Good service, quick service

Best red rooster in southern Queensland. Long wait though.

Restaurant was clean, staff helpful. Food was fast and fresh.

The fried chicken is really good, it’s cooked to perfection! Better than KFC. Please keep it up guys. Their fried chicken is a must try. Will defo keep coming back

30 minute wait in the drive thru, what is wrong with this place

Seriously you guys need to sack dellilia or whatever her name is. Her customer service is literally damaging to your business. The way she communicates with patrons is completely unprofessional for any kind of business! Talks to everybody like they are a child thats been naughty!

Just brought a burger for the frist timewow as i never brought from this store before " highly recommended "quick service, great food. P.s would buy again.

I Notice today they wear blue gloves handle cash and then collect order. This is across contamination. Would it be easy to not wear gloves and wash hands more frequently especially when going from cash handling to food handling

Did not taste right at all neither of us could eat our meal...

If you only want 4 people dining in at your restaurant only make 4 seats available. You have the options to do this , however there are 6 seats available???? Maybe, you can teach your staff that if there is already 2 people dining in and a family of 4 comes in they should be told before they start sitting and eating that they can not eat in today and you would get a nicer response and then the family can decide what they want to do. We did log in via the qr code and that also did not stop us. Then we got to eat with the flies. We also stop into this restaurant when driving through and always enjoy our meal, but very disappointed today with the service we got.

I recently ordered from the app. I ordered a combo meal and received a cold burger and no chips. When I asked about this I was abruptly asked what the problem was and given no resolution.

Red rooster is like that kid that fails at everything but at least they are trying dalby red rooster is not the worst I have been to but also not the best or they are the best but is there such a thing as a good red rooster scientists have yet to discover this answer.

Food was warm but not hot .And chips were not fresh The place was clean.

This red rooster is small but does delevery. The cheesey nugget deal on this visit was good and should stay. Food was hot for the cheese burger, chips, nuggets and bites and the strips in the subs but the cheese and sauce, made the whole rippa sub warm to hot. But thats not there fault. Apart from that the staff was friendly and patient. And nice place to eat in and enjoy your meal. The rippa sub still filling and the mega box is good value. And the loyalty card is worth having too.

The food was alright. The chips werent really fresh but the rest of the meal was enjoyable. The service was quick and friendly. The facilities are a bit outdated but clean. The dining room floor was a bit messy but was in the process of being cleaned while we were there.

Glad we dont have Red Rooster in NZ as Im sure it would drag down the level of our restaurants. Toilets would have been fine in the 90s....... Just havent been touched since. The food.....? Well for a place that is all about chicken its a big let down. They just serve up super market type oven roasted chicken with no distinct flavour, just blandness really. The gravy looks promising, the kind you wish you could get from KFC ie in little pots but without potato in it. However it fails bigly on flavour and texture. Bland and gluggly with a floury taster to it.Hmmmm.....they could do so much better.
