Excellent food good nice friendly atmosphere

Recommandé par notre hôte Airbnb, nous sommes allé à deux reprises dans ce restaurant. Le week-end des danses traditionnelles ont lieux au milieu de la pièce. Cest impressionnant et convivial. Le patron parle un peu français.Le sandre à la banane est délicieux et à la fin le petit verre de Madère offert.Très bon moment en famille.Attention tout de même, les prix sont un peu élevés et le pain, beurre, légumes apéritifs sont payant même si vous ne les commander pas. Mais quand vous savez cela, laisser vous faire et profiter.

Intressant ställe, charmigt och mysigt uppe i bergen av Funchal. God mat och underhållning i form av traditionell folkmusik och dans. God mat, rekommenderar grillspetten som hängs upp på ställning vid bordet. Och det bästa av allt, deras bröd.

Dieses Restaurant erhielt 2018 den Michelin Stern wir waren 2019 dort essen und es war immer noch genial. Zu empfehlen der Tagesfisch

Restaurace s tradiční portugalskou kuchyní (která mi připadala trochu mdla), předkrm formou tapas, polévka ze zeleniny -snad zelených listů naprosto bez chuti, neslana, následně docela dobré hovězí maso z grilu, polenta, zelenina v páře - chutné. Víno průměrné, spíše málo pitelné. Následně produkce zpěvačky stylu fado - zajímavé, většina místních byla z produkce nadšena.

Wyjątkowo pyszne jedzenie i super miła obsługa. Ze wszechmiar godne polecenia miejsce.

Incredible environment. Tradicional shows during the evening really made the experience worthy.Tradicional “espetadas” was very good for the price. Not the best meat ever, but very good anyways.

Sehr freundliche & professionelle Bedienung. Essen ist schmackhaft und sättigend. Wir hatten das Glück eine folkloristische Darbietungen mit zu erleben.Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend der in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Leckeres Essen.. sind zufällig auf das Lokal gestoßen, da es in unserer Hotelnähe oberhalb in Funchal lag (Nähe der Schlittenfahrtroute/ preislich noch okay, aber im oberen Bereich. Aufmerksame Kellner..

Am fost aici la o nefericita seara portugheza, fado fara vibratie, fad, espetada cruda, parca totul a fost facut in pripa, cu neprofesionisti, oameni, vecini din zona, care s-au bucurat ca pot face un ban in plus... cele doua stele se datoreaza copiilor din trupa de dansuri care intr-adevar au muncit...

Tourist trap

Espetacular o local, embora os empregados me parecessem um pouco " abrutalhados", quanto á comida, é muito saborosa e generosamente servida.

É um restaurante tradicional, sem muito luxo. Decoração simples. Fomos atraídos pelo " espetada " que nada mais e nada menos o famoso espeto de carne bovina. Sabor da carne foi mais ou menos, no Brasil já comemos muito mais deliciosos do que este. Serviços regular. Ofereceram a dança folclórica pra divertir os clientes, assim como venda de lembrancinhas no fim da apresentação. Acesso foi meio complicado, só subida...quase chega no culme da montanha, fica no lugar bem alto. Estacionamento na rua.

Authentic beautiful traditional Maderian food and drink at a good price point.

Local turístico para conhecer a tradicional espetada acompanhada de uma apresentação de danças típicas. Atendimento simpático. A comida é razoável e farta mas vale a visita.

You have to accept that this is aimed to tourists and you will have groups there. Having said that, the program is good with young dancers and a very good fado singer. I especially like the accompaning Portuguese quitar player.The food and wine are ok with meat espetadas approaching great.

We, a family of 4, enjoyed very much our dinner on the 31 December 2018. Both amount of food and price were reasonable. There was a local "fadista" performing some famous songs during dinner.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Essen und professioneller Service.Waren drei mal im einheimischen Lokal zu Besuch und waren jedesmal fast immer die einzigen Touristen.Die Bedienung geben sich sehr mühe, wenn man was nicht versteht oder um was zu erklären.

Fantastic Espetada with garlic and perfect grilled, not dry. Do not taste Poncha, seems to be from the bottle, not self made. I had an arrangement with transport, food and drinks (Poncha not includedfor 35€. With live folklore, great.

Nice lokal bar. Fixed us soon grilled sandwiches with French fries.

Folklore-Gruppe war gut und das Essen war auch gut. Die Tische sind sehr eng und viel zu klein. Ziemliche Massenabfertigung. Wenigstens gab es genug zu essen und zu trinken.

You have to marvel at the efficiency of the staff. The place is mainly frequented by bus loads of tourists, but the food and service are good, and there is live dance and music. Touristy, but worth going.

Péssimo atendimento e comida ao mesmo nível. Apenas valeu o bailinho da madeira ... Carne sem tempero, espetada mal confeccionada, bife de atum grelhado que maia parecia frito ... Enfim... Péssima escolha .

Adorei o Ambiente na hora do jantar com o tradicional bailinho da Madeira e tudo estava delicioso, voltei na hora do almoço e embora a comida estivesse bem, não foi saboreada da mesma forma. Sugiro o jantar...

Restaurante com espaço considerável , no entanto torna se pequeno ,para um jantar com actuação de danças madeirenses. O jantar é igualmente acompanhado de fado.No entanto a comida é boa., tipicamente madeirense.O atendimento é rápido.Restaurante com grandes grupos.

Nettes Restaurant, aber man wird total abgezogen ! ZB Tappas angeboten für 2€ . Dann kommt die Rechnung: jede Kleinigkeit wird mit min, 2€ Berechnet !!! Aufgepasst was man bestellt .

Waren nur durch Zufall da, es sind schon viele Busse vor Ort, aber das Essen ist trotzdem authentisch und sehr lecker.Die Bedienung war sehr gut und zusätzlich gab es noch Tanz und Gesang.Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Poncha.

Great food! The sirloin skewers were mouthwatering tender and tasty. Had entertainment of live singer, musicians and dancers. So fun!

Zaskakujący sposób serwowania dań. Tęsknie brzmiące fado śpiewane przez gości razem z artystką. Urocze tańce z zespołem ludowym. Od wejścia jesteś u siebie.
