Restaurante Mangai Ponta Negra - Traditional restaurant in Natal, Brazil
Restaurante Mangai Ponta Negra in Natal
Description
Privilege
The buffet food was almost all cold, like cold french fries or cold meat. It had been on warm water too long.

The buffet selection was pretty bad and expensive. The individual order was a lot better.
MoreWhat a beautiful place for lunch with family. Enjoy it with ur friend and share happiness

Ok
The best
Dont eat here. Buffet was cold, nothing fresh. All the food was dried out under the heat lamps or liquified in heavy, cream based sauce. The building is beautiful.
MoreGreat food and I also liked the small shop inside the restaurant, coudnt understand the options inside, it seems theres a buffet but there was no explanation on the menu. The cocktail I had was delicious.
MoreLow quality food, juice was not real juice
Very interesting place to try different local food

For some of the best northeastern Brazilian food in the city, Mangai is a must. Buffet served and weighed, the bill is proportional to your hunger.I highly recommend either of the two Mangai restaurants when visiting the city of Natal.
MoreVery good Restaurant.
Great food and many choices.
Self-service, which I like because of the huge variety of options, and because I dont eat much. Nice environment; staff dressed traditionally.
MoreGreat buffet, recommended to go when you are looking for something different than what your hotel has to offer.
MoreThe food is delicious. The place is amazing. If you come to Natal, you have to visit Mangai. Its only quite expensive...
MoreThe best restaurant in Natal. It is a pity that I was sick. I love to go there, you find everything for a feasible price.
MorePrices went up and quality down, it is not worth visiting anymore.
Great place to try local food. The service and the venue are amazing. Free parking lot.
MoreAwesome food... Must go
Its easy to park, amazing food and service. The price could be better, its a bit expensive but its hard not give 5 star.
MoreDelicious tasing meat, warm toast breads, along with friendly and helpful service
MoreFood is fantastic, place is awesome, service is perfect (people serve you on traditional clothesand the price is fair. This is a must go.
MoreOkay food and a bit expensive when you compare with other restaurants that serve the same food. The food lacks taste and texture and a plate for a grown man is easily 70 RS so to spend that much you might as well eat all you want for 50 RS in other restaurants.
MoreGood variety of quality food in two presentations: self-service and a la carte. Both options are good. The decoration is regional and elegant.
MoreThey offer huge variety of northeast typical food. Youll also be delightful with so many options of desserts.
MoreThere were so many delicious options, hard to pick. Yummy northeast food, from fish to pastas, lots os salads, and lots of dessert options as well.My 3rd time in Natal and 3rd time we come here. Live band on Friday nights and it waa awesome, it was crowded but less than 15mins wait. Food still delicious.
MoreNice varied brazilian food, me friends say ..
My favourite of all times . The best regional food from "sertão" in Brazil. All the delights from the countryside region of northeast! The traditional self-service style let you try a bit of everything.
MoreIt is a good place to have dinner or lunch. But it is so expensive.
Good regional food, price by weight
Very nice restaurant in Natal!
Literally the BEST BUFFET I’ve ever been to in Brazil. Great local food buffet with delicious selection in a FIVE STARS environment.Deserts and juices to die for. I visit this gem every time I go to Natal. Def recommend.
MoreA bit expensive, but awesome place for a meal. its a must go on your trip to Natal.
MoreMangai Ponta Negra is a typical food restaurant recently built in one of Natals most beautiful neighborhoods. Very near the beach, it is a spacious, cozy and rustically neat place where you can enjoy a friendly atmosphere, good service and a great variety of freshly cooked local food. There is a large buffet space at your disposition, but you can also get a la carte service. Really worth a visit.
