Red Rooster in Ballina

Red rooster is closing down on Saturday the 15thfeb 2020 and taco bell is taking over not good red rooster should staydown

Red Rooster will shortly be closed.A a Taco Bell outlet will replace it on the a same site.

They should change the message on the Ballina Red Rooster site, on ordering delivery over the internet to we do not do this service anymore. Please use other.So I can not access my Red Rooster points if I use other ways to order methods.

Lovely, friendly Staff delivering freshly cooked Orders with only a short wait, we enjoyed the chicken rolls specials along with the Loaded fries.Always the tastiest Chicken here...

The last 3 times I have visited they have stuffed up in some way. Leaving out drinks, giving you the wrong meal, no spoons to eat the potato & no wet serviettes to clean your hands. Its too late when you get home to find something wrong. They expect you to just jump In the car and travel another 10 klms for them to fix it. The manager needs a kick in the arse. Just not good enough.

Clean restaurant quick drive through. Tricky if you have wide or long ride though. Nice friendly staff and........LOCAL DELIVERY THROUGH ONLINE PURCHASES.YAY!!!!

Place was clean and staff were very friendly and patientRange and variety of drinks was limited

we just spent $60 at Red Rooster Ballina drive thru, came home with one box of chips not packed in, rang back and ... denials were what we got over phone calls with them while we tried eating dinner with not enough chips with our guests and poor kids were so upset without them.a nice dinner time totally ruined, they finally rang back after we finished, finally acknowledged that OUR CHIPS ARE ACTUALLY IN THEIR STORE STILL and wonder if we would come and get them.you guys could have done better with customer services, so disappointed that we could not even expect an apology for their mistake, kids are still unhappy and we feel embarrassed with our guests too.

Food is always good, although I find it a bit expensive. The service here is quick and staff friendly. The store is clean and easily accessible.

I was after a roast chook for lunch, woolies and Coles hot chooks had been sitting there for 2+ hours, so I drove through red rooster and picked up a nice hot fresh roast chook, family loved it.

Tasty chicken meals , burgers , rolls and a drive through. This restaurant chain is Australian owned and operated. YUM.

Chicken meal was ok. Cleaning standards were not. Table appeared clean but when I wiped it with a serviette it came away filthy. Toilet was not nice. Overall standard of cleanliness was very poor.

Best chips in town. Always hot.

Only average... staff are attentive but slow, they seem to just talk to each other all the time. The restaurant is in a shopping centre carpark which makes it difficult to get to; then theres the drive-thru, its such a tight squeeze you better drive a small car. The wrap I ordered was a sloppy mess, I threw away half of it.

As always, love the food.Miss the old salt and pepper calamari that they used to have.

All round good restaurant a little overpriced for what you get good food but sometimes chips are to salty best to go early in the morning for the best quality youll get there.

Nice clean restaurant. Ordered the vegetable medley. Found it to be tasty though perhaps should come with complimentary gravy.

Quite an ordinary example really of a red rooter, kind of has this were all on ice vibe. The quails they serve are dry and the chips way too salty! Would rather eat a discarded Kruger franger!

They didnt have anything for a dollar bad company staff was a female, also worker tried to charge me for tap water. eskitee!

Girl that served was lovely, great customer service, however the food was not. Chips tasted like they were not cooked thoroughly. The potato and pumpkin was the same. Did not finish eating. The whole chicken, when opened the bag, smelt very bad. Disposed of chicken without even trying it or risking health.
