I was shopping for a birthday gift for my wife and Marie A. helped me tremendously. This was at the Niagara Falls Military road location.Marie showed me several bracelets in my price range, and I ended up getting a diamond bracelet. My wife was thrilled with the bracelet and hardly ever takes it off. The service was excellent and I would recommend shopping at this location. .Great Job Marie!

Had an excellent experience— Stephen & Marie were terrific with helping my fiancé pick out my engagement ring and our wedding bands, our custom sizes came in quickly and they always served us with a smile.

Today, immediately upon entering Reeds Niagara Falls location, I was warmly greeted by Steve. I showed him my wedding ring & loose diamond. Steve swiftly began the process for the repair of my ring. Im so pleased with the care & concern given 2 me explaining details of the repair. Everything was handled in an efficient manner. In addition, I was offered my birthday 25% discount & decided to take advantage & purchased a pair of earrings with the discount. My entire experience at Reeds has been very satisfying!

Marie spend 2-3 visits & alot of time working with me on planning the reuse & reset of my Mom’s engagement ring for her 2 granddaughters. With Marie’s help in planning, and Steven’s very fair assessment price of her old, no longer needed gold jewelry, the 2 granddaughters received each a beautiful diamond necklace to hold dear the memory of their beloved grandmother. ❤️❤️

I had been looking for a emerald ring for a little while online. I honestly wasn’t finding what I was looking for. Since I had purchased a couple of small items from Reeds in the past, I looked at the Reeds website and reach out to someone online. Andrea responded very quickly and sent pictures of 3 very beautiful rings. The 3rd one was exactly what I was looking for. She put the ring aside so I could see it in person a few days later. The ring is stunning and Andrea and all of the staff were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Reeds and the fantastic staff at the Niagara Falls location.

I am located in Rochester and this was my closest Rolex AD. I contacted them by phone because I have a newborn at the moment. I am looking to purchase a specific model Rolex that I Will eventually pass down to my son. They did not have this model in stock but were very polite and took down my name and phone number to contact me if they happen to get it in stock.

Scott and Andrea were awesome!! They went above and beyond making this an easy buying process. They stayed open for me when I could only get there at their closing minutes. This felt like such a genuine experience. Renee made me feel like I was her good friend, she was so excited! It made me feel special. Also, she said the jeweler hand picks the gems he uses from all over the world! So cool!!!

I reached out to Reeds prior to the pandemic to have them custom design a necklace to represent the adoption of/love for my son. Renee was awesome in helping me get everything picked out and designed. Then the world shut down. But Renee’s dedication to me and my order did not!!! Amazing service! I took my grandfather’s ring there to get repaired and everyone there was so nice and respectful. They really make you feel like family when you go there. Not to mention I got my ring back in ~4 days! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Outstanding...!! I had purchased a 150$ gift card in November last year for my Granddaughter and with all the hustle n bustle on Christmas Day she lost it.... well. I thought this was gonna be 150$ out the window and never bothered to tell them about it. I went into the store last week to purchase a new one for this Christmas coming up and I mentioned what had happened and KERI,MARIE, BRIDGET and RENEE went to work n found that last years gift certificate was never used and still valid!!!! I am bringing my granddaughter in this weekend to finally receive her Christmas gift for last year!!! Amazing experience at reeds purchasing my fiancé’s ring and getting a custom piece done for myself ! My engagement ring and wedding band is from Jared but to give the ring the best look to say I do my fiancé and I decided we wanted a second band. The $ was too much at Jared but Reeds came in and saved the day they made an exact match of my current band so my ring can look as stunning as can be ! The match is so perfect that even Jared was amazed at the job they did. Anytime I’ve needed anything that have been wonderful. I will continue doing business for years to come
