We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute of it. We stayed here back in 2015 and loved it. I was happy to see it hasnt changed a bit. I feel like this hotel is in the top 2 of my favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. Everything about it just exceeds expectations!

At first I was very excited to stay here. But then I quickly was dissatisfied. This place is the worst I’ve ever been to! The staff seemed to always be staring at my family. The pool had clumps of hair in it, I found them two separate times. They don’t clean the rooms often, every 3 days or so they come in to vacuum and POSSIBLY change your towels with new ones. The breakfast smells absolutely horrible and made all of my family sick to the stomach. The building is also very close to a sewer plant that smells like a dead cow has been rotting in the heat for weeks. If you are a person of color especially I do not recommend this place. The staff are most definitely racist. But In general I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially disabled. The pool lift they advertise in the photos isn’t even set up near the pool, meaning it has no purpose.

We took a road trip to Montana and one of our stops was in Helena, we were fortunate to stay a few days at the Residence Inn by Marriott Helena. The staff are incredible, the room super spacious and very clean. The room was bigger than my first apartment in Manhattan and far better appointed.The pool and hot tub made for relaxing afternoons after sightseeing and the breakfast every morning was first class. The breakfast staff were super friendly, the food delicious and they played great music.This is the place to stay when traveling to Helena!!
