its boring, me and my 3friends were the only ones there and the employees chose to sit beside us to eat their lunch… also i had asked before i entered if there was somewhere to smoke and if it was was told yes, I could just step to a side. As soon as i paid my entrance fee and sat down to smoke all of a sudden it’s prohibited… plus there’s no parking inside and you can’t re enter…so u cant even go ur car thats at the gate IN FRONT OF THE ATTENDANT to get something and come back in ???? Like really… we even wrote our names on a list to enter and I wanted to go for my charger but Id have to pay to re enter.

The environment was beautiful but when we arrived on our bus we had already ordered what we wanted to eat. When we got up to pay for the food there was nothing and I mean nothing but mass confusion about what we ordered, how much we paid and it seemed like utter chaos. Then we had to make it back to our boat by 4:00 p.m.. although the young girls were nice, they decided to put on a show to get everybody to taste their rum and everyone except me was happy to take a sip of the rum. It was a sales pitch for sure and the girls put on a nice little show but we did not get back to our boat in time and that is a no-no

Dont let the river pictures fool you. There is no sort of enjoyment here. The river is rocky, filled with sediments and gets muddy easily. Not for adult enjoyment. The height of the water doesnt reach the knees. You cant take food inside property and there is no parking. You have to park on road side or somewhere that looks like a track.Staff is polite though, hence the 1 star. Not worth it.

So this place is a total scam and ripped off, I went there and its just a small river running past the establishment that is ankle deep, when you come to the gate they ask you to sign a piece of paper which they claim its a no refunds form but there is no clear sign that say no refund, the food is way too expensive and it dont taste good, after been there for the first 5 mins I ask for my refund and they pointed it out to me that the paper I sign when I enter was a no refunds form but the security said it was a COVID form kmft, them a scam people...I wont never recommend the dead much less the living to go there. Google I want back that star ⭐ I put because not even that they dont desire.

We spent the day here last week. What a beautiful property and great atmosphere! The food and drinks were excellent and the service was outstanding. We hung out in a cabana right on the river and slipped in for a swim from time to time to cool off. The servers were very attentive and continuously made sure we had everything we needed. It was relaxing and so much fun. We will definitely be back.

Is there a way to review without giving stars? Because this place nuh deserve any. Where to begin? I can see they are trying...property can gwaan it need nuff fix up and care...d staff awwwwful...except 1 trainee....dem need training....baddd. How to talk to your clients, how to treat them...dem nuh have a clue but after meeting the owner I understood. If the head nuh good....d res a d body caaaan good. We shouldve picked up on the signs enuh but....jah kno...anyway....We paid for VIP...first mistake...clearly they dont know what VIP means. Food: awful!!! Cold, dry, not appealing....presentation was horrible...quantity nowhere near worth it. I literally got a quarter of a piece of thigh....not quarter leg and thigh but a piece of a piece of chicken. I also got an oil soaked fish finger (yes onethat was described as pan-seared snapper on the menu....pan seared mi baxide....first of all that fish was drowning in oil and they plated it saaame way. The rice cold and dry and dem have sumn weh dem call cole slaw...eew! Looked like something threw up on the plate.....(out of space...to be continued)

This place is a sham and a scam. They scammed me and my family of $104,100. The pictures below tells it all. Their facilities are dirty and unkempt. Nothing they advertise on their Instagram or Facebook page in their packages they have. I.e (Food). We paid for dog food. When we asked for a refund because we were dissatisfied with the food and the service being offered, the owner asked us to leave. Do NOT go to reggae Hill.

For a beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, the cool relaxing river of Reggae Hill is definitely the spot. The clay bath massage and the breathtaking atmosphere is to die for, not to mention the excellent customer service.

This place is so awful. I would not even advise my worst enemy to go there. The food is cold. The prices are ridiculous for what is included. The staff is horrible, not to mention the owner. Even giving 1 star is generous they deserve no stars.

The venue is a lovely place for secluded getaway/family day. Bring your games and energy and youll have a good time. However, the venue doesnt have parking on the property your vehicle is parked outside (well they said someone will watch your vehicle however when I returned there wasnt a soul out there. The customer service needs development, potential is there but definitely needs more training and practice. Once you enter the property you cannot reenter on the same payment to which I recommend they implement a wristband sort of entry. You are not allowed to take food and drink on property which I understand completely but their food was cold and not well seasoned. I unfortunately was served uncooked festival. Their drink menu was limited the day I went. I recommend that they laminate or create a less paper base menu or if theyll use paper laminate it...the bare paper got wet and was not the best after one leaves the river to return to order. Great potential in this place but needs further development.

The only reason Ive taken off 2 stars because it is expensive for what it is ($12 for stamp and go and there was only 3 which means $4 per saltfish fritter). Otherwise, the place is beautiful, very nice and scenic. Very relaxing vibe, I would go again, but Ill eat before I go.

Food was good.....beautiful scenery, lovely and clean river. My only draw back the seating area, ants woulda kill me! 👀Please install some umbrellas over the seats and it would be good to go. I get the naturalness that is being given but also consider the things falling from the trees.

Wonderful place: exhuberant nature, beautiful greenery, great trees giving shadow, peaceful river surrounding the land, and really good taste reggae songs selection make a delightful ambience! I personally would prefer other food options in the menu but theres a daypass option, paying for entrance and order some drinks if do not desire nothing in the menu. I had a really good time relaxing there, enjoying nature and the music, was a therapy ! 😄❤

My onky reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I hate the fact that the menu is still quoted in USD for the locals or rather we dont get local prices and need better parking, its not comfortable being inside and our cars are parked in the road side. Other from that, the atmosphere is amazing and the staff is great. The river is beautiful and COLD!

The plan was to go to Bamboo Beach Club. Being told the location in St. Mary been out of business since a year and Reggae Hill was an affiliate company, I decided to try. It’s a nice get away chill spot. The only issues I found was the fact that: 1- The prices of the meals n or beverages could be less expensive with the portion they offer. 2- It would’ve been great if guests are notified of the gratuity that’s going to be added to the bill.

They do not advertise there is an entry fee. The food was done to order which i understand and it was good but took an hour and the order was mostly burgers. The menu is a bit limited but i hope its due to covid. They do not have that there is gratuity on the menu but it was added to my bill. You have to bring stuff to entertain yourself because there is nothing there to do at all.

Its ok. There is a cover charge to enter and then you have to buy food and drinks. Food is ok...some meal portions are very small. They provide chairs to sit along the river and cabanas for rental. Dont try the fish tea and... the crab portion is much too small for the price charged *covers eyes*.Overall nice little spot and beautiful river.

Good spot to hangout and jump off water but if you want drinks they are high6prices but it is for tourists. They have a bathroom small bar hammocks a dock to jump off and also a small gift shop. You can do sever things around that area as well. Such as rafting and going in a tub down the river for around 24 to 50 American dollars

Reggae Hill is not far from White River, Beautiful place, however I was only at the river which is on the same streach as Reggae Hill, to witness the public declaration of a baptism of 10 new converts, coming to the kingdom of God, the water was amazing so clear, amazing to see the church using the river people passing by on the rafters couples, it was awesome the church siging and giving thanks by the river. White River is were people can pay to go on the rafters and see the beautiful river and people fishing which I did the next day
