Lugar super tranquilo y con platos muy ricos y elaborados.El trato tanto del cocinero como del camarero ha sido espectacular. Y el lugar y el paisaje precioso.

Posiblemente la mejor comida que probé en Cuba. Platos abundantes y muy buenos, con productos suyos propios y muy bien elaborados. Además está en un sitio increíble, con vistas inmejorables a los mogotes.

Una de las mejores experiencias en nuestros 12 días en Cuba. Durante nuestra estancia de 3 días en Viñales, no comimos en otro sitio. Jose y Berta son una verdadera maravilla haciendo del servicio una experiencia muy especial. Los platos son exquisitos y la presentación es muy elegante. Experiencia inolvidable.

Vinimos recomendados por la casera de nuestra casa en Viñales y salimos muy contentos. Quedamos asombrados por la calidad del producto. Sin duda un lugar ideal para cerrar nuestro viaje a Cuba. José y Berta así como el resto del personal fueron muy atentos en todo momento.

We basically had such a wonderful time there that we had to come back à second time. The owners are lovely and the food is delicious. We stumbled upon this place by accident and we are so glad we did. They conversed with us in perfect french (our mother tongueand encouraged the waiters to learn it as well. Plus they even took the time to sit down and chat with us about their past experiences.

Quite overpriced (e.g., EUR 8 for bruschetta, EUR 13 for risottofor creative but average-tasting food. Service was amazing though, and location is nice - 20-30 mins walk from center of Viñales

Very nice restaurant! The food was delicious and fresh. They also served a lot of vegetarian options and the staff was very friendly.

Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Location. Etwas außerhalb von Vinales, jedoch auch zu fuss gut erreichbar.Das Essen war sehr fein, es gibt nur frische und Saisonale Lebensmittel, welche das Restaurant selber anbauen kann oder züchten.Absolute Empfehlenswert!

Next to the beautiful mountains lies this idyllic little farm where the owner and waiters are very friendly and speak good english or french. The menu depends on the time of the year, but there is still a wide range of choices from fish and meat to vegetarian and vegan options. You’ll be able to enjoy your meal with a nice view sitting in middle of the valley.

We stumbled upon this place by accident as we were riding our bikes past. A self sustaining restaurant that grows all is produce on the farm. The service was very friendly and the food and drinks were just a good. Can definitely recommend this place and we will be back for sure

Really surprising little gem on the way to the Mural of prehistory. Nice setting surrounded by mountains and nice garden. Food was great and the staff was really nice.

By far the best food we ate in Cuba, and the service, setting and food was absolutely incredible.

Special restaurant. The location is beautiful, set against the Mogotes, this idyllic restaurant is a little oasis. There were cute hummingbirds "drinking" from the nectar of the flowers at the restaurant, amazing! Food was really good, especially the bruschetta and the risotto. The staff was very friendly and took time to show us the garden where all the vegetables are grown for the restaurant. Must go when you are in Vinales

This is, by far, the best restaurant we ate at in Cuba. The food is fresh and the flavours are amazing. If you are in the area do consider coming here, it’s really worth it! The location is also fantastic, very quiet and you eat surrounded by nature (unlike eating elsewhere in Viñales, where you eat surrounded by cars, motorbikes and street dogs).The owner/chef is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole team was very friendly and the service is a 10/10.I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

If you are around dont miss the opportunity to visit this place and have not only great food (very rare in Cubabut also an amazing experience. Service is supreme, the owner very nice. Have a walk around the property and enjoy their plantations (where they source the ingredients they use for their recipes). After lunch just relax on the hammock! Try risotto with Lobster!

Lo avevo visto prima di partire e sul posto è ancora più bello. In tutta la vacanza cuba possono dire che è il posto dove abbiamo mangiato meglio..cibo di qualità. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo che ci ha indirizzato in una fabbrica di tabacco proprio li di fronte.

Esperienza culinaria al TOP! Purtroppo le foto non rendono ma lo chef riesce, utilizzando quasi esclusivamente prodotti dellorto a creare ricette fantastiose e gustose coniugando creatività a tradizione. Prezzo forse pochissimi cuc sopra la media ma il cibo è imparagonabile con il resto della ristorazione di Vignales. Il filetto di maiale allananas è stato delizioso come anche il dolce alla zucca o il risotto o le bruschette di platano. Il proprietario parla anche Italiano ed è il Don Chisciotte della valle.

The best restaurant weve been in over two weeks spent across Cuba. Quality cooking and inventive recipes - a much appreciated break from the standard Cuban cuisine. Nice people working in it, too. Ended up here for lunch by chance; came back for dinner without the shadow of a doubt.

This restaurant is a gem, the food is amazing, the best restaurant we went to in the whole of Cuba.Dont be afraid by the lak of a menu, this is because most of the ingredients are grown from theyre own garden and as such the menu changes depending on the availability of the ingredients but the chef is great and is able to create delicious dishes (for a great price).The hostess speaks great English (French, Spanish, Italianand is a delight to talk to.

On holidays I dont like to repeat the same restaurant as I want to experience different options... this time I had to brake my own rule. I went to the Cuajani three times in a row.Best place to relax and enjoy espectacular food in Vinales.

A truly farm to table culinary experience. Upon our arrival we were gritted with delicious mojitos and platters of malanga chips with white bean hummus. The food is absolutely amazing, from the roast suckling pig fed with acorns, the mash plantain "fufu" side dish and a delicious salad. It was a meal not to be forgotten. The location is worthy of a postcard. The restaurant sits in front of a "mogote" and close enough to the highway so it has easy accessibility. We choose to ride horses from the prehistoric mural and making the visit very special. The service was impecable, the staff and owners were very attentive and cordial. I plan to go back to Cuajani on my next visit to Vinales!!!!!!!!!!Ilecasa

Restaurante Cuajaní is a unique place in the Valley of Viñales with incredible food! Newly opened by Cuban owners, José and Berta, they are as hospitable as they come. José was a chef in Spain for 10 years, studying under one of the Kings chefs before moving to Miami for 7 years and cooking there. They have so many unique dishes, like their gazpacho with secret ingredient and their malanga chips with a white bean dip that will make you slap your momma! These unique and tasty options arent offered in other restaurants in the valley. Remember, the cook is a specialist chef, and their warm welcome will make anyone feel at home. Ive been back twice already!
