Bringing a last and single size cloths from Europe and selling it in Tsum double or triple price is not the way of doing business but its a good way to make people pockets empty, specially when it comes with 80Hrn parking per hour. you can park your car for unlimited time in Dubai mall, Iran mall or any much more luxury mall than Tsum without paying a single cent. big shame.

Smart developed, very nice design and plenty of top brands, although some of them are a bit overpriced. So look for sale season.

Luxury mall situated on main avenue of Kyiv, clothes are crazy expensive completely out of market, interesting is food court at 5th floor.

In general I like this place. The Canada Goose jackets for $2k that cost $500 in the US really highlight what makes this place so special - even the price tags are made from a thicker cardboard and have prettier colors.When Im done taking in the general splendor, I go upstairs to sip coffee and enjoy the Instagram convention that every woman from age 18-80 is participating in.

Lots of interesting and expensive stuff. A movie theater with an original language present. Though some things are better not to be bought due to overpricing

Very modern retail experience. Premium and up market. Spend some time at the food court on the upper level. Delicious variety of food on the upper level.

Awesome mall with lots of fancy shops, movie theater on a top floor, good dessert restaurant with terrace and a view to Khreschatik street.They usually create nice photo zones for every holiday, sometimes with hired actors.There are good places to have a quick bite but no high class restaurants so far.Underground parking space, summer terrace with lots of concerts and parties.Love coming there with friends.

As usual one the best mall but food court not enough place to eat food need to put more tables and chairs !!!

High class and quality designer products. One of the most renowned shopping centers in Kyiv. Expect typical high prices for Designerware.Terrace of the shopping centre is definitely wort a visit for a great view along the main road

First of all the bouncers outside made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Seems like they mainly treat female customers shopping alone like this. Staff is just simply rude and condescending. Prices are ridiculous. Shop elsewhere!

Department store, that has wide variety of brands. Majority is clothing, shoes and bags collection is very limited (during my visits).Has lots of food places up in the 7th floor. in the 8th floor theres cinema but i am not sure that it displays english movies.Majority of staff here dont speak english and you have to prepare your translator.

This place is to visit, not to shop, i guess. Feels overprices and too full of itself. That said, prices for sportswhere were kind of similar to other sports shops, so maybe it was not that bad. There is also a car park... Well, if you intend to leave the car for a couple of hours, better park somewhere else and come by uber. Expensive.

Excellent venue for the concert. Excellent show, thoroughly enjoyed the Queen songs with the orchestra interpretation

A lovely placed which I saw how it was developing over the years, the outcome is very nice and for this area even a very big place where you could get all needs around clothes, from Sport to Gala dressing, Shoes to head everything in one place.

Great shopping mall with a decent collection of shoes with different brands, starting from tier ones like YSL to FredPerry and Adidas

Lovely Shopping center, which belong to the most richest person in Ukraine Rinat Ahmetov. On the first floor you can find a brand man store. Second level is about cosmetics. There is only one jouvelery shop here. Other levels is about clothes and shoes. On the six and seven floors you can find a food core. Egerstrume the best. Trust me.

Because of the lockdown, we are bound to order online and I must say, no other online shopping experience compares to shopping at tsum! The process is easy and simple, the pick up also so. The staff are very friendly, they speak English and it feels like home.

Its the Ukraine Harrods but with out the high prices. Security all over the place, very safe and clean. Most of the shop staff sleek English. Bear cheep around 1.50 a pint. All kind of shops restaurants and a multiplex cinema on the top floor 7 .

Nice store. However, it is challenging to go out of the parking without car damage due to extremely narrow path. Be careful on the way out.

A legend - built in the 30s of the last century.After years of reconstruction it opened few years ago again with a completely new beautiful dress on. Just walk in and take the escalators up floor by floor and the architectoral design will impress! Today it is more than ever a place for the rich and beautiful establishment of Kiev. A must visit for all shopping queens. Personally it reminded my at my first visit of the Trump Tower in the 90s. A really luxury place.

Shopping centre just on the main street of the capital of Ukraine. After the renovation it changed appearance and now its modern, stylish and attractive. On the entrance floor they have perfume and cosmetics department, and several brands with bags. All the staff is of well-known brands, so the prices are accordingly. Also they have many clothes boutiques, a food court, cinema floor, and some bars on the roof with awesome view and good menu. Mens goods are in the basement floor. Parking are under. In general this is glamorous place. People come here for shopping, entertainment, hanging around with nothing to do, and to enjoy good food and wine 🍷 on the food court

Incredible place with a lot of popular brands in it. Also an Increadible Movie Theater. Modern technology, modern design. Good service and delicious food. One of the best Malls Ive ever been into. But one thing that is bad is it is very Expensive.

Definitely upscale and pricey. If money is no problem, this store is the Nexus for dozens of brand name designer clothing and footwear. Very clean, visually appealing and excellent service.

Pompous and posh with a lot of expensive, but mediocre taste stuff. Not a good place for casual shopping. There are some coffee and food points at the upper level. Two good points is the small tea shop for quite good stuff and rooftop with a view.

Trendy and expensive shopping in the center of Kyiv. Beautiful new mall with a rooftop terrace and restaurant that provide nice views of Khreschatyk and Maidan. Check out the champagne kiosk for a taste of Ukrainian sparkling wine and enjoy it on the covered terrace. Great place to meet friends and relax.

Simply amazing! The mall is breathtaking from first floor all the way to the seventh! Its a place where you can find anything you may wish. The top 2 floors are of particular charm where the grocery stores merge with the restaurants. Its a real 5-stars place. Totally recommend calling a visit!

Definitely, it’s the best mall in Kyiv. Located at heart of the city on famous Khreschatyk street. Yes, this is a new place, but it always was Central Universal Store (this is what TSUM means)It wasn’t historic building, but someone lost their mind at USSR...z

Very contemporary place with quite high prices, have good food court part. Really like Egersund Susi on the 6th store. Have a lot of unique brand suggestions and original authors works. Nice place to waste time 😜

Great historic building, now restored, not that it was falling down. Just change if ownership more than anything else.Before, it was a face of a city, different, maybe outdated, but also affordable.Now its one shop running into another with no spaces in-between, all looking the same, as any shop combining any others in any other city of the world, but with the price tag attached! And no discounts in site.You are expected to answer greetings coming from all sides at regular intervals - this is how you know you crossed into another shop area! And some shop assistants looking and smelling...But shop full of guards discussing their everyday business in a language...that I rather didnt hear ;)The building is great inside and well created for shopping experience.Overall... Boring, empty, sad.I was looking forward to see it, but for me it was a sad experience ;p

Great looking renewed building that has a long history. Its look is very modern, the place itself has quite a unique vibe, however the space between shops is too small and it is quite mind-blowing when youre going through floors one by one trying to see all the place can give.

A new representation of the old TSUM stores. Nice look. Have a lot of stores in there with average international prices.

Luxury department store in central Kiev. The usual suspects that you can find anywhere but its a beautiful and well designed building. The highlight is the last floor where one can enjoy nice views of kreschiatik while sipping some wine in the big balcony.

Nice, clean and expensive :One more good mall with dress, perfumes, etc., and nice food court. Many really expensive things, though there are some affordables. Check-out TsUM.UA on 4th floor!

New, bright building but it has not large assortment of expensive goods .. Looks like a travesty of the Macys..
