A well known place in JB. Used to know as Neelas. Recommended place for those craving for indian breakfast. Dont miss their breakfast varities especially their Appam.🤣👍🏾

They serve the best appam. But the rest are average. The waiters are quite an indisciplined lot though. Slow service.

I order milo drinking 2 cup .staff bring in 2 chocolate un healthy drinks.First place I nvr notice at all.my kids saying this is not "milo" papa they just 10 yrs n 8yrs only can very clearly notice I drink n the thesis is not Milo exactly.i ask the staff keep lying say milo I when to kitchen and want to see they refuse to show that means is not milo really why u need to scared to shop people when people 100% suspect saying is not Milo taste.kids small u cant cheat them

As usual, my favourite place for Indian food. Came here for vadai + tea o kosong. Fast and efficient service. Cleanliness need to improve as there were food remnants on the floor. Otherwise no qualms.

Even though the food is good but to get attention of the wait staff is very diffucult.Was there to do take away for lunch, only 1 person doing take away, even though he trying his best to get things fast but he alone cant do much, pity him. 3 guys at cashier counter busy chit chat, should have more staff help during busy period. Need to give more attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Hopefully they improve on this.

Server cleaning other tables which is empty than the table where customers are sitting to dine in. When called to take orders, server noticed we’re calling, but just ignored us and walked away. Where’s the service here? And why’s there a service charge for this type of service?

Had dinner and breakfast here. Really nice authentic home cooked south Indian food. We had thosai, veg dinner set, chicken and Puri.

Great breakfast with Thosai and roti teluk. The Bru coffee sucks.

You have to be a waiter for a waiter who suppose wait for you. Taste-wise all good. I recommend coconut apom, ask extra brown sugar for taste.

Alrite, I agree the food was not bad but they charged for cutney. Who charges for cutney although its only 2.36 ringgit. And 1st the guy said cant give, then when we insist he said we charge extra. Waaa u can just say it from the beginning!! first restaurant i actually paid for a cutney.

Thengai Paal Appam was the only reason for us to visit this restaurant but they told will serve starting 4pm so we waiting. 4pm they said 4.30 and need to wait for the cook to prepare the stove and and all. Waited an hour but never get to eat so we left the place. And customer service was out on leave when I visited. Very few customers but they never took our order. Waiters just walking here and there minding their own work. The place needs deep cleaning aswell

Worst service. Most of the waiters did not wear face mask and I called a waiter and him to wear the face mask properly since he is the one serving the food. But he was so arrogant and stubborn and refuse to wear. I called him and asked why are you still not wearing and he replied "why he need to wear since he is not bothering others" a stupid kind of reply. He is the one in the photo. Hope the management will take stern action on him.

I’m to this restaurant from 2010 and I love to eat goreng and Apam but today I faced too bad service. My friend order Mee goreng with Egg and I order rice and yogurt due to ulser and I told the waiter. In the first place they already serve me banana leaf with rice but later the another guy go and tell that I didn’t order any side dish. This people talk infont of customer. Than the waiter come and say no yogurt Come on why you people are so money minded and we can feel that we must buy your side dish . How about the poor people is they not deserve to eat in your restaurant. Is that demand !!! Mr.Nila must answer for this humanity for the customer.

Open early at 7am with amazing breakfast Asian Indian style.. moderate price....

Good place to have coconut milk appam

Super crowded. Service is getting bad. Waiting at the table for more than 5 minutes, no one came and take order. I see some stuff standing and talking only. But the food is nice

Good food early in the morning.. The puri is nice and soft.. Not too oily..

The food was good. But beware of the bill desk guy who collects payment. He tried to cheat by giving wrong balance. We gave 100rm, but he returned balance for only 50rm, when confronted he returned back balance for 100rm by giving a fake smile.

Service is bad even though having so much of staffing .Ordered Kuttu Prata , tastes really bad ,ask for sambal sauce , sauce were spoiled, my friend ordered for kopi o , they add so much of sugar even aft they top up with half glass of hot water still sweet.Please improve !

Those gg pls check and make sure plates are washed and clean. One way to assess any food outlet is check their toilet. If its clean and working then rest should be edible.

I had a vegetarian meal. It was too simple. Not much variety. However, heard that the biryani is good but I didnt have that.

Service is not good. I bought appam with coconut milk (so called one of their signature items). The coconut milk was equivalent to plain water. They told me no more orders for roti canai, when I saw the guy making roti canai. All these in the morning business hours.I really think they should improve their service.

Excellent and authentic south Indian food. Most reasonably priced. Staff more than willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

The worst customer service that Ive experienced. The staffs are just useless and unhygienic. They dont even care to take order from the customer. Food wise is ok, Especially the paal appam. Its really nice to have it for bfast. Staffs really need some discipline to serve customer.

We can get south Indian breakfast here. Such as idli, dosai, paal aapam, parotta, Vadai, Kolkata,indian sweets and poori. Their pure cow milk taste really awesome. I personally recommend it. If you loves coffee, please order less sugar one. Lunch time will be crowded. Banana leaf foods and will be served during 12pm to 4pm.

We had ordered dosa and appam both were equally good.. If u dont care for ambience and r not fussy abt clean places then this is a place for u. Dont know abt rest of the menu but what we ordered came abt quickly and was good.. Very reasonably priced too

Basic BLR is oke.. Food taste normal. Had to wait 10 mins before I was served.. There was moderate crowd. Wont be coming back for sure.

My favourite break fast stop when entering JB. But last saturday i noticed all the metal plates had stains on the corners. Seems the KL restaurant shut down never raise the Alarm.my family already started eating so i did not alert them as they get disgusted.Hope management learns from my feed back or some one will post a pic or proof of dirty plates

The food here is phenomenal. They have really good appams in the morning.BUT!!!! They really need to invest some time and money to clean their toilets. Apparently some animals have died in there because of the smell... ;)
