Restaurant UP-65 in Benares

Hospitality was poor. Seems that they are obsessed with their popularity. Waiting time was almost 45minutes. Food quality was not very delicious, just ok.

Has a very bad experience no facility of washroom , and denieng the online booking asking for exra money...dont ever visit this hotel

Pathetic service. Place is beautiful. It read as stress free place and also the board says that you will get the best. But sadly the service is worst. I asked for hot water, it never came. I asked for lemon slice, it never came. We ordered spicy watermelon and it never came. The biryani was sweet. The paneer was OK. The lemon coriander soup was full of cornflour. Overall, a big disappointment. OUR FIRST VISIT HERE ON OUR WAY BACK FROM SARANATH. I AM WRITING THIS HERE FOR ALL TO NOT GET DECIEVED BY THE BIG NAME AND BIG BOARD AND BIG PLACE.

Foods are too delicious as there atmosphere .....!Very good service......!And specially at there locality area having no any good place for food....!Up 65 is the best for food.....!

Need to improve taste quality and except this every thing is perfect love this restaurant must visit 😊.

Dont eat here biryani or fish dishesFishes are in very small piece and that can be freezed more than two days after cutAnd biryani is only full of rice there are two pieces of chicken but too small and bone less quantity is to low and price is so high as per taste and quality and quantitySo I advise plz dont order here biryani and fish

A different cafe in the holy town of Varanasi. However delayed food service and slightly amiss food taste.

The food tasted great as the original taste of the dish was maintained. Ambiance was not at all good as damping smell was there in the restaurant and restrooms were very untidy and unhygienic. Don’t know why they kept Bhagwat Geeta on the restaurant shelf with many other books where public can access. Such holy books should be avoided as people touch with whatever hands and on wearing footwear. As we should maintain the holiness of such books.

Good Place. Nice Food. Huge improvement needed in terms of service level. It took 1 hour to bring the wrong menu items and they bought onion salad when lunch was over.

Not bad, actually its better but foods are not good according to the price, very high price with mediam quality of food taste and the decorations are very nice , I like it ♥

We have ordered baby corn, chicken lollipop and blue lagon.Baby corn was below average n it was hard.Chicken lollipop was good .

It’s a first time in UP 65 restaurants and we three friends had a wonderful sweet pancake and coffee which blow our mind and made our evening beautiful..

This is the worst experience with all of varanasi resturant all item with high price and poor quality dont go pls.Only for photos and raining time whenevr you seat rain water dropping on your head bad quality roof this resturant charges water bottle if u r not buying and delay order service

Tried booking the place for birthday celebration, there was no response. The receptionist committed to share pictures and book the place, but they didnt turn around. Takes the events of others casually is what we experienced.

Avoid going to UP 65. They will spoil your outing and mood. Food will come after 30 min then they will give you one roti then you have to wait for 10 min for next roti even if you have given order for 6 roti in advance.

I love exploring cafes and restaurants but I think this one was the worst! I spent 1400 on very low quality food and the quantity was not upto that was required. Theyre just sucking money from us! I would never suggest anyone to go there.

What a rubbish experience,Theirs food is full of flies .they expelled whole mood of travelling sarnath.One star is given bcoz without star you cant rate it .

I am a regular customer nd they have improved from last few months . But they have bought new cutlery which holds small portion of good nad drink , which is not paying justice nd fair to the price. They need to stick yo their old portion of food item. Otherwise will be too expensive to eat...i visited again on 12 th July 2022i foos was really bad..got sick.. stomach ache....why are they doing this ..from now on nit going to visit again..done giving second chances to this restaurant.

I experienced a good main course.I visited for lunch with a friend. We were delighted by the authentic North Indian main course. The spices and flavors were impressive for a vegetarian restaurant.The service was average, but the veg briyani were too unpalatable to finish.all over food was ok but not very good in taste.For Rs.1200, the quality should have been much higher.

I am writing this review after 3 visits to the place over a period of 45 days.My review is in 2 parts:-Part 1:- FoodFor food I would rate 4 out of 5 as the food was tasty and well served.1 star less because there menu has very limited options for main course veg items and most of the items are paneer centric which they must improvise over time.I mean how can someone not have Aloo dum on the menu or lets say Shahi Paneer on the menu.So overall they must improve the diversity of the menu.Part 2:- ServiceI would rate zero for the service as every time they delayed the starters and gave lame excuses like we dont have proper staff today,most of the people are on leave etc etc.Further they seem to be well satisfied with only serving orders for online food delivery apps which surely is a cost effective thing as there is no cost of ambience,staff and hospitality.So in my opinion they are more focused on delivery orders rather than dinein orders.

Nothing to say about it because it is perfect for parties or dinner with family.It has a very good theme and the hotel itself organises parties on special days its has a great location for photography and they have very friendly workers.The way the serve the food is also like little bit 🤏 premium.The food is also delicious, they have home delivery facility with them which is more convinient to order the food and have it at our home but I would suggest to go to the place and have you delight they have good environment.

One thing is for sure that it is one of the best place in this region and well accompanied for families and as well as friends and couples.Quite spacious place and quite promising, taste of the items were also good. Nothing over the top but still basic, but service time could be reduced and small smoking zone should be built for the same purpose. Overall it was good and quite a refreshing place to see in this particular area with nice decor and good ambiance.

Loved the interior and the backside garden. Food was tasty. A calm and soothing ambience. Little bit pricy but you will get cashback also.

It was most bizzare experience ever, I have to wait for almost an hour to get a simple starter like chilly paneer.Rate was too expensive for all the items like tandoori chicken was of 400Rs for 4 small pieces.Overall, its best to avoid going there rest is upto you people.

Food taste was okay. However, the service was very disappointing.I request owner to focus on improving service.As the restaurants in sarnath area is less so to retain the customers, improvement in service is must.The ambience and decoration of restaurant was nice. Also there are novels available to read which is a plus point for book lovers.

The restaurant was in 3rooms..ordered chilly garlic noodles taste was good but quantity was very less. Oreo shake was yummy..A little expensive with respect to its services...Mineral water bottle was little damage as if a used bottle was served..Waiters over there were little clumsy and I think not very professional and didnt know how to play music...

That was the only hitch. Otherwise, its a good restaurant.

Good ambience. Well eticated staffs. I had ordered a pack of biriyani.Feedback is below.1. Quantity was quite less.2. Checken pieces were too small.3. Was not satisfied with the taste.4. Price was to high for all above points.

This restaurant is near to Sarnath. The ambience of this place is really beautiful.Food is delicious compared to other restaurants in Varanasi. Though the quantity was little less. One thing I was really disappointed was their service is too slow & staff are very casual towards their hospitality.I would like to suggest the management to hire more number of good staff there.Overall it is a good restaurant with tasty food, beautiful ambience., cool music & is quite affordable place. I would recommend to visit this restaurant once & enjoy the delicious food.

Decent starters but horrible main course and service was slow and pathetic. Used the same gravy in all the main course items that we ordered. Breads were served cold. Charged us for the wrong items as well. Ambience is creative.

Then Dude, you are at the right place, you will have an amazing experience with a totally different environment and a unique Ambience. The range of the food are average though.

The food is definitely delicious but the service was pathetic. It took almost 45-69mims to get our order. The good part was they accepted their mistake and then serves us good food. Definitely worth a try, but push for a fast service from the beginning.

Very very expensive restaurant. If you want to go here, dont expect good food. Only expect lot of chillies in your food. The portion size is very very less. Spend 300 rupees and you will get the food for half of your stomach. This is not an economical restaurant. Biryani here is half cooked.
