The place is really nice. Cool decoration and vibe. However, I think prices are too expensive for the quality they offer. The burgers were not really good, not much taste to them. Tried a triple cheese and vegetarian burger and both of them werent worth the almost 9000 they cost.It was a Friday afternoon and they ran out of several tools/ingredients so they werent able to get us several of the things we wanted. The drinks were okay.Theres private parking next to the place. The staff was really nice and helpful!

Good place to grab a bite and drink a good (but limitedselection of craft beers, and also the more commercially oriented. Also good to watch sports.

I had lunch at the Rebublica Casa Cervercera today. It’s a great location just across the street from park and national soccer stadium. The environment is great. It’s open with fresh air flowing through it. The food was good at a reasonable price. I had the classic American burger. It was juicy and flavorful. The service was a little slow. But it definitely wasn’t the fault of the server. He never stopped moving. Maybe just short staffed.

Beer was really good but some of their selection was not available . Pizza was pretty good also . Definitely going back to try more from their menu but hoping they have more beer on tap to try .

We had a very bad lunch experience at this place, which surprised us, as we had better treatment in the past.After almost twenty minutes, we had to ask someone to please take at least our drinks order.(this is a Pub! )We had two friends join us as our guests and took forever to have drinks ordered for them, so I asked the waiter to please take our food order at the same time. He did so and 40 minutes later, our lunches arrived.The food was ok, except for one “fresh salmon salad” that had the spinach dirty and with many leaves rotting. I took photos.Very disappointed.

I love this place. We always make it a point to go here when we are in San Jose. I love their house IPA drafts. Also, the food is fantastic (I especially like the boneless buffalo wings).

Not too busy to get in. Food and drinks were good. Waitress was friendly. We ordered beer, cocktails, portobello hamburger and fish and chips. All highly recommended.

Really great bar and brewery. Cold beer and fair prices too. Large venue with varied menu from burgers to steak had their fish and chips and they were great and good portion

I got my boneless chicken frozen cold, 40 minutes after ordering. I told the waiter, they did my chicken again, and it came back cold. At this point, I think they just serve cold fried chicken…

Worst service. You’ll need to ask to place an order, then you’ll need to ask 5 times where it is as they’ll make you wait hours before they wonder why you’re still waiting.I was here three years ago, and can confirm - it’s the same, terrible service.

One of our favorite spots. Delicious craft beer, our favorites are the Märzen, Vienna Lager and Kolsch. Our favorite dishes are the ceviche de pescado, nachos, boneless wings, and fish & chips. Plus, it’s a Packer bar - so if you’re a Packer fan and it’s game day make sure to be there!

I strongly disagree with the 4.4 rating this place had at the moment I write this. I went Saturday for lunch and everything was great.The fried yucca was crispy and tasty, the boneless chicken wings were crispy and perfect in moisture. The german sausage was delicious although the size of the sauerkraut portion couldve been more generous.It started pouring when we were there and the waiter was kind enough to walk my family and I to our Uber with an umbrella.My initial reaction was that this place was a little expensive but after the food came out, I totally changed my mind. The food was on point and generous and the waiter was kind and helpful. Will go again.

The new menu is excellent. Tasty and delicious. I ordered the Crocante del Mar Mixto, and it was amazing, combined with the República Kolsch beer, I would definitely recommend it. Nice atmosphere, wide diverse menu, and fair price.

My server Clarissa was the most amazing server I have ever had in Costa Rica. I would come back simply just to have her again to take care of me. I cant possibly say enough great things about her!!!

A very modern building that makes a very tasty group of beers. Happy hour is at 15:00 till 18:00 and makes it all the more enjoyable.

Good beer, good food. Id say reasonably priced for that part of town. Happy hour from 3 to 6, 300 ml of their own beers for 1,000 colones.

Worst place ever, they bring you beer whenever they want to ... You can ask but it does matter

Servers were very friendly and spoke both Spanish and a little English. The food was American pub style food and was 4/5 * the beer was 5/5 * price is a little high but worth it if youre craving a north american burger !

Terrible customer service. I made a reservation a week in advance because there was a concert at the Estadio Nacional that evening. 1 HOUR before my reservation I got a phone call saying they couldnt give me a table because there was a concert and they didnt have space. I tell them "yeah I know, thats why I made a reservation". Management would be wise to get their act together because otherwise its a decent place.

I loved the place. The food is pretty good and their house beers are decent enough.Very nice ambient and super friendly staff. The only things that make this place not having 5 stars is that is quite expensive and doesn’t have enough parking so you have to pay in the parking lot next door. But the rest is 🤘🏼

The infrastructure is very stylish. Industrial. Live music, a nice touch. Parking lot right next to it. The prices are a bit expensive, be aware, however the food portions are good and the taste is delicious. Nice variety of cocktails and craft beer. I would go again.

A very diverse crowd. Tourists, families, friends group, etc. The place is very nice, can be cold. Didnt eat so no opinion, drinks were OK. Service was ... OK. Could have been better. A bit on the pricey side.

The place is nice and the food really good (nachos are outstandingbut they need to improve the service. We had a reservation for my husbands BD and even we were already sit a waiter make us change tables without explaining the reason behind.

Everything well, the place was clean, nice food, good atmosphere ... too bad the drink I ordered had lipstick on the edge. The waitress was kind and changed the drink.

Good food and beverages.. prices are higher than other restaurants but they have a great environment and the staff is very friendly.. a good stop in San Jose... we were there in a concert and it was great. They can give u a little explanation about the beer process

Nice place but the prices are somewhat high. Not like that the price of the beverages is NOT proportional respect the glass sizes...hint... order the small glasses you get better fair price for the drinks...

Would give 4.5 stars. Beer was good, most of the food was good (mixed grill platter good choice to split), service was excellent band attentive. A little pricey which is why it is not 5 stars.
