Reverb Rooftop Cookhouse & Bar in Greater Noida

A terrible experience. Entered the establishment at 4:07 PM, was not greeted by a member of the team so we sat ourselves. A few people in our party had to use the restroom so the rest of us waited for them to return before confirming if a waitress or waiter would be helping us. We were informed that they were running a little late because they did not have a manager in the restaurant, but someone would be with us shortly.We waited for an hour and no one ever came over to even ask if we would like water or anything to drink despite there being several members of the team walking around the bar area.In fact, I made direct eye contact with several of them while never being acknowledged, mind you this is after an hour long wait. A person from our party goes back to the restroom and returns saying that employees were in there just laughing and playing. This was particularly upsetting considering no one had the decency to provide service.We finally got up to leave after finding other dining options in the area. We walked out of the restaurant, passed all of the employees and no one said a word. They did however get up to lock the door behind us once we exited the restaurant. This was insulting because it seemed as if they purposely ignored us so that we would leave and literally locked the door as soon as it closed. I wish I was exaggerating.While waiting for the elevator, a gentleman walked up and asked how we were enjoying the hotel, we told him we had just stopped by for lunch and were not enjoying it at all. We informed him of our experience to which he apologized. He said the restaurant did not open until 5 which contradicts the hours posted on the website. Also, it was after 5 oclock when we were talking to him and the door was still locked. So they were not opening at 5 either. He says hed inform the food and beverage manager and promised they would look into it. We were appreciative, but had little faith anything would come out of our feedback.We left and ate elsewhere and likely will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Worked an exlusive Vip event here. It is absolutley Beautiful. The hotel is under construction so parking and entering the building is a mess right now. But the rooftop view is breathtaking

The patio & view is nice and so are the servers. The menu is limited, lots of different pretzel based dishes and they have wings that you shake the sauce on yourself; theyre hit or miss. The lemon pepper came out hot & were good, another flavor came out over cooked and dry; for $20 an order, Id like more consistency. Parking in the garage is a bit pricey, it starts at $20 and increases to $35 in two hours.

The ONLY good thing about this place is the views and somewhere to have a drink. The food is trash and not fresh… not worth the money plus they don’t have many options for food. Our bartender was not friendly either but maybe we had the wrong one that night. I’d come back only for the views and drinks and that’s about it. Valet can be pricey too depending on how long you stay.

We happened to come on an evening when there was a big game in the area so it was packed! We didn’t stay long, it was really cool and windy this night (early spring). Had a drink and enjoyed the views. They had live music outside and it was really a vibe. Will definitely come back another time!

Terrible experience. Will not be back. I had 2 friends in town and our group of 5 decided to come to the bar before a concert at State Farm arena. We got there around 4 and it was not busy. Bartender had the WORST attitude - eye rolls, barely spoke, terrible facial expressions. I cannot stand a bad attitude. If you’re going to be in the service industry LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE - especially with customers that are friendly and have manners. One would hope with an attitude like that she could back it up with delicious drinks. Nope - the worst drinks I’ve ever had. The old fashioned was not even drinkable. We order a few appetizers and they came out in approximately 12 minutes and tasted right out of a frozen box of TGI Friday’s apps. Will absolutely never be back or recommend it to anyone. I can deal with having sub par drinks and food if there is a view and friendly service. There are other places in Atlanta with all the above.

Excellent view and atmosphere. Arguably the new best rooftop bar in the city. Worth the high drink prices, but I wouldnt give the food another chance.

There is a 5G tower 20 feet away at parallel height radiating anyone on the roof! I will not be coming back here. Not recommended for anyone especially for pre-existing health issues. The vibes were great though.

RT60 charged my credit card for more than I what I ordered there. I have my receipt (which reflects the correct chargesand credit card transactions (which reflect the incorrect chargesto prove it. I tried going up there TWICE to get it reversed but no one was able to do that. All they did was take my number and say someone would reach out to me but they never did. I also have tried to contact the director of food and beverage for that location but he does not answer the phone. I have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card issuer. If you order food or drinks here pay CASH or make sure you hold on to your receipts.

The atmosphere and cocktails were good. The Polish Sausage Sandwich Bite size for $12 was tasty. Parking $20 0-3 hrs and up.

Nice views but no food available on a Sat at 2pm like the website stated. Cute place but definitely need food before drinking.

Great view... I suggest get your drinks straight though.. Got a mixed drink asked for light mix and light coke and still too much. ... Good vibes.
