The service was very slow and disrespectful. The prices are too high for the quality of food. Pizza it’s tasteless as 6 years ago. The payment was very hard to make.. we couldn’t pay separately. Overall was a bad experience. I will not come back again, maybe for coffe

Just poor… food took ages (1.5hrs), fries were tough as nails, service was slow. Should also mention that the restaurant was half empty, yet the kitchen was seemingly at full capacity.Luckily the Laguna Schnitzel was pretty nice and the same taste I remember since childhood.But what’s the point in going to the restaurant if the service is sub par and the food takes ages to arrive? Not to mention this place hasn’t seen a lick of fresh paint in at least 10 years.Get your act together, Laguna

The waiting time for your order is way above the average. The food is ok, I would say that there is still space for improvement.And the price-quality ratio is not in clients favour.

Good service but old furniture and ugly decorations. The chairs look like you are in an office and definitely there is a difference between expectations and reality. Feels more like a sports pub rather than a restaurant.

Best pizza in Piatra Neamt, a varied menu with tasty food and fair prices. Nice place to play pool, watch a game with friends, or just for family gatherings. Free wifi, servers are knowledgeable and experienced, with a friendly and customer care oriented attitude. Overall one of the best options in town for going out to lunch or dinner.

Waited quite a while for the food... in the end, 3 pizzas that were like a few days old, tasting like refried and burnt bread with old topping. Last thing i want is to go to another country and waste time and money in a junkyard. Stay away.

Simple restaurant with the most stupid range of pizzas...38 with varioys non sense names. Thick crust. Try it for only some salads and soups. Had also a "book" of other choices but didnt had the courrage to try.Service was ok but if you start having few more demands, is turning into an aggresive tone...For me is a NO !
