Reverence (Whales Tails) in Burlington
Description
I pulled off the highway to get gas and as I was leaving the gas station parking lot I saw these and had to go check them out! They are beautiful. Its an interesting place for them but it makes it all the more neat. Plenty of parking and a huge field you can do a lot in!
MoreA great spot to check out!
I dont know why but its just such an iconic piece of art, spiritual, very touching and great location for all to see and enjoy. So glad its there.
MoreGreat landmark
Best part of the FedEx parking lot!
Not what I was expecting but this was a unique stop.
Nice path around the area too! Great for walking!
Not lit up at night like the pictures show.
Beautiful area for walking or yoga
Cool whale tails, visible from I89
No Maintence. No where to park car around it, it’s just in middle of a highway 😏
MoreIt’s not really that I disliked it. Google lead me to the Ben and Jerry’s parking lot, which happens to be where the trail to the whale tails starts. However, I couldn’t find said trail and ended up giving up on finding the tails.
MoreWas a must see during our travels. If your not far from here or passing through make sure to make a quick stop. You won’t regret it
MoreVery quiet place! The beautiful view and nice piece of art.
Very quiet, beautiful view, nice piece of art. This is also right off the highway, so very easy to get there if your passing by.
MoreThe official unofficial welcome to the champlain valley
Amazing feat to bury those whales upside down. The seasonal light are nice when in place. Easily seen from highway. So do a drive by before the swim away.
MoreA great quick walking trail for humans and pets .
A quick view from I95 amazing

Great little walk. Nice to see up close.

Love the whale tails!
Great place to run out of gas. Friendly helpful trooper.
Easy set of trails, quick half hour loop around the park. Pet friendly, if you do use the park for walking dogs, please pick up after, thank you!
MoreAlways enjoy passing by these.
Easy hike with parking, full sun through a mowed path through a field.
Nice walk
This area is really nice to walk around. There’s a large grassy field perfect for walking dogs. There is parking since it’s right next to several office buildings. The whales tails themselves are very spectacular. It’s fun to take pictures with them, and during the holiday season they are covered with strings of Christmas lights. I would consider this place to be a wonderful area to visit at any time of year!
MoreGreat place for a quick walk.
Not sure what to think looks better online.....
