Fantastic holiday park, the accommodation is excellent, clean, and has everything you need for your stay.

Reception is organized very well, we got a bag with basic necessities and a map and key to the house in no time after we did the online registration a couple of days before arrival. Checkout was the same. Good value for money (reduced prices since work in progress at the park- but the inconvenience was only minor.

Mooie huisje alleen zo jammer van de schoonmaak. Je ziet dat er te weinig tijd genomen kan worden voor de schoonmaak. WC was wel schoon heel fijn! Alleen de muren waren vies en de deksel van de prullenbak ook. De vloer van het huisje was gewoon enorm vies lag geen troep maar er was zeker niet gedweild. We haalden een doekje over de vloer en deze was gewoon bruin. De lamp boven de eetkamertafel hingen stofnesten in, de wc bij de plafond ook spinnenwebben. Het huisje stonk ook enorm zuur, hadden eerst alles open gezet. De glazen en bestek in de keuken waren vet en niet schoon en ook de afstandsbediening zat onder de vet viezigheid. De ramen van het hele huisje waren enorm vies niet normaal. De schoonmaak kan zeker wat extra tijd gebruiken en als je hierin investeert zal je ook betere reviews krijgen als park. De rest van het huisje was prima, alles werkte.

Het "luxe" huisje doet zijn naam geen eer aan. Het is het allemaal net niet. Het 6 persoonshuisje is veel te klein. In de kleine slaapkamer kan je nauwelijks om het bed heen lopen en de keuken zit in de gang. Het welkomstpakket is leuk bedacht maar voor 4 personen. De ramen zijn zo vies dat je bijna niet naar buiten kunt kijken als de zon er op staat. In de badkamer is niet te verblijven door de rioollucht. De bedden zijn veel te zacht. Er is geen waterkoker ( niet eens een fluitketel). De wc houder zit ondersteboven én achterstevoren op de muur en kleppert daardoor tegen de slaapkamer muur. Er is weinig aandacht aan het huisje besteed. Ook de schoonmaak laat te wensen over. Jammer.

Overall ziet het park er goed verzorgd uit.Elk huisje komt met een eigen parkeerplaats ernaast.Nadeel 2de slaapkamer was er klein. Geen bewegings ruimte tussen de 3 bedden in de mini kastkamerHelaas zijn wij op een reeks met gebreken gestuit. O.a.Wc maakt continue kabaal omdat spoelbak kapot wasBrandmelder lag kapot op aanrechtWater in de Douche liep niet wegGrote gaten in Handoeken van het handoeken pakket.1 bed kapot . Dus mogen slapen in hoek van 45gradenKoffie apparaat incompleetHet Personeel is erg vriendelijk.En probeerde het allemaal wel meteen optelossen. Daarom nog op 2 sterren.Zonde dat ze niet iets strikter zijn op controle en verzorging van de huisjes. Heeft wel veel meer potentieVerblijf : 2 huisjes voor 3 nachten.

Beautiful place.

Eind augustus zijn wij hier geweest in een luxe 4p bungalow.Zeer schoon en prachtige locatie, gelijk maar voor volgend jaar geboekt.Dames aan de receptie o.a. Hilde en Laura (ook de anderenzeer deskundig en behulpzaam, doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken, klasse.Hebben 3 avonden gegeten in het restaurant en een pluim voor Chris en haar man die ondanks dat zij maar samen waren iedereen het naar de zin maakte, hoop dat zij er ook volgend jaar nog zijn.Een klein minpuntje anders was het een 10 geworden, de douchevloer is spiegelglad en levensgevaarlijk dus mijn tip is: maak deze stroever en dan nog kan je hem met de trekker droogmaken.

Compact park, alle huisjes staan erg dicht op elkaar. Weinig voorzieningen, slecht onderhouden tennisbaan is er maar dat mag het eigenlijk niet genoemd worden. Broodjesservice hebben ze niet. Huisje is aardig nieuw en netjes. Weinig opbergruimte helaas. Een paar haakjes extra in de badkamer en of slaapkamer zou ook fijn zijn geweest. Toppark Lunteren is mooier en ruimer opgezet.

Mooie omgeving om te fietsen. Er was veel op het huisje aan te merken, zoals koffieapp. Werkte niet ( nieuwe gekregen groot gat in de tuin ( dicht gegooid ),schilderij lijstjes gebroken, gat in de bank en een knoop kapot waardoor er een scherpe rand is ( kan je niet op zitten ). U kunt een laken krijgen is dan ook niet niet de oplossing. ( thuis ga je toch ook niet op een laken zitten ). Er liggen electriciteit kabels bloot boven de spiegel in de douche, twee buitenlampen werken niet. Schoonmaken?… tussen de kussens van de stoel zat een afstandsbediening van de TV? ( tevensveel vuil tussen de kussen,zijn niet of nauwelijks schoongemaakt (Recidence waardig????De prijslijst in de blauwe map zijn verouderd, alles is duurder. Dames van receptie vriendelijken welwillend.Maar als de kapotte punten pas in het nieuwe seizoen gerepareerd worden, maar wel de volle prijs betaald moet worden is er toch iets niet in orde, jammer en zeeeeeer teleurstellend. Het is dat het weer mooi was, maar dit nooit meer.

Unfortunately a lot of ants in the house. We’ve contacted the park 3 times but they did not respond at all !!With the help of the people from the restaurant we could kill some ants for one night but they kept coming back (in the beds, in the food…).We have visited Topparken several times but we won’t come back to this place. We advice ‘t Gelloo from Topparken - this park offers more facilities and better service.

The environment is really quiet. Its best to go for the deluxe or comfort rooms to enjoy basic things. Its best to bring your own toiletries and towels because they give only a small portion or you pay for extras. The rooms need mosquito nets. Its a great place to relax with family. Its what it says its.

We hebben een paar dagen in een huisje met sauna en hottub gezeten. De buitenruimte rond het huisje was kleiner dan verwacht en het was niet brandschoon, maar verder prima. De bedden lagen lekker, de douche was ruim en er was voldoende leefruimte. De hottub was fijn (nadat we de juiste temperatuur hadden gevondennen het water van de hottub werd bovendien tijdens ons bezoek nog extra gecontroleerd.Het park zelf heeft beperkte faciliteiten en alles staat dicht op elkaar. De prijs was daar echter ook naar en aangezien wij verder weinig op het park waren, was dit voor ons geen bezwaar.

Vakantiepark is net in ontwikkeling en er worden nog nieuwe accomodaties bij gebouwd.Accomodaties zien er heel netjes en verzorgd uit. 👍🏾Sommige accomodaties zijn voorzien van een privé sauna, een jacuzzi en/of airco.Parkeren kan bij de accomodatie. Eventueel een 2e auto dient buiten het park (aan de overkantte worden geparkeerd.Faciliteiten; een klein zwembad, restaurant/bar, snackbar, (kinderspeeltuin, wasserette.Helaas is er géén park-supermarkt, dus men dient elders boodschappen te doen.In Helvoirt zit een Plus en in Haaren zit een Albert Heijn. Voor overige supermarkten check even je Google.

Wat een mooi en rustig park. Ruime tuinen en met de voorzieningen die je hebben wilt. Bij ons huisje zit een sauna en een whirlpool en het huisje zelf heeft airconditioning. Vooral dat laatste is erg prettig als het buiten boven de 30 graden is. Ik weet niet of ieder huisje op het park airconditioning heeft, maar zeker in de warme perioden is dit aan te raden.Op loopafstand zit natuurgebied De IJzeren Man, hier kun je een wandeling maken rond het meer, maar je kunt op sommige plaatsen ook het meer in lopen. Wij hebben zelfs 2 mensen s morgens zien zwemmen en dat was niet bij het gebied waar je moet betalen, maar gewoon langs de weg.Een mooie omgeving, omgeving even bij te komen van het jachtige leven.

Op zich mooi park met (kennelijkhoge ambities.Maar het is overal zo sfeerloos als de pest. Ik denk dat er geen professioneel horecapersoneel staat die echt weten wat gastvrijheid is.Verder waren er nog allerlei werkzaamheden op het park met werklui, lawaai en bulldozers. Niet echt uitnodigend voor je vakantieverblijf!Matige kwaliteit van eten voor hoge prijs.Ook hier sikkeneurig personeel; "Sorry dat ik hier kom eten!"

Very beautiful park with new and cozy houses. It has everything needed for a good stay: shop, park, historical places and others.Only disadvantage is that comfort 5 people accommodation doesn’t have air conditioner. Thus, when outside was 24 inside was 28 degrees… Simply book superior accommodation - just few euros difference but they do have air conditioner.Recommend!

Afvoer in de badkamer stonk enorm.Maar vooral veel overlast gehad van de werkzaamheden. Was wel vermeld bij boeken dat er werkzaamheden waren dus hielden hier rekening mee. Maar dat er elke dag zoveel lawaai zou zijn direct om ons huisje heen viel erg tegen. Konden elkaar amper verstaan toen we donderdag met goed weer buiten zaten. Naast de werkzaamheden stond er een pomp op diesel oid constant te loeien.Beide dingen hebben we gemeld en ik zou vrijdag nog gebeld worden maar heb niets meer gehoord helaas.Huisje zelf was nieuw en vooral de inrichting erg mooi met super stevige meubels en fijne bedden.De schoonmaak was helaas slecht uitgevoerd. Vieze vloeren en veel stof.

Super unique traditional Italian house with mega big garden, barbique and what normal men need for vocation. Mich better then any fancy apartments in Venice and hotels. Really good if you have kids. I didnt see them for three days as they are all the time somewhere :-highly recommanded!

Park is located at a good location, its very obvious that this was a campaign not so long a go. The cabins look nice. We got a new cabin that was not ready for usage, after we complained we got relocate, the plates of the first cabin where getting loose, windows where not properly mounted and the sauna was dirty and without any privacy. The second cabin was much better, but there is plenty of room for improvement, the cabin for 6 persons is only because there are 6 beds, but it was just enough for two adults and two kids. The shower has a 80L boiler, with an average of 30L (5 minutesless than 3 people can take a shower after each other, something that caused us a cold shower a few times.

Deluxe 5 personen house, just check out the pictures. Expected a fireplace and leather sofas as on the booking website pictures but here’s what we’ve got. Lady on reception was kind and tried to help but the Head office refused to refund or to move us to another house because this indeed is a Deluxe house up to them. Well, too bad! TopParken - never again.

We came and didnt got the cabin we booked for (it didnt had a fireplace). Ok mistakes can happen, next day we moved to another cabin with a fireplace. However, the fireplace didnt work in the new cabin and also the technical team couldnt get it to work. Never heard anything again from them. Also, the toilet was leaking water so we needed to clean every day.Worst of all, the park advertises to be firework-free which was the main goal of our stay here because our dog is terrified of fireworks. DONT go here if you want to escape fireworks. The park might be firework free but this is very misleading! It was a total warzone because all the fields and houses directly located to the park had some really heavy fireworks. The loud bangs sounded to be from the park directly (I couldnt tell the difference). They cant do anything about this, I am aware of that but dont advertise to be firework-free because it might give people the idea that they can escape the fireworks with their pet. PLEASE remove the indication that this is firework-free.The cabins were properly equipped and clean so maybe another time in the year it is more fun to stay here.

The cabines are nice and clean and up to date, the park is small. And if you are here with your dog to escape the fire works, then dont go to this park at all at all at all, while the park itself is fireworks free, it is located between houses and you can hear all the fireworks as if you are in Amsterdam or any other city. So for this purpose it is a terrible choice and a waste of money. Maybe it is nice during other times of the year for sure. But for dog who are terrified of fire works, it is not good at all

Nice, luxurious & very well-equipped modern cabins. Not very sound-proof, but that is to be expected. The park is nice, but you need a car to get around if you have smaller kids; there are no sidewalks or separate bike lanes

We (a group of five peoplewent here from Friday until Sunday. We booked for Friday until Monday, but because of the beds we went home on Sunday. At first glance it looked good however on further inspection the house was not cleaned properly. We found a used band aid stuck to the window and bread crumbs on the floor and in the drawer, next to the cutlery there were used cleaning gloves. With a cost of 119 euros in cleaning we expected it to be cleaned properly. The jacuzzi and the sauna were a nice addition to the housing, it is unfortunate that these facilities could not be used at the same time.On the checkout we told the staff what we seen, they were friendly enough to discuss it with us. Overal a fine weekend.

Well kept, and quite.

First of all, swimming pool is 3x4 meters, unusable. You have to pay to trow the trash 1 euro. It stinks inside by plastic, whole accomodation looks cheap. There is a farm right next to location, so when its hard raining neighbour is spilling his septic waste all over field and it all stinks. Very bad experience for that money, i will never come again.

If you filter the reviews on google and booking you will see consistencies in complaints. If you look at many of the positive reviews; the "negatives" also repeat what is seen in negative reviews.You may also notice a lot of negative reviews coming from tourists - this place is just not competent in dealing with tourists, period.I seldom post negative reviews about anywhere - but I truly would feel guilty if I did not honestly share the experience of my family there and offer advice...· Positives:It is in the Netherlands, Holland is awesome.There is a playground and a pool, both were decent.Each Unit has its own private yard area with a picnic tableNegatives· If you are looking for a sign to stay at Efteling hotel/apartments, this is it. Youll have a better time and the final cost wont be too much more.1. Rate advertised is not true to final cost. Actual charge was double what was advertised on booking. Still seemed a good value, so I let it go.Also- You are given 1 set of sheets for your entire stay in a hot chalet without AC. Laundry is about $10/load-Towels cost $5/each-You are given 1 coin to access the dumpster. You can only fit about 1 small bag of trash per opening. Coins cost 1 euro each.2. No AC & poor ventilation. Kids and I all developed what appeared to be heat rash (if not bed bugs. I assume not as I did not see any bugs). Pictures attached so feedback is welcome. While there, another visitor complained about the AC (I assume his vent).3. The location is ok if you just want to hang at the pool or the kids playground. Otherwise you should know:-there is no bank or atm in town- the only market does not accept visa without maestro-Buses only run 1x/hour, stop running at 6, and dont operate at all on Sundays. They do not accept cash, they do not accept Visa. You must buy a reuseable card at the main train station in Den Bosch and add money for your travels.The property offers no shuttle service and will offer only 1 card for a taxi service that does not answer. You will be rudely dismissed and told to use google if you ask for more.-a taxi to the train station is $50 one-way, to Efteling it is $100 one-way4. Bike selection is poor. Just a few old bikes for taller adults, 1 childs bike, 2 old seats for smaller toddlers. No trailers for kids. Staff does not know that handlebars can be adjusted and refused to try, no tools.5. Poor service. Incompetent Staff. The lady who seems to head the office seemed very overwhelmed and too busy for ordinary requests for assistance and advice.I was charged for 7 nights, only given 6 as I was unable to check-in late on my arrival day because staff failed to communicate... Insult to injury; I was charged $50+ for "late checkout" and when my card was temporarily frozen by my bank for foreign transactions; the staff freaked out over their last $50 fee and acted like all the money I had spent on their inflated rates, erroneous fees, and surprise costs was some idiotic set up to cheat them out of a final $50.5. Sketchy groundsman. Asked my children very inappropriate questions, extremely touchy feely, stunk of alcohol and cigarettes, and at one point crossed the line enough for another visitor to suggest that I file a police report locally. An altogether bizarre experience - heartbreaking as I planned this for my sons 5th birthday.6. There is no onsite restaurant - or it was closed during our stay. I assume this is a temporary circumstance.
