This my first time trying the Ethiopian food. Its delicious. The atmosphere was great. The staff was super friendly.

Great Ethiopian restaurant in Djibouti. Good ambience, excellent and tasty dishes. Moderate seating capacity. A really good place to take the family for a weekend dinner.

Bafena is a wonderful Ethiopian restaurant. This restaurant is an experience. The menu is extensive. For those that don’t like Ethiopian, there are European options. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you feel as if you left Djibouti.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff will bend over backwards to please customers as was evident with my visit. The Ethiopian food is amazing and the quality is good. The portions are large so come with an appetite. On the evening of my visit, there was a medium sized crowd and the wait did get a little long which was expected with one waitress on duty.I would highly recommend bafena and will highly likely visit again. Thank you for the great experience. 👍🏼

Jadore ce restaurant. Cadre sympa, personnel super et chaleureux. On y mange très bien. Jamais déçu.

Best Ethiopian cuisine in Djibouti!

Je ny ai mangé quune seule fois mais jai trouvé ça très bon, le repas nous a été servie relativement rapidement et laccueil à été agréable

Restaurant très bien décoré ! Rapport qualité prix médiocre. La viande est très bonne mais la quantité est insuffisante. Cerise sur le gâteau laddition est gonflée comparé au prix de la carte. Je ne retournerais pas dans cet établissement.
