Usually a good Katsu, terrible Korean Tuna Poke today though. Just 3 ingredients Tuna, Rice and avocado for a whopping £8.99 there are so many better options Poke.

Dependable. I like this place even if it isn’t the finest dining in the world. Reasonably priced for what you get. No harm, no foul.

Fresh and tasty food! The salmon and avocado sushi 🍣 were great as were the Teriyaki chicken and Katsu Curry(I tried a friends!). Quick effortless service too! Sorry for the lack of pictures!!!

Awesome! Sushi was great, katsu was great, chilli udon noodle was great! What more could you want… real authentic Asian food without the hefty price tag. Love it!

Quick food if you need a Japanese fix, and good portion sizes. Often drop in here for lunch between work meetings.

The crispness of teriyaki chicken alone is worth the visit and the wait.

The shop didn’t close the miso soup cover properly for many times inside the package bag, and it spilled all the way and everywhere

The food is tasty and filling. Served rather promptly. It is a decent place to grab a quick meal on the go.We came later in the day and the place was being cleaned, so it was not particularly cosy and inviting and we had to eat our food outside (there is outdoors seating!), but we didnt mind...

Its probably not super healthy and not super good for my body, but I looooove their katsu curry! Super delicious, crunchy chicken, tasty curry sauce!

Good to go to in a rush and I do like the chicken katsu but todays was less than impressive. Was told by staff that this is perfectly ok (it is notso they gave me a refund and it tasted great... because it had been cooked. As I say normally fine and the queue does move quick but needs a tweak in training.

Great for quick lunch if you like Japanese food. Need to stop using plastic containers though.

The food was good but the only available table was pretty dirty. I asked if someone could clean it or if they could give me something to clean it, but because it was busy there was no one available — yet because I was a customer they wouldnt give me anything to clean it with either! Only mildly inconvenient.I suggest not going there during the lunch time rush if youre planning on eating in.

Great food, fast service (dont be scared off by long queue, it moves quickand great value for money, more so if youre using one of the many meal apps.

Tasty Katsu, good value and portion size for London.

Not bad Katsu curry, however still far from 5 stars as the meal can be a hit or miss. Chicken is sometime slightly undercooked, which is not ideal, I feel they are too much into a rush some days. Location is convenient though. Tried a few other dishes, it wasn’t for me, this is a single dish place for most of the people I know, may help adding a Katsu only queue to speed up pick up.Perhaps would be nice if they stopped using hard plastic boxes, not the most environment friendly Katsu place in town.

One of the best places in the city for Japanese fast food. From hot chicken katsu curry to cold sushi/sashimi. Yum.

Served quickly and sat in to eat.. Had the Katsu prawn curry and rice and it was delicious. Great place for a quick lunch, takeaway or eat in.

I mentioned that I have allergies while ordering lunch at K10, the server gave a look or exasperation as I was given the allergen list and sent to one side to go through the list so they could serve other customers. This makes you feel like your custom is worth less than other customers who dont have the inconvenience of an allergy. I understand the actions of that server, it was the lunchtime rush and there was a queue out the door, however, K10 has several signs up advising us to mention any allergies we may have, Im surprised that there is not a better system for dealing with them.

Good food and always fast service. Shame the katsu curry sauce is a bit on the light side as of late.

Katsu curry is really good. Chicken quality can be a bit better though.

Its really the best fast-food style sushi place. I wish it had more location outside of the city but alas. I kinda dont like the trend of avocado especially in sushi but at least their dishes are really good and are a sizable portion too. Chicken katsu curry and the super big salmon platter are the best.

The curry rice here could have a bit more curry, portion-wise. But the taste is good, one of the better K10s.

Had veg curry. The vegetables had different flavours (black beansthan the curry. Lazy cooking. Nothing special.

Every single bowl of food from poke to katsu to sushi has been amazing!

Good variety of dishes hot and cold that taste great, good portion size, good value for the area and meal deals or large deals are also great value. Hot food is free to eat in, Cannot go wrong here recommended.

First time eating K10 food.The staff were exceptionally friendly.I was served by Angelina - customer service was faultless! :-)I will be returning very soon.

Better sushi than all the other chains you see around town. At one point I was going here every lunch time to get the £6.95 meal deal where you get a box of fresh sushi, drink and a side. The pre-packed boxes of sushi could do with a little more wasabi, but thats just my taste!

Always enjoy getting the £6.95 Chicken Katsu meal deal here (meal + snack + drink), which is pretty good value for money - nice portion size, crispy chicken and just a nice meal all around(I enjoy it more than the Katsu curry at Wasabi).The Wasabi peas are awesome too, nice and strong.

Nice though generic Japanese food. Theres a small sitting area in this K10 and the service is friendly.

Food is good, except they go WAY overboard on the teriyaki sauce. 2 scoops of sauce for a box of rice? Thats insane

Decent lunchtime sushi. Can get a bit pricy for a lunch if you are hungry and want multiple boxes but the quality is there for a simple take away.

The salmon poké was DELICIOUS, the rice was warm and the salmon and avocado cold, showing they make it fresh and don’t just leave it sitting there. The dressing for the whole dish was flavourful and light. I managed to finish it in a few minutes, would highly recommend!

Always food and sushi of the highest quality. Would go there above any other sushi chain!

I had tofu&veg Udon, the soup was not hot enough, the tofu was not the one in the pic.The pic showed cooked bean curd but it was just bean curd from a fridge! Shiitake mushrooms were not cooked either.Avoid

Best customer service! They do a great meal deal for 6.95, which includes 11 piece sushi set, a drink AND and snack! Cosy sit in area aswell, oh and try the Udon soup, its delicious! Just next door to my office so will be visiting again.

One of the best meals ever.The food is perfect and the service very friendly.Higly recommended.

This venue took the place of another Japanese restaurant, Tsuru, a few months ago, but its nothing like Tsuru.Their chicken Teriyaki uses poor-quality meat, served on rice and drowned in a sauce thats much too pungent. The K10 concept appears to be about generating margin with high-priced fast food, and to drown diners in loud music to get them to leave as quickly as possible (I obliged).
