Very very dirty hotel all the beds are dirty and broken the fridge doesnt work no restaurant. The toilet is very close to shower always full from water when u take a shower 🚿 😜 🙃. Never will come again. And this hotel no-one can speak English very hard to understand them.
It was really good the service was good❤ except one of the guys😕😔who travel on the hotel was really rude and disrespecting people who lives in the hotel. 😕🥲
You can go from the hotel to jamaa el fna 10 to 13Dhs and to train station 10Dhs 🚖
Jy ai passé un mois agréable, avec un personnel chaleureux, une chambre assez confortable, propre. Le service de ménage est ponctuel et rigoureux. Le style architectural très original! Jy étais comme chez moi...
This was a nice enough place and inexpensive by western standards, $40 US for 2 people and w/breakfast. Save your money however and skip the breakfast. The breakfast was a complete joke, buffet style with nothing to keep warm items warm and no means to heat them(trust me you dont want to attempt to eat cold malawi that has been sitting out all morning. There was coffee, tea, and juice, boiled eggs, and a few different breads thats it. The room was comfortable although a few things needed a bit of attention, like the loose faucet in the bathroom. There was also evidence that there was a shower stall that was removed and simply not replaced. Had to request the bath mat and the additional towel for my double room and there was absolutely no place to hang them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Good
Amazing experienceThe receptionist was super nice and smileyDefenitely going back
Great location just off the main drag, very easy to get a taxi. Staff was very nice. The room was nice but the bathroom couldve used some work, but for the price I paid, Id happily stay again.
Personnel sympa ainsi que le déco à l’entrée , mais l’entretien de la chambre est très négligé,la poignet de la salle de bain cassée , Draps troués, Lampe de chevet ne marche pas, pommeau de douche cassé, ...
super and beautiful hotel I I recommend it
Nice place , clean and comfortable. Very nice people also. Good quality-service prices.
It was the worst experience ever staying in that hotel. We choose a room and after that, the AC and the little fridge were not working and we found cockroaches in the bathroom. After talking to the stuff, they gave us another room which was looking nice. When I went to the bathroom to take a shower, I found a big bat. I couldnt believe my eyes. It was so scary so we called the stuff to get our monney Bach and leave the hotel but they didnt want to and asked us to stay the night in a another room ( the shower and the fridge there were not working ). We asked for your refund in the morning but they took whatever they want and give us the remaining amount. If I had time, I would call the police or do something else but I am too busy so that I left right away. I would not recommend this hotel at all. You had rather to stay in your car than sleep with the rats , cockroaches and maybe dinosaurs ( who knows what will came out in other rooms).Ps: the stuff were nice.
The place is pretty rubbish. the decor looks impressive but everything is broken.I booked a double and got 2 single beds pushed together.I asked to be moved when I had a bathroom which flooded. I got moved to a room where the heating didnt work, the sink had some severe wobble action, the lighting was very dim and the beside lamp flickered. The card entry system doesnt work, they give you the master key instead. Then they tell you that you need to hand your key in a reception when you go out so cleaning staff can get in.While 2 of the 3 staff i spoke with were very nice and helpful, the third was rude and had no time for my petty concerns of substandard accommodation.Breakfast was actually above average... by Marrakech standards.Oh, and their listing on their own website and every booking site i found says they provide a laundry service. the service is to tell you go for a 5 minute walk down the road and use the unmanned coin operated launderette on the side of the petrol station.
There was cold and dark.Romes air conditioning was just a fan. Weve slept with our sweaters. There was only one of three light bulbs on the lamp.Shower cubicle did not have a sliding door. Because of it and the cold we couldnt even take a shower. The sink in the room was tight, so it was difficult to wash hands. The hotel demanded extra money to give us the room key. Therefore, Agoda paid the amount back to us.

Very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Good hotel in general.
Old style Marrakeck decor setting in house, very unique of it own way .
We had a great stay. Its a very nice hotel, the architecture and the ceelings are incredible. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are very helpfull. The pool is very nice! Although its not located in the center, its in a safe and calm street and its very easy to reach the center.
I give this 5 stars based on the staff, Simo is the epitome of customer service and without him at this hotel I would honestly struggle to give it 3 stars. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, his advice on travelling was so valuable to us as new travellers to marrakech, he organised two day trips for us at a great price using his local contacts, he deserves a pay rise or a promotion or something as he is such an asset to this hotel. The hotel itself is basic but has real character and some rustic charm, and actually is a lot quieter than some posh 5 star hotels Ive stayed in so you will get some peace after a long day exploring. It was very quiet in my when we travelled, only saw 5 other guests staying. The was some apprehension initially when we sat down to dinner as the only guests and it felt a tad spooky but we were soon made to be feel very welcome and the food was some of the best I have ever eaten and I drank gallons of mint tea which is delicious and refreshing after a day of exploring.Hotel is located in a good location outside the hustle and bustle of the city but there is a bus stop just outside that will take you to the souks and markets.(Local tiptry Amoud the cake and pastries shop on the corner! You wont be disappointed.

Cool
People are great meaning staff do not listen to owaiss review he was going thru substantial stress.. they were all fasting for 18 hours and yet were calm and collective. Its not a 5star so dont expect the high level service. Shower was powerful and rooms are fairly clean.. however the area is a shiiit sty.. and the taxi drivers need to be gunned down as they rip you off. There seems to be no law.. pool is not a pool it is just water in a pit.. and the flies get a better swim out of it... there are other 5 star hotels that will let you use there pools just have to be smart about it.. my mate is just a nutter who expected to live the high life for pennies..
It could do with improvements all around, staff are friendly enough.. the services could be better. Water to drink should be free when the temp is 39degrees. Also the pool was in need of a clean. the fleas in the pool could do with getting a room. I got in the water and two fleas were doing the bizo. Mr Ilyas Mohamed is in need of medical assistance his review is biased. NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME
Breakfast not great
Its not a luxury hotel, but Im a backpacker tourist.I like buildings that I feel like history, that many people have spent happy hours here. I do not like to play myself, what I not do otherwise, and I like to feel relaxed in a friendly environment . Here are very friendly and helpful staff in everything. The restaurant is not the best Indeed, it is just that there is, but there are some very super restaurants nearby that exist there. The hotel is not located in the city center, but I consciously chose this. The centet only 4 Drh from here. Very chip. Simple hotel, but it Ok for me, just sleep there. 😀
We had prebooked a room for 7 nights. We arrived at the hotel late at night with kids and were really tired. We were given a room in the basement with no sunlight, windows and no ensuite bathroom. Upon complaining we were told we ll be given a proper room in the morning. This ruined the start of our holiday. Next morning we were asked to wait till 12 untill someone checked out to give us a replacement room. So that was half day wasted for us. We needed to take shower n brush our teeth before going out. When we were finally given room, it had lot of issues with bathroom. There was no shower head, no shower curtain, no dust bin and the roof was broken. There was mould all over the bathroom walls. Shower head n dustbin were provided upon asking. But my Mrs wont use the shower due to the condition. The shower gel and soap was not replenished in the last couple of days of our stay. Breakfast was very basic and service was slow, cups were broken n cutlery was not enough. Staff at reception were always trying to rip u off whether it was for taxi, city tax or excursions but thats a typical Morroccon thing anyway. Pool was dirty with no sunlight or heating. Only good thing about hotel was its cleaners. They were working around the clock despite broken facilities and were helpful. We could have got a better hotel closer to city in the same price. Avoid!!
Nice and cold Swinpool and calm envorinement
Very impressed with the original architecture and staff are very nice and friendly
Very nice hotel. The rooms are big, very clean and comfy. The lobby is also very nice and good looking. Theres also a quite big pool. The restaurant inside the hotel is also very good. Not too expensive and with very good food. The Tajini is amazing. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Most of the employees speak at least a little English, so communication is very easy. Everyone is very nice. I definitely recommend the place.
Nice
Very bad hotel, i recommend nobody to sleep over here, service sucks , rooms are dirty with cockroaches, appearances are deceiving. It looks nice but it aint worth it, scammersss!!
Cheap place, nothing special
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were upset that I made my reservation through an "Online Travel Agent" in the USA instead of making direct reservation. They punished me by giving me a room which was the size of the bed. Hardly had any room to move around. Toilet didnt flush and they never fixed it despite my complain. They moved my luggage from one room to another in my absence because the toilet couldnt be fixed and then back to the old room (with the broken toiletbecause they couldnt find "appropriate room for me". Internet very poor to none,. Their breakfast buffet is a joke (see the photos). Any disaster relief breakfast would be considered GRAND BREAKFAST comparing to what they offer which is some dry bread and butter on a plate. I went out both days. The city attractions are far from this hotel. I paid taxi $40 ($20 to go to the city center and another $20 to come back). My experience was so bad that I left this hotel 1 day early (out of 3 nightsdespite paying in advance for 3 nights. I simply couldnt take it anymore. The lady manager Kareema has a major attitude problem and very rude to other guests also. This riad is far from the city attractions. There are many other Riads near the main city center at a very reasonable price (plus major savings on taxi fare). I do not recommend this hotel/riad.
Plus• the location of the hotel is quite far from the city center for walking but there is access to public transportation in the area;•the staff was friendlyMinus:• the bathroom could be improved, the shower look quite strange;• the breakfast is quite shabby, you can only find bread, some butter and some cream cheese. In one of the morning we couldnt find any clean dishes. In another morning the juice machine was broken and floor was filled with juice but no one seemed to be bother of that;• me and my boyfriend stayed here for New Years Eve and we wanted to attend the hotels party. It was supposed to start at 9pm but when we arrived no one was there and a guy from reception said the party was delayed for an hour. We arrived again around 10:10 and still no one was there. When we asked what is happening the same guy from the reception said that in half an hour it will start. So we waited were the party supposed to be, some guys showed up to install the music system, some girls were also there for 10 minutes but then they left. Around 11 pm it was just me and my boyfriend and some "dj" in the area. We decided to ask for the money since nothing was happening and also because the price of the party was quite expensive (70 EUR/person). We spend the new years eve in the room drinking juice and eating crackers... happy new year
Low cost hotel with no facilities. Rooms are old and needs to be renovated. Far away from the city centre, minimum 1 hour for walking needed to city centre.Breakfast is almost without food. They have just bread, cream cheese and some kind of pancakes. There is no meat. If you are not coming for the breakfast later than 9am, you cannot find clear dishes.2 Stars for friendly reception that provides us all the information that we needed. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel!
Null
Rubbish appartments
Amoud is right next to it
If you want a piece of privacy in a small private pool ..you should go there ...stuff is lovely just like most places in kech
