Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online for delivery due at 7pm. No phone call from them to say it would be late. I had to try and phone them about 5 times before someone would answer the phone. When they did finally answer I was told the driver left 15 mins ago with 3 deliveries (this was at 7:20then to be told my food shouldn’t be too cold. Worse service ever. Just don’t even try them.

Ordered at 7pm. I called at 8pm wondering where my food was. They said it would be another half hour. At 9pm they call and say they dont have all the items, but they said most of the order was done and that it wouldnt be long. 9:50 I call without answer because I still havent gotten my food.

I ordered meals including a chicken piece, the meals were satisfactory but the piece of chicken was the size of a chicken nugget, totally ripped off, would not recommend this shop.

It was yummy what I had brought but I was in the line up for nearly 1/2 hr, probably put it down to staff shortage due to sickness 🤒

0/05 Stars.I ordered $55 worth of Chicken on 21/07/2022 & waited an hour & a half for the delivery. I drove to the shop to find the delivery man who was about to leave with the delivery, I asked why it was taking so long & he said they were short with drivers.I was fuming by this stage & went into the store to talk to the manager only to find it was being run by inexperienced young staff.I told him that I waited 1.5hrs for this delivery to when he said You cant get a refund or extra chicken.I am now lodging this complaint to the Manager if there is such a person as my order was not even hot when it arrived.I went into the store the next day to talk with the Manager & was told he was not in, I purchased a can of coke $3.50 to which I handed $5.00 the teller gave me $1.05 change & was confused when I pointed this out to her as incorrect change, she stood there & tried to figure how much change she should have given me, I asked if she needed a calculator to do her maths with..Absolutely appalling..No more chicken from there..

Had to wait 1 and a half hours for delivery. Never ordering delivery again

We had a lot of Red Rooster, but since going on the road and out of Victoria the quality is terrible. Today we got Rooster Roll Combos, had these plenty of time at home and they have always been hot, today stone cold, maybe thats how its done here, but really it was not nice to eat, felt like they grab it out of the fridge and served it up with chips. Next Red Rooster visit will be when we get back home, that will be sometime after Christmas.

Poor service didnt even get my order

15 minutes waiting at speaker box is not on. Not even busy as well.

Staff were rude, service was extremely slow, and the manager was standing around looking at his phone while everyone waited for their food.

Wait ages to get your food then your food is cold. Have to poor the gravey over the chicken to warm it up. Red rooster mount isa sucks

The burger was dry, small and tasteless. The buns were stale. The gravy was bad. Chips were average. The moose was delicious. Very overpriced for what you get.

Extremely disappointed with the service received. Tried to order Red Rooster via Menulog start of the week and it was canceled on their end. Tried to order tonight and it happened again. Called the store to ask for some guidance and why this is happening, we were told to try again so we did and then was informed that their driver was off. I understand people take time off or are sick etc however it’s disappointing the customer service we received, the gentleman was blunt and not polite at all through out the whole conversation. We get it can be busy, but it’s not hard to be kind and provide a standard of customer service.

Food is generally good. There is always a very long wait, it doesnt matter what time we go or how many people in front it seems to take ages. Staff are friendly, poor kids probably cop it for the wait times.

Arrived Sunday night, 6.30 in-store, ordered 12 fried pcs & a fritter. After 25 mins, asked how long to go...CSO said Another 8mins, sorry... Meanwhile, drive-through fried orders were being filled. All up, 45 minutes for fast food. Management should stop being tight arses and put on more staff...or a decent shift manager. An upgrade of the stored go a long way. Pretty pathetic...👎👎

Cant get an order correct when not even busy. To busy being idiots

We waited over 25 minutes and didnt get what we ordered, but they were giving the same thing we ordered out in drive thru.

Best place to get hot chips in Mount isa great flavour plenty of salt added to the right amount its perfect chicken their is great aswell the staff are great they seem interested and not dead in ways so recommend going their for a feed

I was disappointed in one of the staff members screaming at a worker out the back and swearing while customers were present. The other staff member were great.

Went through the drive thru - it was quite busy and after arriving home realised that the food wasnt what Id ordered. Called and spoke with a lovely girl who offered to deliver the correct order free. She also brought some desserts as well. Good service on a busy evening. Would recommend!

Don’t know who manages this place but they need to educate themselves on the menu! They should know what’s online and not decide they don’t sell certain items

The best and most secure park in Tennant Creek.Good value and the IGA and servo next door. Cant go wrong.

We ordered the catering package for the training course we delivered in Mt Isa. The service is excellent from Samantha who was very accommodating to our requirements. Its unfortunate Red Rooster doesnt have online ordering and payment options.

Red rooster do not Cater for delivery unless you have access to the internet and pay via card. You cannot ring up and order and pay with cash. And they do not care that they do not cater for everyone equally and indiscriminately.Poorly attitude

All ways nice people and fast service. Quick cheap lunch. Suits me!

Terrible services and the woman who normally answered the phone has terrible manner and bad attitude. She should not work there if she doesnt know how to speak to customers politely.

It’s a typical red rooster... a little pricey, a little slow and always needs a little more cleaning. That being said... I enjoy their rooster rolls and chips.

Waited forever for our food, and staff forgot what wed ordered in the distance between one drive through window to the next.

This place can be good and bad. Depends. Everywhere has their bad days so its understandable. Were not perfect, but these pineapple fritters are my absolute favourite and everytime they are perfect!

Not too bad for a quick feed, service is quick and the food is decent. Drive thru is kinda handy as well

Like to give a shout out to Don. We had a not so good experience tonight and I just received a phone call saying how sorry he was for the meal and offered to fix the problem next time we order from there. Not many businesses can say they do that.Thanks Don

An average red rooster in terms of food. Gets the extra star because of how good their delivery service is.
