Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik

Wonderful experience! The food is very tasty and elegant. The staff was extremely professional, and helped build a dedicated menu for our food sensetiveness and allergies - which is not trivial at a chef restaurant. Very recommended!!

Won’t let you down as a Michelin 1 star. Amazing view of Dubrovnik harbor and old city wall. Set contains 7 courses, everything is well prepared.

Incredible view. Perfect service. Delicious food. A little thin on the vegetarian options and the veggie dishes were relatively low calories. I loved the meal…but I went out for pizza afterward.

Absolutely mind blowing experience in terms of food, service and ambience. The premises itself is out of this world. The food was, to an amateur admittedly, absolutely worthy of the Michelin star, I’ve never tasted anything like it before and probably never will again. The staff were friendly, attentive and polite and literally couldn’t do enough for us to make out experience even more comfortable. If you have the p to spare and want a turely unforgettable experience then go here

The view was great. Service was as it should be, wine list was good, however, the food was rather disappointing!!! I still couldn’t believe a one star Michelin stared restaurant served up a melted/runny dessert(it’s not how it should be, a couple of people on our table have a more or less completely melted dessert, the picture was actually one of the better one). When I made a comment of it being melted at serving, the waiter just ignored me and continued with his work. Other dishes were just on the poor side of fine dinning restaurant, some too salty/too creamy/ lack of the taste of the meat. Furthermore, You can see through to the kitchen when walking in, I would prefer they clean it a bit more. A restaurant I wouldn’t recommend. I hope anyone going there enjoy their time.

Beautiful scenery and incredible food. And even if the food was amazing the staff made a real difference. They were really attentive and professional but still relaxed and friendly. Not a quality you see often in classy restaurants. We choose the tasting menu and I did have expectations, but they were exceeded. Every dish has a lot of different flavours that merge perfectly. 👌 To my surprise (Im a picky eaterthere wasnt anything that I didn’t like. I would love to come again and can only recommend eating here. The best for the last, desserts are omg, heavenly (here I can admit that Im a sugar addict, but still a picky one). All my ❤️ goes to Chocolate Mousse Cake, this is the best chocolate dessert I ever had (Im very serious when it comes to desserts). I would love to have it for my birthday till the end of time.🙈😍

Quite possibly the best meal we have ever had!Thank you to all the staff at 360! We had the taster menu and it was stunning! The presentation and the flavours were out of this world! A perfect spot overlooking the old town port! A meal on our honeymoon that we will remember forever 🥰

Wonderful experience!!!My girlfriend and I were planning a dinner to celebrate our anniversary.Our reservation was at 18:30, and it is probably the best time to go there because you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Dubrovnik Old Town port from the restaurant both during the day and during the night.The food was excellent: beautifully arranged and tasteful.Do not let the small portions of food fool you!!! At the end of our two hour dinner we were absolutely full!We took the Menu Three - starter, main and desert, and also got three more dishes free of charge: one intro dish - bread selection with different flavours and two more small deserts, one before the desert we ordered and one after.The staff was very pleasant, patient and willing to help with food and wine selection, especially our waiter Miloje (sorry if I made a mistake :-).Overall, we had a wonderful evening!

It was nice but I’m not sure it deserves a Michelin star.Lots of over the top added courses in between the ones you order, but I was hoping they would do more with the courses that came out. We had a serious issue with the wasps at our outdoor table and they said they couldn’t help. I really did I expect more. We had some lovely wait staff who introduced me to Croatia’s orange wine. That was the highlight. We have better restaurants in Melbourne with no star.

Restaurant was top of the line! Food was the best of quality and the whole event was an experience. Each dish was unique and special, you can see the chef pour his heart into each dish. The staff and service were also incredible, answering every question and handling every request with efficiency and good attitude. I recommend the restaurant to everyone. I can’t wait to come back!

The place was really beautiful and the food was amazing quality. No wonder this place has many celebrities visit it and 3 mitchilin stars won! This is an exclusive place of fine dining and even tho the prices were really high, it was definitely worth it.

We had the most amazing dinner and experience tonight at Restaurant 360. Our server was truly exceptional. I also love that they allowed us to bring our two dogs and were so kind to the dogs, providing constant fresh water. This was a meal like no other and the four of us were incredibly impressed with each course. The mixture of flavors and ingredients was so interesting and produced an amazing result. The wine pairing was very enjoyable and felt like it completed the experience. The beers they offered and cocktails were great as well. The views from the table were divine. We will definitely return the next time we are in Dubrovnik!*Sorry that I didn’t take pictures of the food to share here.

This place is an experience. The views are incredible and the food is fabulous. We enjoyed every dish brought to us. We opted for A la Carte instead of tasting. It didnt disappoint with some extra tasty items that surprised us during our meal. Its worth a visit but book in advance and ask for a table with a view. One criticism! The drinks waiter didnt pour my husbands beer well. He let it slosh into the glass as if he were pouring water. Not enough of an issue to deduct a star but it should be addressed for any beer drinkers. Tilt glass and pour slower! Will be back next time we visit though. I loved it.

You cant fault it. Your glass is never empty, they always appear just as you start thinking you want something and the place is beautiful. My favourite was the pre-desert that I didnt even realise was part of the menu!

Top notch restaurant! Highly recommend, everything from staff, food and view is perfect.

Very good restaurant. Service was like clockwork. Great wine list with knowledgeable staff. Good attention to detail. Foie gras crem bruleee and the black pork neck were phenomenal aswell as the pasta parcel. The deep fried fish scales were quite a miss either neither me or my wife enjoying that experience. Dessert was a bit forgettable but would return if ever in Dubrovnik again.

Fabulous dining experience this evening! We had the 2022 Taster Menu and it was fantastic. The Turbot and Cheesecake were particular highlights. Big Thank You to all the staff…this topped off what has been a fantastic Honeymoon in Dubrovnik!

Incredible experience. I’ve had a chance to visit 3 Michelin-star restaurants in Croatia and 360 was the best. Food was incredible, as expected, but it’s the service and the staff that made the experience unbelievable. When we arrived, our table was still being set up and the restaurant covered our first round of drinks, which was very kind of them. The waiting staff were extremely knowledgeable, funny, made everyone feel comfortable and explained each item on the tasting menu with great detail.

Ideal location for city walls and sea view in the heart of the Port, with excellent service and restaurant setting. Fussy eaters may struggle a little but theres still quite a few options and everything tasted amazing. I had the 2022 tasting menu and tried things I never have before, with absolutely no regrets! Definitely on the pricey side but a special treat and well worth every kruna.

The pictures, reviews, nor even the Michelin stars did this place justice. Absolutely stunning dinner. The views were incredible but the food and wine were even better. A truly once in a lifetime experience!

This is the one star Michelin restaurant located in a castle within the old city of Dubrovnik. We had a very interesting and delightful dinner. I especially enjoyed the desserts which were sublime. Expect to pay what Michelin star restaurant usually costs.

Wow! This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. If you are on the fence about coming here, I would recommend you make the splurge and go!! I have been to a handful of other Michelin star restaurants, but this one is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of food and service. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and enhance your experience by being attentive to even the smallest of details. They even coordinated when our plates were put down in a little flourish. It is an experience that I look back on as the highlight of our trip to Dubrovnik, and the gold standard of dining that all others have to measure up against.

The best dining experience I’ve had in a while!! An amazing view and delicious food! The ravioli starter and cheesecake dessert were my favourites.

One of the Best meals in Croatia! The first—and only— Michelin-starred restaurant in Dubrovnik. It offers a culinary experience as diverse as Dubrovnik’s history; flavors from Europe, Turkey and North Africa make appearances in the 5 course tasting menu. The ambiance is like an upscale grotto with exemplary service, and romantic views of the sea just outside the windows. Dinner at 360 is an experience you will not want to miss. It’s worth the price to splurge on the meal!

The best restaurant in Croatia. Everything was perfect - the view, the service, the wine, the food. Our waiter did an excellent job giving the history of the menu and providing recommendations. The chocolate and cheesecake desserts were my favorite.

They had the option of a la carte or tasting menu and we went with à la carte since we werent that hungry. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner experience and everything we ordered was amazing. Not sure if they had outside tables along the city wall since it was somewhat chilly and we were seated inside, which was fine with me.

Restaurant was an AMAZING experience while in Dubrovnik. I understand why they have a Michelin star. And i say experience because it was about 3 hours of eating. We did the 3 course meal which ultimately turned into about 6 courses (they give you bread, palet cleansers and a starter not included in the 3 courses you select). Food is timed perfectly so right when you finish one plate, the next is coming out shortly after. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. They do book fast so you need to put reservations in ahead of time. It is a bit more costly but 100% worth it.

Very good experience! You don’t go to a Michelin star holder restaurant every day, so we were very excited for this dinner and booked one month in advance. Our first impression was that the staff was very attentive and detailed oriented. We chose to make our own menu a la carte with two main dishes and dessert. My partner tried to get a tasting menu but it was not possible to get different menus types in the same table, so that was a bit disappointing for us. I don’t like sea food and the tasting menus were very mainly sea food, so it would be nice to have had an alternative. The food was delicious and it challenged the daily flavors and textures we are used to. Besides the ordered menu, we got some special in-between meals, such as: several appetizers, a pre-dessert and post-dessert chocolates. They recommended us wine for each dish and they seemed truly knowledgeable. We loved everything we ate, however, the portions in the main dishes were a bit small. The staff was great, but there were many tables, so the treatment was not as personal as other high-end restaurants. I would say that it is something in the middle between very exclusive high-end restaurants and very good standard restaurants. We would love to go back again if we are in Dubrovnik :)

I had the retro tasting menu with the wine pairing.Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Incredibly pleasant greeting process, the sommelier was knowledgeable, the explanations of the courses were succinct and interesting.The food was really quite special. Ive had my share of fine dining over the years but the flavours present in each of the dishes were remarkably memorable.Would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality food.

The best restaurant in town to my knoledge... I coudnt book at Nautika bcse the Web Page is awful. Very good dinner, service, barman (cocktails were perfectly elaboratedand atmosphere. The second start is comming!

Good not great… Meh 🤷‍♀️at best. Completely unimpressed. My boyfriend had the beet risotto, it was flavorless & the lamb, which was good but was served room temperature. I got the scallops (appetizerwhich was good and the Sea Bass which was very tasty. Service was mediocre. The waiter was soft spoken & difficult to understand. Our water glasses were empty for +20 mins and we had to ask for our check. The view is exceptional & the food presentation was exceptional but you need more than that to make me feel good about spending $250 for a meal for 2. The entire experience was lack luster and put a damper on my otherwise great vacation.

This was a one-in-a-lifetime dining experience. The views and atmosphere were so uniquely Croatian. Get the tasting menu. The flavors were complex and interesting and to this day still memorable. The service was top notch. Expect to spend 3 hours there if you are doin there tasting menu. Highest recommendation!

Overall a very good experience. We ordered two sets of 3 dishes, trying a total of 6 different ones, and 2 of them very exceptional, 2 were very good with the last 2 being good but nothing special. Also, the amuse bouche, pre- and post-desserts are a very pleasant addition to the menu. The view is very nice and the staff very helpful both with food and with wine. The only downside would be a slightly misfit design which does not really reflect the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Ill be honest, the menu isnt really for me, but what I did order tasted great! This was my wedding meal essentially. The service I received was hands down the best service Ive had in my life and I tend to have high expectations in that area. They blew past all of my expectations and I would love to go again some day!

Best experience in Croatia!We came for our last dinner during our Croatian trip and we could not have selected a better place! Both food and wine options were simply outstanding, would highly recommend for fine dining lovers.

Absolutely phenomenal- this is the best star I’ve eaten at so far. The staff was so friendly and they were extremely passionate and excited about the food they were serving, something not very common (or at least not displayed very often). The tasting menu was phenomenal and the view was breathtaking. I can’t rave enough about this place! The sea bass scales were very unique.

Amazing! For a Michelin star, we loved it. Book well in advance for a table otherwise go online and join the waitlist and cross your fingers.We had the tasting menus (one veggie and one meat). If you are Vegetarian then ask for the separate menu. We also had the paired wine that wasnt very expensive as well - it was great!Service was impeccable and the introduction to each course was well explained and an experience. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic dinner with wonderful view and super friendly service—a winning formula for an unforgettable experience. We really enjoyed the playful take on some of the dishes. Also the dinnerware is beautiful (where can I get this cute white plate for my own home? 😁Overall highly recommended!!

The whole experience was amazing. Food was very good (and too much), the wine pairing as well. Both the waiter and the sommalier were excellent in providing information and tips. We were lucky to find the place without a reservation, but better is to make one.
