Brilliant place ro go for any sports, but importantly beer and drinks in general. Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome.

Went for a Sunday carvery. Meat was lovely but veg was very under cooked and over cooked Yorkshire puddings

A lifesaver at the bottom of this road when desperate for a pint! Super friendly and welcoming staff. Great range of drinks. Food is a bit average but to be fair to them, they dont charge a lot for it either. Will definitely be back.

It’s ok. Close to the beech with outdoor picnic benches. A limited beer selection and the food is fairly mediocre. They also don’t take card, which is just nonsensical in 2022.

Great bar had the Carvery very good had Beef and Gammon with all the trimmings great value for money,very clean bar.Very good price

Not the best food, chips were frozen not freshly made. The fish was not very fresh tasting, very plain tasting mushy peas and the pepsi had a strange taste to it. The staff were nice. Annoying that it is cash only.

The staff were friendly but the food was poor, frozen and reheated with no flavour. Far too overpriced.

Terrible beer and horrible staff! they served up clearly end of barrel beer, not a word of apology.... rude throughout - such a shame as this I have been here several times before and it was great.... will not be going back in a hurry. Also - cash only so be warned!

Cash only.If you are food lover this place is not for you.Expect low quality food, cash and carry quality.Long waiting time. I managed to finish my meal and my friend was still waiting for his food. Order was placed at the same time.Today i have eaten the worst burger in year 2021. It will be hard to beat it. Tasted like old shoe, literally.Drinks only, no food here.

Ha lovely lunch in the late summer sunshine, it was very pleasant.We had a long wait for our meal, although it was very busy. I had Fish & Chips, which was really fresh and well cooked.The Wife had Lasagne, which again looked and smelt lovely. The Mother In Law had Sausage and Chips and was very impressed.There was a good range of ales and beers, and the staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really disappointing. Paid £30 for three fish and chips. Fish scabby and absolutely full of bones, it was nigh on impossible to eat a mouthful without picking several bones out of your mouth. Chips also below average.Save your money and try elsewhere. Also be aware that it is a cash only establishment which at this moment in time makes absolutely no sense to me either.

Had fish and chips here (because weirdly the chip shop next door is closed in the eveningsNow the fish was really nice but the chips were hard and undercooked, I couldnt finish them. I would have complained but it took quite a long time for our order to arrive, even thoughit wasnt particularly busy. They only accepted cash, which was strange, unless they had a system failure, but this was quite inconvenient. The staff were really friendly and efficient however.

Me & hubby have our usual beach run along Sea Palling beach thru to Happisburgh & back..good pub grub & very clean at the reef, word of warning they only accept cash & not cards!

Came today with my friend and her daughter. My friend is Gluten Intolerent, staff were very helpful and food was excellent. Would recommend and be back again, thank you keep it up highly recommend you try

Only went in for beers but really enjoyed the experience.The bar lady that served us was lovely.Although we did not eat there the food looked very good.Will be back

I ordered ham egg and chips which took a while to arrive considering, there were hardly any costumers. I know that everything is cooked fresh but it does not justify having to wait God knows how long for ham egg and chips when theres virtually no costumers! The food was alright but I would have liked it alot better if we didnt have to wait so long!

Staff were friendly.. thats why I give three stars!!!But if I were rating this purely on the food. It would be a 1 star review. However that is only based on the two dishes we had! Home made lasagne and fish and chips.Food is absolutely nothing to rave about, fish and chips is standard watery no flavour fish, lasagne was too rich and very much a reheat in the micro-wavey! (Which could have done with a few more minutes).Perfect place for an outside drink though next to the sea. Just maybe pack your own sandwiches!

Lovely place, table serving with no waiting time, set just off the main drag onto the beach. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

Ate there twice last week while on holiday with our 2 golden retrievers. Food amazing, reasonably priced, staff very welcoming and the two dogs were made very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Paid £37 for 3 saugage and bacon baguetes, a cheeseburger and pint of Stella. Wanted eggs and kitchen staff said they were too busy to fry a couple of eggs! Small can of cokes were £1.60 each. Service was pretty bad. Staff were distant and cold, apart from the young girl taking the food to the tables. Overall it was a pretty awfull experience considering how much we paid. Needs decorating and a visit from Gordon Ramsey. Dont think Ill be going there again!!!

Very awful the staff. They didn’t accept us to pay by card...told us try to find cash because we don’t accept card payment (😠 it’s covid-19 crisis).Then we manage to find some cash and when we ask for the receipt the manager who was serving at the bar said; oh, we don’t do receipts here.The food also was at a very low level.Highly recommend DO NOT go there.People are getting sick and die from corona virus, and they push you to pay only cash.Disgusting !!

Had an absolutely wonderful meal here with the family. Food was delicious, service was second to none, great prices as well and a very welcoming atmosphere. Its in a lovely location just off the beach, and in the current Covid-19 situation, we felt very safe and well looked after whilst we ate. Weve popped in a few times as well just for a drink as we leave the beach - highly recommended!

Food served all day. Chips witch cheese were very good and portion was big. Close to the beach.

Had a lovely meal after a walk on the beach with my dog. Both beer and wine were good, food was fresh, good portions and very reasonably priced. The staff were all lovely, producing treats for my dog. You can eat inside and out and theres a carpark next door. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again👍👍

Good pub grub very good prices and dog friendly with in door and out door seating. Beware though they only take cash. They have only limited customers parking space but there is a public car park adjacent, which is also cash only. There is a cash machine nearby which probably charges for withdrawals so, TAKE CASH with you.

First visit to Reefs bar to meet up with friends. Friendly staff. Good menu choice. My chosen baguette was super fresh and tasty. Quick service, great meal and friends were also pleased. Will be back again!

Called in today for a drink and after seeing the food being served went for a walk along the beach and called back for a meal. 3 of us all had different food and the quality was excellent and very competiveley priced. Pleasant staff good beer and lovely home cooked food

Fantastic, friendly eatery with a wonderful menu. The staff really know how to look after their customers and will make you feel at home. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices extremely low. If you are lucky enough to visit the wonderful town of Sea Palling, then the Reefs Bar is the next place to visit there.

Very friendly staff and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. They made me exactly what I wanted to (bacon, sausages, eggs and chipsdecent thick bacon and all in all very tasty. Decent sized portions too!

Good welcome and all very reasonably priced food and drink. Pool table and dog friendly!Food was pretty average unfortunately. The sausages were definitely not from a butcher as advertised. All cooked ok though and staff were friendly.

If you are after reasonable ale with over-priced, over-cooked, poorly-served ready meals then this is the place for you. It even has an awful decor for you to look at whilst you eat food that really you should leave.There was really nothing that would encourage me to recommend this place, other than it may be convenient if you are in Sea Palling. I would recommend going next door for fish and chips, or over the road to the cafe.If, on the other hand, you want a stunning pub meal for about the same money, jump in the car and head a couple of miles to the Star in Lessingham. Brilliant pub, incredible food, great choice of ales - perfect.

Great place. Something for everyone. Family and dogs welcome. Food good and large; Sunday lunch excellent but it is a beach bar so cannot expect gingham table cloths. However, we come because of the Reefs is a friendly place and good value. Saturday band nights great for the music owls.
