Server was awesome (wish could remember name but Im bad with thatburgers were good, about average for a chain. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Not the best burger Ive had but still pretty good and would go again.

There was an INCREDIBLY RUDE lady at the table behind us who was being so mean to the staff, but the staff was so so kind and they handled it very professionally. I was super impressed with the service my fiancé and I received as well. Everyone is nice here, regardless of the attitude of the customers. I hope the staff all have an amazing day <3
MoreThis was my second time here in as many years. My burger was warm when it came out to me, but wasnt near as hot as Id expect if freshly grilled. My wifes burger was hot, so I suspect mine was an outlier. The flavor was really good, and as always the bottomless drinks and sides did not disappoint. Wait staff was very attentive without being overbearing. Overall good experience and burgers.

MoreThe staff was good. I wont complain about them at all but the burgers were not very good. We ha a party of 7 and 3 of us had pieces of bone in our burgers. It used to be alot better food, but its not because of the staff. Very dissapointed. This used to be our go to regular place on Saturday nights.

MoreSuper awesome staff & manager. Their mobile order system was confusing, and they closed while I tried to place an order, but their staff and mgr accommodated me beyond. So much so, It was over the top. I was very grateful! The food, although very good, became secondary. Cant say enough about that staff & manager!

MoreThe garlic french fries were floating in garlic oil. They put the not -so-good hamburger on top so the burger was soaked. My hamburger tasted like a fast food burger, though it comes with a higher price.. I insisted they take the fries off our bill. They were only going to take one of the fries off, not both meals that had them. Any other restaurant would have taken the whole meal off. I will not be back.

Luckily we were there on vacation and will never go back again. Ordered a hamburger with ketchup and pickles only for my son. When the server delivered a cheeseburger I reminded her we ordered a hamburger. She apologized, said shed get a new one for us. When she brought the "new" hamburger back I took off the bun to add more ketchup and I could clearly see cheese still on the burger. They simply tried to scrape off the cheese instead of taking the 6 minutes to make a new one. Which 6 to 8 minutes was how long it took to get the old burger with scraped off cheese back. The manager came over with a new hamburger and apologized and gave us that meal for no charge and also said she would talk to her cooks. But I was still so annoyed that they tried to pull one off on us that I couldnt even finish my own meal. I know good help is difficult to find in this day and age but that was ridiculous. Also the buns were dry and the steak fries were limp and cold. We had a better burgers and fries at a local mom and pop shop on our way home! We wont be going back to any Red Robin after that mess. I will say the onion ring tower was good..... and my son enjoyed his shake. But that was it. So disappointing.

The service was great however the product was horrifying. Lets put it this way.... check your buns. My daughter received her tavern burger with a bun of mold. Definitely could not miss this if you are a real cook. Its bad when the server has to go manage the cooks inventory. Just thinking about what we didnt see. I know that cook either didnt care or they have a bit of NFL Referee in them.

Their dressings were YUMMY and all homemade. Then we all 3 got sandwiches...BBQ brisket on top of Hamburgers. I had Sliced avocado added 2 mine. It was THE MOST AMAZING BURGER I HAVE LITERALLY EVER EATEN!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! And...Im NOT even a HAMBURGER person!!!My only objection 2 our meal and it was something that HIGHLY %ISSED ME OFF REGARDING OUR TIME THERE AND SUBSEQUENTLY OUR BILL...WAS THE FIRST ENTRY ON SAID BILL. IT WAS A CHARGE FOR ...AN ENTERTAINMENT FEE OF $2.99!!! WTH is THIS $HIT NOW??? Every bill U get in the mail anymore has misc. Mystery charges all over them. NOW WE HAVE 2 WORRY AND WONDER WHATS GONNA B ON OUR BILLS ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN WE GO OUT 4 SUPPER ALL THE TIME ANY MORE??? Isnt $4.99 for a strawberry Lemonade enough 4 them?? Especially since we got 3 of them. As well as appetizers AND desserts!!! Its not like all 3 of us JUST SAT THERE TAKING UP SPACE and didnt order anything!! Good gosh, our bill was just shy of $100!!! Nor did we sit there for an extremely long period of time either. And I realize its only $3, but its the principle of the matter. If we hadnt spent as much $$ as we did, if we hadnt left a 22% tip, if we had sat there all night and hadnt ordered anything. There was absolutely reason for that ENTERTAINMENT FEE 2 B added on there EXCEPT PURE UNADULTERATED GREED. And now that that fees been added on there, whats 2 stop them from adding on additional fees and charges Willy Nilly at their discretion whenever they feel like it??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

MoreRestaurant was very busy but we were seated quickly and food was served quickly. By far some of the best burgers my family has eaten out in a long time. Wish I would have taken pictures but the food looked great and tasted even better. Highly recommend the whisky river BBQ burger. The BBQ sauce was fantastic the onion straws were the perfect addition! Bottomless sweet potato fries was probably my favorite part!! Burger entrees were about 15 per person. Perfect place for an affordable night out with family. More of a family environment then a quiet, date spot but perfect for our evening.
MoreLocation needs a lot of work. Parking lot is in poor shape. Cups we had were all chipped on the rims. Silverware given had food on them and burger buns were still very cold. Used to love going here in the past. Not so much now.

MoreI came on an off hour and got to sit down right away. Their root beer was really good but the water had a bit of a sour taste (like most restaurants). I ordered the scorpion burger with fries and it was really spicy. The fries were ok. I used some of the ranch I got with the fries to tone down the spice a little. It was still good. I would recommend the scorpion burger to anyone who can handle spice. If they can’t, I’d recommend the Royal Red Robin Burger. 5 stars for me, I’ll make sure to come here again.
MoreWent for lunch. Got told it would be a ten minute wait for a party of 3. That was fine. Find out the hostess should have taken down my name. Pointed out they didnt. Hostess says "oh sorry its busy" but STILL doesnt take a name. They called another party of 3 so I asked why when we had been waiting longer. Hostess shrugged her shoulders at me. We left at that point. I dont recommend this place if you actually want some service.
MoreFood was great it was a longer wait but I understood it was the lunch hour. I felt bad someone came in with there family and left because they had been waiting so long and a bus full of students who came in at least 10 minutes after them and got there food right away.

MoreOur server was nice. The staff was really nice. However, the food was bad. Both burgers were burned. The bread was soggy. There was no flavor to either of our burgers. I have been to rr many times, but this will be the last. I do not know what is happening in the kitchen, but the food needs vast improvement. In addition, the fries were soggy and saturated with oil. Please do some training in the kitchen. This place used to have really good burgers !!!!
MoreGreat food. Very nice atmosphere. We did feel a little ignored by the wait staff...and it was a weekday lunch and not busy at all. "Bottomless" doesnt mean anything if the wait staff doest come around.
MoreVery okay experience. I rarely come to red Robin, and have been disappointed by quality of service. This time, our server was decent (she just had too many tables to take care of), but our fries were served cold. We ordered 1 more round of fries and were again room temperature. Very okay atmosphere, not likely to revisit this location at all.
MoreI just went to Red Robin last evening and I was disappointed! I remember every other time being very pleased with my experience. I was not happy. I shouldnt have to ask for silverware and napkins. A gourmet burger should be hot and fresh and have good eye appeal. Since Im paying 15 dollars for a burger I should get more than 8 fries. The people were nice thats why I gave 3 stars but I probably wont be going back unless you can actually step up your game!!!!
MoreThey are not bad, but their burgers definitely got smaller this year. Went there in 2020 and they gave out much bigger burgers. Not very happy with spending 50 bucks and not getting a huge hamburger. Also, bottomless fries is a joke. My plate should be overflowing with fries, not modestly added. And when you ask for more, they give you a paltry amount. I want more fries, the burger is 15 freaking dollars. Give me MORE.

MoreWhat I love most about Red Robin is the consistency. Every time I go there the food always taste the same and is delicious. I havent had a meal there that I havent disliked. Also, they offer different price points for food. Appetizers are good there as well. Plus, its just a fun atmosphere for a family, a couple, or even a first date.
MoreMy family and I went there for dinner. The waitress first seated us at a table where the light fixture was broken so there was no light over table. Then she was rushing us to place our drink order, although I suggested that we wanted to place our food first so that it would already be in the making. She kept insisting rudely that she wanted to take our drink order first. Then one of my sons mentioned how dark it was, we realized our light fixture above our table was broken and not working. We asked the waitress if we could be reseated to a different table. She looked around the room and acted as if there was no other table to seat us at, she was annoyed that we insisted to be reseated to a better lighten table. As we were seated at a different well lit table, she then placed the silverware on the table. We noticed that the silverware was disgustingly filthy. At this point we asked to speak to the manager. The general manager, Tabatha Schoenberger came to our table. As I began to explain all the mishaps that had took place and how we did not appreciate the treatment as customers. As we began to record the conversation, she kicks us out and then calls the police for disturbance. Disturbance? really? How was it a disturbance? 1We were seated at a table with a malfunction light fixture that did not work 2)The waitress was rushing us to place a order 3)Waitress was rude when we asked to be reseated to a table that had a light that worked, I mean we want to see our food 4)Tabatha Schoenberger, the general manager kicked my whole family out and called the police saying it was a disturbance. How is she even a manager of any business with her poor and unprofessional customer service skills? I also have video footage of her behavior. Red Robin should be ashamed of their selves for having someone like her manage this restaurant. The kitchen manager, Karen was very professional and dealt with the issue in a well mannered way. Why couldnt Tabatha? She needs to be fired and replaced with someone who knows how to actually deal with customers.
Morei usually on write reviews if i had either a very good, or very bad experience. this was a good one. i come to red robin a lot, and i always get the same thing. I always get the Pig Out Tavern double, but today i asked our server for a recommendation. i seen this Bacon Jammin burger, and the waitress recommended it to me. it was great, and so was the service, as usual. she seemed busy, because she was making lots of shakes for the online orders and drinks, but yet she was very attentive.

MoreThere was a hair in our food! I know youre wondering, "Why would she give 5 stars if there was a hair in their food?!" My boyfriend took me out for Valentines to one of our favorite restaurants in town. We had a short wait for a table and our server came right over to get our drink order. It was busy, but they had everyone spaced out well. Our food took a few extra minutes, but came out hot and mine was delicious. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got the wrong fries and had found the hair. We got our servers attention (dont worry, it was in a polite way). As soon as she came over, before we could say anything, she said, "Those arent the right fries." I was genuinely shocked, its been a while since Ive had a server of this caliber. We told her about the hair and she went to the kitchen to have them remake his order. The manager brought his food out and had taken his order off our total. Oh yeah, youre getting a 30% tip of the total before his burger was taken off! These two handled the situation perfectly and we left with full bellies and big smiles. Thank you for making our first Valentines date (and I dont mean just togetherso great!
MoreThe food was ok the last time we visited. Our server was great, and did a great job interacting with the kids, but beyond that I was disappointed. Ate my entire meal with an empty beverage glass, despite being told twice a refill was on the way. Well go back because the kids like it there and Ive never had a bad meal, but to me its an average stop.

I set the time for 1:15 pm pick up but once checked out noticed my order said ready at 12:24 pm in which I called right away and said I did not want until 1:15. I arrived pretty close to that time, in which the gentleman kindly said that was suppose to pick up at 12:24 pm and I said I called and talked to a lady about change of time, in which he went back to check and I heard her said oh shoot! She went back to the kitchen, 20 minutes later I had my wrap which takes no time and a order of cod and shrimp. Heard the manager say to the kind gentleman to apologize to me. She never stepped foot out to apologize or anything. Get home and 2 pieces of the fish was over cooked and dry! I am a person that believes customer service is more important than the food! It is what brings people back more often then the excellent food.
MoreWhile weve had a mixture of experiences at the Dubuque Red Robin over the years, this one was pretty decent. We were looking for somewhere to allow us to dine outside due to COVID and called to get reservations on their outdoor patio. They seemed to be somewhat prepared but were definitely missing some of the easy stuff like having hand sanitizer available at the front entrance. The staff looked to all be wearing masks but none I saw had on gloves. We were seated promptly and, within a couple of minutes, our server was at the table with menus and to get our drink orders. Our drinks came quickly but it was a little bit of a wait for our food. Unfortunately, we were served the completely wrong item for one of our party so she had to sit and watch the rest of us eat while hers was remade. I have no clue if it was a kitchen mistake or if our server grabbed part of another order. The food was decent and we were kept refilled with steak and sweet potato fries. I was shocked at how much I was charged for a double crown royal and diet coke. It easily could have been a good visit but, as with many others, it was just fair.

The atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and variety were all VERY good. I do plan to come back.Why not 4 or 5 🌟s? The burger was a bit messy. I dont recall having this problem anywhere else in my recent past. My wife had the same experience with a different order. The broccoli should have been cooked longer. I also thought it was a little expensive compared to some other and similar restaurants.Good meal, good flavor, good service.Handicap accessible.Ample parking.
