The hotel was dirty. I had to do my own housekeeping. The front desk signed an authorization form for a full week and then deducted a day without my knowledge and tried to explain to me how it wasnt illegal

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The place was crawling with police, we decided not to stay and asked for a refund, they said 5 working days, still no refund after two weeks, no answer to calls and manager is never there. Place is dirty and dangerous, spend your money elsewhere where its safer

The service desk was friendly and helpful. The mattresses are wrapped in a mattress cover. No signs of bed bugs. The rooms are big. My toilet bowl had not been cleaned in weeks. Wifi is ok at best with some rooms getting no signal. I could never bring my wife here.

Not great but overall worth what we paid for a quick night while traveling. Shower worked and we didnt find evidence of bed bugs. The cafe or bar downstairs seemed to draw some questionable traffic.

While the front desk attendant was polite and friendly, and the price was reasonable, the room itself was severely lacking. We had specifically requested/booked a non - smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes. The television was oddly aligned in my opinion, and the furniture (what little there waswas dated and had clearly seen better days. Curtains and the bedspread had holes from many and varied encounters. The bed itself, while thankfully lacking in any flecking or other signs of vermin, with clean sheets, was old and not very comfortable. Other amenities (shower, bathroom, etc.also looked very old and dated and the sink was leaky.In summation; I feel with a top to bottom renovation, the place could be salvageable. Would not stay here again. Not expecting the Ritz for the price, but definitely a more comfortable room with some better amenities.

Very friendly but alot of traffic and noise all day and all night. I got woke up last night around 3am from banging and screaming next door.

Lots of unusual activity going on at this motel and the service was poor. You get what you pay for, but theres a cheaper motel right down the road that has much better service and doesnt have as much illegal activity going on within the premises.

This place was disgusting, elevator didn’t work, tv gave sound but no picture, the people at the front desk was very nasty, and rude, never will go there again if you go to VA DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Worst experience they don’t even deserve any stars, rooms were nasty smelled like smoke, bathroom was nasty didn’t even wanna take a shower, toilet was disgusting, told them all of this the next morning, they told me and my family well you should’ve said something last night so that you can leave and not stay there do not recommend at all 0/10.

I wish I could say better things about this place, because the gentleman at the reception was really, really nice. Well: the room was not. Not at all. And it certainly didn’t look like the rooms in the pictures. If you have any other choice, don‘t do this to yourself.

When my lovely next door neighbor began playing rap music at 10:30 p.m. and hadnt stopped at 12:30 a.m., the owner let me change rooms so I could sleep. Albeit it was a much nicer room too. I really appreciated that!

The service here theyre very nice and kind the gentleman that checks me in I had a problem with my license being inspired but he still was very helpful very patient still helped me out with getting my room the rooms are really big theyre clean definitely worth the price for the the night very close to Walmart and the grocery store very good location very quiet would definitely come back and stay another time if I had to other than that its just all in all really nice thank you

Two stars only because it had a bed and the heat worked. Room smelled like someone just finished smoking in it. The smell lingered all night. Walls between rooms must be paper thin. Heard people talking bumbling around in their room at 2am. Wasnt sure if I wanted to sleep under the cover and risk getting bed bug bites. If this review doesnt steer you away from booking here, then I hope the pictures do. Please dont skimp out on a comfortable nights sleep by booking here.

Dont be fooled by the photos you will see when you look at the hotel. Its lamps were broken, toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, bathroom was in bad shape. I didnt take a shower . Theres a huge mirror on the ceiling over the bed ....creepy. I will say this. The man at the desk was polite, and with what they have to work with, housekeeping did a real good job. The room was clean. The bed was like sleeping on a floor....

Dont book here unless your looking for cheap regardless of how bad it is.why?-False advertising: the place is significantly more run down then photos suggest. Many amenities are missing and bathrooms run down. All the rooms smelled of bad air and STRONG 🚬 smoke (even though their advertising sais smoke free)-horrible day receptionist: if for the reasons above you had to cancel as I did (plus I have asmaand did it through a third party, then be prepared to fight for your refund! I literally spent half of my day trying to get it. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and tried to cop out of it. This is what proped me to this review. Please keep these things in mind if you decide to book here anyway.

This Hotel shouldnt even Exist, the rooms are filthy, there are/were roaches everywhere! Midnight they started reconstruction, and Painting, just noises.Never Again!This hotel could be A FREE NIGHT STAY! and I would reject the offer.

Its very good for the price. Yes it is a little dingy but what do you except for a 60 dollar stay. Ive yet to see a single bug, and Ive been staying here about a month. The owners and workers are so nice as well.

Stayed this past weekend (10/1-10/3).The good? Clean towels, clean sheets, convenient location. Also, no bugs spotted (as noted in other posts).The bad? Room was rundown, smelled of smoke, spotted cigarette burns or stains in a variety of places, shower and toilet were questionable.It is expected for the price.

Disgusting. Walls, floors, and ceilings were falling apart and covered in stains. The entire building smelled like a public restroom. The pillows and blankets were paper thin and the bath towels felt like sandpaper. There were bugs and bug traps in the room and water leaks in the hallway outside. The bathroom was not clean and there was hair everywhere. No iron either. Only positives were that the AC worked and the shower had hot water. Youre better off sleeping in your car.

I had to come into town on short notice. Yes, they let me check in super early and the price was reasonable, but I hardly slept because everywhere I turned and looked there were bugs!! In the shower, toilet, bed, furniture, everywhere! The stairways smelled like bourbon street and to think I saw children living there. So sad.

WORST ROOM I EVER SEEN....As I walked in to the room I was hit with an odor of stale ciggerette smoke. The dim lighting gave a creepy vibe, luckily I had a flashlight I decided to inspect the room. The bed sheets were covered with ciggerette burn holes. As I shine my light on the nightstand I see a roach quickly fleeing as to not be spotted. The room is in complete despair the rug is also decorated with burn marks, stains, rips etc. The furniture was falling apart. Lots of questionable people hanging g around. I saw 3 roaches in the tub. Nothing sanitary about this place. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in.

THE ONLY GOOD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT WE STAYED HOURS AT THIS PROPERTY AND NOT NIGHTS. Don’t stay here or pay any attention to the rating. It’s as bad as people say. It’s supposed to be smoke free property but room smells like old bar ashtray dumped into a/c unit. They ask you before you stay to check room to see if you want refund. Red flag. Needs to be condemned.
