Terrible service. The waiters have no clue whats in the menu. When informing them that they didnt bring the dish our friend ordered, we only got "ooooh" in response. Four attempts later, someone finally asked "so what did you order again?". That was long after the rest of us had finished our cold meals. Same luck with ordering a beer listed on the menu. The fourth attempt was successful.The fries and steaks arrived cold. My steak was supposed to be "medium", but they have an interesting take on what medium is. Dry from the outside, nicely rare from the inside 😁 But even cold, it was totally edible.The tiny tables are crammed with wine glasses with price tags on them and wine bottles they desperately try to sell. Nobody bothered to take our empty glasses or plates. This definitely doesnt contribute to the atmosphere.There were too many waiters wandering around, yet the orders got messed up and the food arrived cold. Perhaps some sort of a system would improve the customer experience significantly.

A reliable choice when you are craving for a steak. Well priced, good quality, relaxed ambience and excellent service. You can also decide on the portion size that fits your appetite. I always order their sweet potato fries, so so good!!

Very poor service, stopped here for dinner and the waitress kept pushing me to order even before I decide what I want. They will try to sell anything even bottled water before you look at the menu.Then it was extremely annoying that the waitress and another waiter were kind of trying to compete over who gets my table, and the girl left and this waiter was unprofessional and rude. I asked about some sides "seasonal vegetables" and he doesnt even know what veggies are included. He didnt answer anything about the menu, he doesnt know anything!I ordered salmon and it came undercooked. Fries were cold, I could not eat that food and left directly. This is a messy and noisy place and you will not enjoy your dinner. Only the bartender was a friendly girl. I will never come back again!

Meat was good quality, wine was way below average, but cooking and service could be improved.1 person, paid 55EUR (60 including tipfor a good piece of steak with a sour cream baked potato, a glass of wine, a bottle of water and a cognac at the finish line. As said the quality of the meat was good but it was way overcooked (ordered medium-rare and got medium-well++and also got it cold and had to ask to reheat it. Steak was at the counter ready for service for a good 7-8 minutes (i know as my table had full view of the kitchenbecause the waiter had to make 4 runs to deliver food to different tables before my turn was up. I can completely understand you are understaffed but when one pays 60EUR for a steak dinner, one should get the value of a 60EUR steak dinner. Sorry to say but that was below average.

The steaks is perfect, the side dish is delicious, the wine is wonderful. What can you ask more?

Really nice meat, quality and "quantity".Atmosphere in the restaurant is also nice.Wine was good.But the side dishes (french fries, veggies etcare not included in the price and are super expensive (4.5€ for around 80g of green beans if not less). Staff is nice.

The steak was great, the atmosphere could have been better. Service also didn’t come across as sincerely friendly. Nevertheless, the reasonable priced and well cooked meat leads to the overall 4 star score.

Cozy place with very good steak.

More care should be given in the cooking of the stake. I ordered a medium to well stake and I received a well well done. Nevertheless, the service was excellent and the place is very stylish.

Had a beautiful meal here tonight. Rack of lamb, absolutely delicious. Bottle of wine and dessert. Really enjoyed it

The "Chocolate & chocolate & chocolate" dessert somehow is delicious and balanced, and not like "death by chocolate" that a lot of restaurants in America have.

Just a wonderful place! So friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, the kitchen is totally fine and tasty. Will definitely return!

They used to be a lot better... Ive been here couple of times. Staff was not very friendly. They seem to be upset if we asked something. They are there for us, not for their enjoyment. It seemed to me that the food was also not as outstanding as it used to be. Somewhat disappointing... Nevertheless, we had so much fun.

Steaks and side dishes are perfect. May be you can find a bit hard but you should visit here. Here is unrivaled in the Den Haag

Good steaks though mine started out fantastic then turned out slightly overcooked in the end. All in all a nice night out. Desserts werent really great. Some were just too sweet like the crepes. Just too much caramel sauce. A drizzle would have been perfect or a small pot of it on the side so I could put as much as I wanted. I recommend that the restaurant do a whole review of the dessert menu except for the triple chocolate. That was good.

The service, first the salad , later the wine.... horrible..but the waitress are nice...Avocado salad... whats less than a half ,avocado,iceberg lettuce..no sauce...cheap salad expensive price..The meat its good if you never taste a really Argentinian meat...good , normal..CHIMICURRI... please teach how to make it please... thats even looks like..

Always a good place to enjoy a perfectly prepared steak. Go for the bife de lomo for which you can choose the amount you want to eat. Very very good!

Tasty meal, great value - pre-book a table by the window or you might get stuck on the middle table and be forever disturbed...(its a busy place)

Good steak. The waitress describes the different cuts of meat available before you order. Good wine selection but the good ones can only be ordered by the bottle. Prices are high - it is good for a special dinner. Wine plus dinner for 2 would set you back around €130.

This place as one of the best beef in the Hague. The Lomo piece of pie tenderness accompanied with the argentinian fries. Must try!

The best beef I ever had! The staff was super friendly and we are way too much. I had the ribeye steak, cooked rare. It was extremely tender.

Not a great steak lover, but this was a special, great food, great service. The place was quite busy but staff was very attentive and helpful in explaining the different cuts of steak. Almost perfect, if there is a critic, its that I eat too much, but washed it down with a fine "house wine", far too often people pay a lot in restaurant for an average bottle of wine, this was just a great evening, well recommended.

Really nice, juicy steaks. It was our very first time. As such, we highly appreciated the crash-course on meat cuts. The hints broughts us to two selections: a#churrasco (with parsley and garlic); bmy personal favourite #bifeChorizo (nothing to do with Spanish chorizo btw).#Tip: I chose bife Chorizo because its grilled to achieve a crunchy side crust, that ignites the beefs making even tastier.The min star is because at that price-range, I had hope to see more creativity in side dishes and deserts. Other than that, our dinner was a nice experience. #LetsGuide

Food is excellent albeit expensive but the service is very hit and miss. Ordered a MR fillet and got it well done. They replaced it but didnt really want to. Much better steak places about in den Haag

We gave it a fair chance.. This was our third visit and it juat is not cutting it. The steak is good but the staff need some training . Dont sit at the Back close to the kitchen there is a bad smell and its freezing cold. Had to out our coats on half way through the meal. Also bring a torch to read the menu its dark in there.

Nice lications in the centre of The Hague. Great food. Tastefull. Choose your size of a portion that meest your appetite. Friendly staff.

We had to send one of the orders back, because the meat was still cold, not all of our orders were as we ordered. Staff was ignoring us a few times when we tried to order some drinks and they forgot our order one time. All and all not the best experience weve had in a restaurant.

Overall, this place does quite well. Staff is friendly, the setting is nice and the product served is good. However, there are a number of caveats. First of all, the steak is not properly cooked to order. This means you will with some likelihood order your steak medium-rare and get is blue. Second, the prices are slightly high especially for the wine and the sides.

One of my favourite steak houses. The meat is always perfectly cooked, and the sides are great. The corn and chunky fries are a must.Portion wise theres plenty of choice from 180g - 500g, so no need to worry about still being hungry afterwards.
