La Hacienda Taxohurco brinda un espacio para alejarse del ruido de la ciudad y compartir con la familia y la naturaleza un momento sin igual. 100% recomendado el sitio. Pueden ir al ordeño y recolectar leche para el siguiente día comer pan caliente con nata.

Recorrer la reserva es una experiencia única, de pronto puedes encontrarte con especies únicas como los curiquingues. Las montañas son autores de paisajes únicos e inolvidables.

Vista insuperable, hicimos una parrillada hay el espacio para hacerlo, tiene 2 servicios higiénicos, usamos la chimenea tiene una sala pequeña echa de tiras de madera, en la noche hicimos una fogata. La leña venden a la entrada y el lugar en el que estuve es la cabaña 6, que es la que recomiendo.

Started the hike at midnight, took 4 hours to the top. Got to see the most gorgeous sunset!

Nice place to go hiking, awesome view and landscape, sometimes its warm, sometimes its cold. Be careful on the hiking, some hills can be dangerous, rotor wing - med evacs have been made from the sight because people have fallen from the hill and got injured. Besides that its an awesome place to picknick all day!!

Una ruta excelente para disfrutar como tu quieras ya sea sólo o acompañado, en auto, bicicleta, a pie, caballo o en mi caso en moto de ruta con un amigo de verdad paisajes muy hermosos y la ruta te brinda toda la aventura muy cerca de quito, totalmente divertida la ruta tomar en cuenta la vida silvestre y vegetal no hay que destruirla para que todos puedan disfrutar de esta maravilla

One of the best places to get acclimated to the Ecuadorian Sierra. The paths in the reserve go from beginer level to moderate. Always study the terrain, take water a rain coat or jacket and good trekking shoes. The best site are the pajonales.

Un paisaje espectacular desde donde se puede admirar más montañas que rodean este lugar. (Antisana, Sincholagua, Cotopaxi, Rumiñahui, Ilinisas...En realidad no es muy fuerte el camino hasta la cumbre, al menos desde la hacienda. Totalmente recomendado para los amantes de la naturaleza.

Una reserva donde se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza y fauna andina, hay lugares para acampar y senderos para caminatas por los cuales se puede llegar a la cumbre del Pasochoa. Para hacer una de las caminatas se puede llegar hasta el reservorio de la empresa eléctrica Quito y seguir el sendero hasta la cumbre. Un lugar muy recomendable para ir.

Es un parque muy bonito con varios senderos desde fáciles hasta difíciles se puede observar la naturaleza caminar tranquilamente y no está lejos de la ciudad tiene un amplio parqueadero.

Wonderful mountain

La reserva es muy bonita y el paisaje es ameno tanto para entusiastas de la montaña como para gente que simplemente desea pasear. Se puede llegar con auto, pero hay que estar pendientes que los encargados de la hacienda abran la puerta.

Great place, well marked trails. You can walk up to the pasochoa mountain from there, and can return via a bit different way directly. To amaguana. Great trails. Can be fond on wikiloc.To get there you can order a taxi from amaguana for at most $8.The park official ly opens at 8am,but if you want to go earlier, the gate is opened all day long.

Un lugar excelente para visitar. El ambiente y los senderos muy bien conservados. No es difícil llegar a las cimas. La vista desde arriba es inigualable. Con buen clima se pueden visualizar hasta 10 montañas de los alrededores. Vale la pena visitar el Pasochoa, sea cual sea la ruta que se elija.

I didnt see it much as a Refugio (reserve), BUT thinking how much of these mountains are cultivated or used as pastures, IT IS a reserve. The vegetation is really unique, a good reason to think that if there is any wildlife left, this is a very good place to.

An amazing place on earth

Beautiful area. Camping, hiking, birdwatching, etc. A little difficult to get to though. You have to go to Amaguaña and hire one of the cargo taxi pickup trucks, which costs about seven bucks. You can also arrange a time for the driver to come back up pick you up.
