Eten is totaal niet authentiek Aziatisch. En personeel is echt onbeschoft. Vooral als zij een fout maken. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Vermijden als mogelijk!!

This is the first time I am writing a review for anything. This restaurant is a gem, located in Amsterdam downtown. The food was perfectly cooked and waitress made great recommendations. Be sure to stop by and enjoy a great meal.

Het eten was lekker maar vond de prijs echt aan de dure kant!De eigenaar was niet erg vriendelijk wat erg jammer was, deze kon echter ineens wel vriendelijk lachen toen ik een flinke fooi gaf (ik was benieuwd hoe hij daarop zou reageren daarom fooide ik alsnog).Al met al, ik wil best goed betalen maar niet alleen voor de kwaliteit van het eten maar dit moet zich m.i. ook uiten in de entourage en in een vriendelijke bediening.

An oasis in the city. The court yard is so cozy and everyone in the team are so nice and passionate. Best place we’ve been in Amsterdam.

We come at Dynasty twice per year, but haven’t been able due to COVID-19. It has been over 2 years since our last visit. The food is still amazing and tasty as always. Very happy to see the whole team still working there. They have been and still are very friendly. It’s no wonder they are still busy during weekends. It’s highly recommended to make a reservation, especially during the weekend. On the day itself it’s almost impossible to still have availability. No exemption made for regulars, which is worth praising in not making selection in guests. But might disappoint some guests (overheard a discussion between the owner and guest without reservation).We recommend the Coconut Chicken Soup and Plakapong Curry Turbot. Great and divers wine selection for an Asian restaurant. Prices of wines are very decent too.They might need to check their A/C unit as temperature was very high inside. Some chairs were also due for renovation. But experience was wonderful again. We’ll be back later this year again!

Ik kom al 10 jaar bij dynasty en heb nooit een slechte ervaring gehad. Nadat er een nieuwe jongen is komen werken is er altijd wat. Deze jongen is enormBrutaal en heeft 0 respect naar gasten zowel heeft ie letterlijk uitgesproken dat hij enorm blij zou zijn als ik dus niet meer kwam toen ik hem aansprak op zijn gedrag. DIT KAN NIET!! Mij niet meer gezien daar! Wat ik enorm jammer vind want ik heb leuke vriendschappen gemaakt met Mary & Annie. Eigenaar moet hier werkelijk wat aan doen lekker thuis zitten als je geen zin hebt in je werk

The food is absolutely delicious! A great fusion of Thai and Chinese cuisine. The staff are attentive and helpful when its not too busy, but you can be left waiting a while when the restaurant is full. This does give you time to enjoy your company, though! Make a reservation to ensure a table.

Love this place. This restaurant has best service and food in town. My family and friends enjoy our dinner here. And some of their dishes you could not find the same taste in other place! Pretty cool. We will definitely come back. Exquisite!

Perfect for oriental fine dining!

The glory has long gone! Outdated and unfriendly service. Everything is not up to satisfaction anymore. Waiters are not friendly generally, as of he has so much rush! Mumbling things in his mouth like he is mocking our questions about food. We want fois gras but they can’t serve it because of the bird flu, but they serve chicken and ducks .. how odd is it!? We shall never come back again.

Heerlijk gegeten, zeker een betere Chinees. Mooi interieur. Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Als ik in de buurt ben, kom ik graag terug. Vriendelijke bediening.

Hier is de klant nog koning. Super bediening, fantastisch eten en relaxte sfeer.Dit is geen doorsnee Chinees restaurant. Geen tomaten soepje of Foe Yong Hai maar heerlijke oesters en ossenhaas puntjes in heerlijke saus. Uiteraard zijn de prijzen ook wat hoger maar dat is het waard.

It may be not to everyone’s liking due to the authentic tastes but if you want to experience the Chinese cuisine this is the place. I believe it’s very close to what you get in China. Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere.

A classy restaurant, Asian Cuisine in a chique atmosphere. The dishes are very well prepared but not authentic. Great wine list. A favorite place and famous for the higher class / celebrities from Amsterdam. Worth a vist but for authentic Chinese food there are better and cheaper places around the Zeedijk but there is a difference in ambience.

This Restaurant has probably the best atmosphere out of all of the restaurants Ive seen in Amsterdam, the hanging umbrellas from the ceiling and the enormous paintings on the walls sets a unique tones unlike any other restaurant.The food it self comes in decent sizes and the prices are a bit expensive but not over the top for a Michelin restaurant.In terms of quality, all of the food is served completely fresh.For starters, we ordered Dynasty SURPRISING GOOSE and DYNASTY PLATE. The Goose was well made and comes with a savory sauce, personally I wouldve preferred a sweet sauce but overall it was nice. The Dynasty plate was tasty all around.For main courses, we ordered the SPRING ONION LAMB andFRAGRANT CRISPY DUCK and rice. Both dishes were made really well and the Lamb was very tasty.The main critique I have is towards the Ginger that was part of the base for the main courses, and once you to the meat parts that touches it, it was too dominant and personally I couldnt finish the dish. If you dont like Ginger, I would suggest to request to remove it from the dish.

The food was awesome! I had the Bangkok Prawns and it tasted just so amazing!!! The staff was very friendly. If it’s summer; definitely recommend their outdoor seating. The place has an amazing vibe.

Great food - first class service!

I had the delicious Thai Squid and a taste of some fine grilled lobster. Staff is extremely friendly. If it wasnt for the little bad luck with our neighboring family-table, it could have been perfect for a romantic evening out !

Im not sure if they dont like Americans or gay people but my wife and I were treated very poorly here. I wouldnt recommend going there.We tried to order and I asked for dim sum to start and before I finished the word he abruptly yelled "no appetizer you need entree, I wont give you just that!" So I kind of stumbled for a minute and asked him what he meant, I just wanted to start with that and he yelled at us again, "no you order enteee or nothing!"So I said we would just go elsewhere. My wife hadnt even ordered yet. I just wanted to start with that. He was so nasty about it. Dont waste your time. Awful awful people.

Fine Eastern cuisine, exotic decor and a beautiful garden. Dynasty is one of the best dining places. And a great people-watching spot too!

Located in a busy restaurant and bar street in Amsterdam. The food is a combination of Chinese and Thai cuisine. You have to try the Cocomilk Chickensoup!!!We were a relatively big group (>10and it took a long time after the appetizer before the main dish arrived. General service was ok.

Im not used to such evaluation but even if the food was great, we had 2 courses in nearly 3 hours.For the price weve paid, this is definitely not acceptable...
