The order was perfect and delicious! Additionally, the staff is friendly and extremely attentive. My husband and I had never been there before this time. Yet, we will will definitely recommend, and return!

Order ahead. Arrived on pick up time and still had to wait an additionaI 20 minutes for our food. I didnt paid 6 bucks for a partially filled milkshake.

Service was very slow, my food was cold. Our waitress was a sweetheart tho and she helped us out everytime we needed her

The best part of the meal was the pretzel appetizer. Drinks were either too strong or watery. My order was wrong and the server didn’t even notice. The flavors were not existent. We went because my daughter usually has a great experience, however I will not be back again.

Was very poor food very greasy food ....was no better then fast food restaurants it took over half hour to get food and there werent very busy...kids cooking were very inexperienced....

Great waitress the food was very good I had a regular burger but my friend had the vegetarian burger which she really enjoyed. We both definitely would recommend going alittle before 5 then you miss all the people that come for dinne.

Nothing at all wrong with our visit. Party of 2 sat at the bar and ordered drinks and burgers. Got our meal in less than 10 minutes and everything was correct. For a chain, RR has our favorite burgers!

I ordered lunch, chicken Caesar wrap with fries and a side of campfire sauce. When I arrived I called the number to bring my food out. After 16 mins of waiting, I went into the restaurant. I was given alot of attitude and eye rolls from the staff. When I arrived back to my work place, the food was cold and half the fries were cold and the other half were burnt. very disappointed.

Update:Revisited today and theyre back, baby! Family was happy they had their usual level of quality with the chicken fingers, phew!Updated rating to reflect our updated enjoyment level.Used to love this location, but the prices skyrocketed (not their faultbut the quality took a nose dive. They dont have the same chicken fingers they used to so 3/4 of my family refuse to eat here anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Ordered curbside. I am spoiled from the Tilghman St location. When I called to place order and to let them know I arrived, both workers were mumbling and sounded like they were ready for a nap. When I got home I realized there were several errors with my order. Nothing major;however, repeating my order back to me for confirmation could have prevented errors. My limited experience at this location is that the customer service does not match Tilghman St.

Great burgers cooked exactly how you order them, the bottomless fries are also good as well as the nice dessert selection

Food very good although their small onion rings dish is only 5 rings! Also they need to make a low curb . I have a bad leg and have trouble with high curbs

So we came back a year later the hosts were so slow 40 minutes in couldn’t even get our apps and then they sat 5 tables after us and they all got food and apps but we never got anything they should really train people on how to properly wait tables and take orders cause they have terrible management. 5/4/22 as you can see we went somewhere else shoutout to Olive Garden 🪴

The food was delicious as always. However, the service was extremely poor. Our server took our drink order and brought our drinks. He took our food order but someone else brought our food to the table. Although he walked behind our table multiple times, he never stopped to see how we were doing . I had to call out to him to ask for napkins because we were never given any. We had bottomless fries and bottomless drinks but were never offered refills. We did want refills. We were also planning to order dessert. We gave up waiting for our server and paid our bill on the kiosk. Our server finally came to our table just in time for us to say we were leaving. This was early on a Thursday evening. They were not very busy and did not appear to be under staffed. Several staff seemed to be standing around without much to do.

Went for lunch with my girlfriend. Was awesome. Waitress was very friendly and quick to get a are food and she always checked on us.

Food was fine but service needed improvement. Waiter never came back to check on us. Different staff members brought out the food. The two times I had to chase our waiter down, he seemed annoyed.

Ordered pick up. Girl who took my order had a very I don’t care attitude. Sent some one to pick up our order and when we opened it literally all 3 items ordered were incorrect. Fried pickles didn’t come with sauce which I specifically checked to make sure they would. Asked for onion on my burger and there was none. His bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. Get it together Red Robin. It’s a 15+ min trip one way so we dealt with it because it was a freaking hassle and we’re super hungry. Will not get food here ever again. Shouldn’t have to spend the gas in a pick up truck these days TWICE because they messed up every item in our order.

SHOUT TO DENISE OUR SERVER. We had friendly, semi fast service. The burgers seem to be getting smaller. The endless fries well, they were skimpy on the servings so you sort of want to ask for more...

Order and when got home they didnt give us 2 chocolate milks for the kids, 1 side of oranges for a kid, 1 side of honey mustard for a salad. Dry salad sucked, 1 kid got 1/3 of their meal. Sucked as a dinner. Called to complain and on hold for 5 minutes, someone picked up, i said hello then they hung up. Called again, when i got someone, asked for a manager. On hold 5 min and someone answered with a name. Said i asked for a manager and told, Im in charge of the kitchen. They Said sorry for my order being wrong and i can drive back. Lol traffic n gas prices on top of a $55.00 order. No thanks. Will mail out a coupon. They want $15 an hr. Lol This is not the first time either. Sad business. Lousy worker. Check your orders. Next time Panera.

Great service. Great food. It takes forever to get your fries refilled and your drink as well. I wonder if that’s their tactic so that your too full or you forget you asked for them in the first place.

I met my girlfriend for dinner and we couldnt have been more pleased with everything. From the food to service and especially our waitress Genesis, who was prompt and helpful whether it was refills or a random question about dessert options. The professional attitude shown was highly appreciated on a hectic Friday night. Ill be more than happy to return in the near future to this warm, inviting spot.

It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. Maybe I should have ordered something different. I just assumed for it to be a burger place it would have been a great burger like you see in the commercials. Unfortunately, it was not. Overall, it was just okay. Service wasnt bad though. Waiter was friendly. Went early so it wasnt crowded at all.

Overall decent place, tonight not so much. Ordered black and blue burger and sweet potato fries. To go. Sat maybe 10 minutes, not bad, however BOTH CAME, straight from kitchen COLD. not just a little bit like not even cooked fresh. Theyre re-doing now. Well see if its fresh or just reheated...sooo an update, after an additional 10 minutes wait, dinner was brought out. Burger was hot and fresh. However the sweet potato fries looked and tasted like they just took my cold fries dropped them back in the oil and tried to reheat them. Unfortunately they were burned in the process and maybe two thirds of them were inedible. Ill give this place another chance, but with so many options in the area, Im not sure Ill come back to this one anytime soon?

Ordered carryout online at 5:30 for pickup at 6:10. Got there around 6:00 and called at 6:05 and told them we were curbside. They could not find the order which was my fault. It was under my husbands name. They did have the order but had not started it. We waited until 6:35 for 2 burgers, under cooked cold French fries and burnt pretzel bites. On our online receipt it did say it would be ready between 6:10 to 6:20. They went 15 minutes past that. Online a pop-up came up that said they would automatically charge 20 percent tip ask for receipt if you wanted to change tip. I asked for the receipt to change the tip. They said that they couldnt give me it because I ordered online. I should be able to chose how much tip I will give. Will not be going back to any Red Robin again.

Editing my previous review.Had waited nearly an hour to be seated when I had called ahead to get in line and was told the wait was 25-35 minutes.While we still would have waited about 40 minutes to be seated, turns out one family decided that they didn’t have enough table/chair space and had pulled another table into theirs - the table that was supposed to be ours. So when we were to be seated, the hostess discovered there was no table.Added to this is when we called in we were asked if we had “kids” - to which I though that meant little kids - and I said no. Turns out they meant “kids” under 21 that could not be sat near the bar (they could’ve been more specific though). So this added up to 15 minutes of extra wait time.It was a Saturday, they were pretty busy, and the staff were doing their best. Once we were seated the service was great.I only wish the Impossible patty upgrade wasn’t $4 :(

To start with I want to state our waitress was amazing! However even in this time of being patient as no one has staff waiting an hour and a half for food is crazy at a Red Robin. The manager was brought in on the situation by our waitress as we were attempting to be patient. We were told this is normal but our food would be discounted. After waiting a very long time our order was incorrect and we did not want to send it back. Kudos to a great waitress for being on top of the situation! Still not sure I need to spend my money here again.

Amazing food and drinks. Great prices, fast service and very good customer service. Definitely coming back again.

We were disappointed by the food, we expected much more from the burgers, garlic fries and sweet potato fries were the best of our dinner. Our server was very slow although the place was not busy at all when we were there, moreover she was inattentive. There are definitely better places to go in the area.

We showed up on a whim Sunday morning for an early lunch. We happen to be the first in house patrons of the day.They knew I was a little grumpy because the local shopping was to say the least a BEAST!! Dumped the shopping cart for a fresh start.WOW!! Their service far exceeded my expectations! The food was piping hot, on time, and the most courteous service from the staff!!CHEERS to the staff who turned my Sunday frown upside down!!!

Dear Reader,This Red Robin has very, very, very delicious onion rings. They were the best onion rings I ever had from a Red Robin. The cooks could have done better on the pretzel bites and my fried were perfect. My burger was amazing, but not juicy.The bathrooms are always kept clean.If they for some reason are not clean or some supplies are low let your waiter or waitress know.

The burgers rock but my wife soda was flat and the new one they gave her was not much better..we stopped for lunch around noonish but other than the flat soda it was really good... update we got curb side pick up and it was excellent I do miss the before times but curb side pick up is the next best thing

So I ordered from this location through door dash. I got clucks and fries and a chicken salad. The order came in reasonable time. I got my food opened and I had about 10 fries( thought fries were limitlessand they were soggy. The salad meal, the lettuce was wilted and croutons were mushy. I ordered ranch dressing on the side for the chicken and did not receive. Called Red Robins to complain and they transfered me put me on hold for 9 minutes. Hung up and called back finally someone picked up and said there is nothing they can do because we ordered through door dash. So they messed up my ordered and tried to blame door dash. I usually can rate this location with 3-4 stars but after this. I will not be going back here. I will take my money somewhere else.

Super duper unfriendly bartender. Seriously she just ozzed distaste that I dare sit at the bar let alone dare order drinks and food. I order one alocholic beverage and ended up requesting to order my meal to go because she was so unpleasant. I ordered a second alcoholic beverage and regretted doing so because of the attitude she gave me. She never cleared anything but was happy to give me the bill before I was even close to being finished with my drink. I couldnt give her the benefit of doubt due to being busy because the restaurant was 25% full if that and there was only two other parties at the bar (only 2 people each). I asked for a water as soon as I sat and she never did bring it to me.

We had very quick service and our waiter who was also the bar tender was great . We were visiting from North Carolina and went here because we knew what kind of food and service we would get and they didn’t disappoint! I love their salads but this time I got one of there smaller burgers 🍔 which is a generous size. If you order fries as your side and not broccoli or salad you should try the campfire sauce to dip them in ! Delicous!

Not necessarily 5 star in upscale sense, but this is an outstanding Red Robin location. Food comes out fresh and hot. Good burgers as you would expect for burger focused restaurant, but has other chicken sandwich, salad, and soup options. Service is very friendly. Kept very clean. Shining example of Red Robin brand.

Food was great, hosts was a bit rude. But my Waiter/Server (Nelsonmade up for it with being very punctual. He definitely needs a raise that is waiter 101 at its finest. But all and all food was great, astomsphere was awesome, the family seem to enjoy themselves as well. Bottomless fries is kind of a joke, cuz the basket so big the fries actual just cover the bottom. Maybe a fry basket so people like me that eats with their eyes can be satisfied lol. Until next time

The service was excellent but the restaurant was dirty. I was definitely not expecting that! Even on my way with the server to my table which means she saw the same thing! The burger was ok. The potato chips were good. The French fries couldn’t finish them because not yummy but at least they weren’t too salty like in many other places. Would not recommend

Took my son out to eat here and the food was good. The burger was cooked just right. Decent prices, good atmosphere and excellent service.
