Restoran Sugantha - Indian restaurant in Taiping, Malaysia
Good one for indian food lovers.
Food taste getting worse compared to 3 years ago, tasteless n cold.their hot drinks are tasty but they used cheap low quality milk I guess bought from kedai dua ringgit(oki milk).be extra carefull while doing your payment as the young guy at the cashier counter tend to cheat.the next indian restaurant much better
Food is OK only.be extra when paying the bills as they tried n overcharge u.happened many times
Good Indian food in Taiping
Very limited dish options, no banana leaf, no thairu, no morru. Not the "Indian lunch" I was looking for
I went for tea time. Their vadai and karipap was so nice. Even their friend noodles was awesome
Teatime famous Indian snacks such as vadai, karipap and kesari are delicious here
Loved the mango lasi too😋😋😋
Food is ok... less variety in the evening..
I will flag this as the best evening chapati place with poor gravies and a decent tea. They need to work on the side dishes.
Very arrogant & poor service. Not clean
The best ever capathi that i have eaten. It taste soooo goood. Regretted not buying more. Even the drink served tasted good. 1 cup wasnt enough. Will definitely come again in future
Good food & variety...
This restaurant nearby towns and many type of food.
Food taste was avarage, the mutton that my wife took was not fresh
Nice food
Our annual CNY breakfast Place
Good food served fast. Cashier can be more friendly ti improve service.
The capati was too delicious with the gravy
Really enjoyed the varieties of delicious food, especially the veg food, n the staff quite obliging n clean place, went thrice to hv lunch plus dinner
Sugantha Restoran offered a south indian cousins @ Taiping. The food taste is gud and delicious and they are generally have Morre and lassie along with other normal drinks.
Lovely food and wonderful service
Ok, but self-service. In Taiping,Perak
Very nice food..staffs are super friendly..the best part is the food is very very cheap..almost shockingly cheap..
Good food for vegetarians and non vegetarian
Good variety of South Indian food for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is more of dosa, capati etc.
Cheap and reasonable south Indian food
Slow and had stomach issues the 2 times I ate there
Very poor service, I wont recommend at all, now days should be educated by self, no need to wait until people complain the general things about restaurant service.
Nice South Indian food. Cleanliness rating B. Price very reasonable.
Food not like those days.... Different cook.. Poor service lazy workers.. Need for improvement... Price bit expensive...
Good Indian food at affordable price
Lost its goodwill and traditional tastes after the proprietor MDM.suganthi passed away.
Food is OK. Lunch meal was good. Pricing was reasonable. Except for your dessert, need to be improved. { wajid is raw, kesari is tasteless}
All time favourite since last generation
CLEAN RESTAURANT WITH VARIETY OF FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM.PROVIDE VEG AND NON-VEG DISHES AS WELL...THE DISH THAT I FAVOUR WHEN I GO THERE IS THEIR MUTTON CURRY. I WENT REPEATEDLY THRICE JUST FOR THEIR MUTTON CURRY...MARVELLOUS FOOD SERVED HERE... PEAK HOURS BE SURE TO GO EARLY.. AS MANY CUSTOMERS WILL COME HERE..PRICE IS AROUND AVERAGE...👌👌👌👍
The place which I always get my cravings for Indian cuisine satisfied since I was a 3 years old boy ... good service because Ive been eating there before the new shop opened .... Ive saw Suguntha growing to a very good level... ❤❤❤
Good and clean Indian food. Have good variety too. Quality bit above average. Place not big. Service is good. Their coffee master is must good as their coffee taste is above average. Fresh milk is available here. The evening tea snacks are good variety too. Taste acceptable.
The restaurant environment is ok, food is ok, seems that their chapati is one of the best in town but it tasted normal.
Slow servicing . Waited 10 min and still no one come and take order for drinks
Has vegetarian and non vegetarian options, opens late till 9pm,when most Indian restaurants are closed. Food is ok, worth a visit.
Clean environment. Good food.
The best chapati ever!
good indian food and lots of indian people so its noisy ")
Good food but place needs a little cleaning
-The Breakfast Finish Fast-They know other restaurants nearby this shop is close they should cook Kari and food extra which good for customers to request..- The dhal Kari is totally out with no taste at all and like no salt..-chadni also finish fast.- We ordered roti Canai and eat that 1 with the dhal Kari which is totally out.-not satisfied
Love the chapati served at night. Paired well with their red bean gravy and coconut chutney. Served warm and fluffy. Friendly staff. Seatings limitted
Nice restaurant serves Indian food. Not authentic Indian taste though.
really good bihun and chapati gulung👍
This was my favorite restaurant by far in Taiping. Some weeks I ate here 4 days. A huge selection for vegetarians and also some scrumptious looking meats. Family owned and always insanely busy at lunch. Priced well below what its worth.
