David is an excellent host. Walked us around the area to show local amenities, along with a bit of history. Location in Sandy Bay is good, and Hobart is easy to get around.

Very lovely owners Sarah and Rod who made our stay extremely comfortable and were a world of knowledge for us with suggestions and things to do. Had a really lovely apartment with beautiful views of the Derwent river. Lovely place to stay

Sarah and Rod are very friendly and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Located centrally with many things including the Salamanca Market in walking distance. Comfortable BBQ area on the rooftop with views of Hobart and surrounds.

These self contained apartments are older however are very clean tidy and warm. There are some ground floor apartments if you cant manage stairs as there are no elevators and approx 3 stories. The hosts are beautiful people and very knowledgeable of the local area. In walking and bus distance to many attractions restaurants and pubs. So much to see and do in Hobart

The managers Meg and Mark are amazing. They enjoy what they are doing and it shows. They have so much information about the area and can book many of the local tours for a discount! Meg does a free Historical Walk down to Salamanca Markets - very worthwhile 😉

Excellent location. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance. Nearby to petrol stations as well. The bathroom and kitchen have had recent make overs which give them a fresh modern look. Apartment is on the small side. Parking on site. Very friendly knowledgeable managers. Meg does an excellent free walking tour to Battery Point for guests. Pool table in games room.
