongolian Yurt.. everything were perfect for family of 4. just due to the nature of yurt we could hear everything next door saying in their yurt😅 so please be careful of what u guys talking when staying in the yurt.they are really taking care of the new norm during check in. so thats really great.there is a pool which is good for kids too.

Chinese staff is too friendly and sound like a robot.Wifi is bad.Room is clean.

I like the hotel concept. But please get a place that is open so that many people can come. I hope the owner of Rick Resort can fix the place problem.

It was a heart shocking for me..... A hidden paradise. Unbelievable, the structure, nature simply amazing. You won regret to spend a nite at this resort

Nice place to stay especially in the Mongolian yurt.Very spacious, easily can occupied 6 to 8 person in a yurt.You may choose toilet attached with yurt or without attach.Good host and warm hospitality.

For family short stay should be ok but beware, child 4year above they charge for rm 20 added when you checkin. not really recomended as its far from town hard to find foods for those who has no transport.

A interesting weekend get away place. Near enough to Teluk Intan town, quiet at night. The Mongolian tent is an experience . Friendly staff. Shout out to Jaya.

Worth the trip, comfortable and cheap.. Really the best in town. Near the main attraction - Menara Condong Teluk Intan, even it is a bit isolate in Chinese residential. And we have young kids, who love the pools. We want to try the yut, but theres only futon. Maybe next time!

Nice resort with close proximity to Perak Riverside. Providing good service and hospitality. Hope theyre able to expand and grow more in the future.

You can actually hear the next unit conversation.2Bad location of pool which is under an accommodation3zoning for family and smaller unit jumble out together..4lack of privacy.This can be resolved if the planning and orientation of the accommodation is right.

All was great.. Comfort.. The Perak River breeze at night was marvellous. Parking was the only issue.

Great place to stay. Very clean, nice design, and not expensive. Cuma lokasi dia jauh ke dalam sikit. Just near Sungai Perak. For sure will come again here..There is severel type of room.. my fav is duluxe with balcony..water pressure also very strong.. also have swimming pool for kids/adults.Cons: limited parking, no near restaurant/shop.. need to go to pekan Teluk Intan by car if want to buy foods..

review for Rick Home1Check in is at a different hotel located about 1km away. Imagine having to walk 1km in the rain just to check in, then walk another 1km back in the rain here.2Staffs are not apologetic when told what to improve. I told them they could have informed about check in location by email. First they insisted that theres no way they can do so, then they said they have informed by email, which they obviously didnt.3Wifi is extremely slow in our room.4Corridor smells moldy5Room toilet smells bad too6Theres no kettle or water cooler for refilling of water.7No hot shower. No water came out when we turn the tap to hot.8Some how shower gel and shampoo provided are of different level and looked used.9Aircon isnt cold despite setting it to 16 degree.10Fan is noisy.Only book this place if you can take the above. They take zero effort in running this place.I will give zero star if possible.

Price is very affordable. We love the room with jacuzzi bathtub. Nice room decoration. For 1 night stay is really worth the price.

Great resort. Might be the best place to stay in Teluk Intan. The Mongolia Tent and the pool are the best. Security is tight as well. Recommended!

It is such a new experience for me fo sleep on such a big bed. Almost half of the room is a bed.The service is good,there is also air conditioner.

Clean, staffs are very polite and respectful. BUT internet completely out. NEED to improve internet service.. Generally good place to stay.

Friendly owners. Relaxing place. Try the Mongolian tent, its cool. Theres a swimming pool, bicycle for rent and small scale local morning market nearby. Affordable price indeed.

New resort.... alot facility still under construction. Maybe another 3-6 months time will be completed. Friendly owner & nice place for relaxing.
