We got there before 11 AM, they took too long, for service, when we finally got service, they said no more breakfast, we have to Katok

Its really an experience to come this place, it has horse riding, bike rental, souvenir shops, a couple of trails and more amenities. Free parking and good regional food at the restaurant.

Love this restaurant. The food was great, the service excellent. There is a petting farm. You can do hiking and go on ride in a rental bicycle. Great place to spend a day

No loger Hacienda Real, now other administration and name, now is Pueblo Real. Not the same quality/price ratio but still good enough.

They did not have what we ordered, the guacamole was horrible. We were offered carrots, squash and tomatoes, when served no tomatoes, we had to ask to be served as described by the waiter.

Service was not what you usually get when you visit these restaurants in the City.

They need to add some vegan options

We are visiting from Kansas City on our way to Atitlan and stopped in your a late lunch. Very good food and ambiance!

One the ambiance, authentic cuisine, sunday live marimba, one can enjoy a family outing around the farm ..cost for horse and truck rides.

Food quantity and quality is fine, but the service is terrible, you will have to wait years on every request you make to the waiter, the tip is already included on the bill so you dont really get the chance to use it as complaint.

Steak & mushroom dish is amazing, made with fresh oysters!

Excellent setting. Beautiful surroundings. Great service. A bit pricey. Guatemalan cuisine with meats (flank, picanha, etc.The cheese dish, although typical of the region, not impressed at all... stay away from it.

My fav place for a good steak!

They don’t serve breakfast after 11 am on Sundays which is inconvenient. The waiter was friendly but he offered us a “jar of coffee” as we all 3 wanted regular coffees and we agreed but it was a chemex that hardly served 3 cups and costed around 20 USD. Service was not too fast. The venue is nice though, cozy. Food was ok, kind of overpriced.
